I liked that I was greeted and welcomed to the hotel as if they had been waiting just for me to arrive. They were like family looking out the window making sure I made it in safely. Anytime I arrived from an outing, they asked me how the outing went and if I needed anything at all. Everyone from the desk, to the valet, to the housekeeping staff always seemed to "check-in" with me to see if I needed anything. If there is room at Whitehall, this is where I will always stay.
I absolutely loved Whitehall. I did not check to see if they offered airport shuttles because I had other means of transportation, however, if they did have one, I would probably consider utilizing their shuttle.
Great staff. Great location. Great room.
The room we get was horrible, a couple of the light bulbs didn't work, the room was facing a duty alley, so much for the City view. I will never book on this hotel.
location, bed and room were fine, good value
shower was so so
The staff & location; the restaurant & bar.
1t. room they gave me had no hot water, the sink did not drain, the wifi was almost nonexistent, the hotel needs to be updated. I had an emergency and had to return home so I check out 2 days early and I could not get back the money for the 2 day's.
