We rented a suite. The room was spacious, the bed large; the Jacuzzi tub was the best ad largest I have ever enjoyed in a hotel room. The décor was quirky and interesting, and the window featured a massive sliding panel that covered it completely to block out all light. Floor heating, which is very nice. Located very close to the beach and a metro stop. Room thoroughly cleaned every day of our stay. Apparently no such thing as a non-smoking room, although they did manage to prevent the room from smelling like an ashtray (I have a very sensitive nose, but still third-hand smoke is impossible to remove). The corridors did, however, sometimes wreak of cigarette smoke. Noise from the street was pretty bad when drunkards wandered by, but no real traffic noise to speak of.
Not too far from Busan Station (10min cab ride). You can be at Busan Tower in 15mins or the Aquarium and beach in less than 20mins. Checked in on Saturday and out on Monday and spent a total of $90US by booking ahead... seriously good value. Not too many places to eat in the immediate area. But if you walk south for about a mile you'll see a police station and some good small bars and restaurants off the main road. So can't complain too much.

Hotel was about a 5-7 minute walk from the subway and about a 20-25 minute walk from the downtown area. It kind of looked like a love motel so I wouldn't suggest staying there with children. The room and bathroom were very big but the TV was mostly in Korean. Very little English was spoken in that area so going downtown for food was a better idea. Most taxi's seemed confused about how to get there so if you're getting off the subway take exit 119 that will put u about 10 mins max away walking if you're not a fast walker. Most the staff doesn't know English but they are very sweet. I really got an excellent deal for the money even cheaper than trip advisor by about 70 bucks so I highly suggest this hotel for single ppl or young couples. Most cabs seemed confused about how to get to the hotel. You have to take a transfer from seoymeon to get to the hotel even though they say it's in seoymeon.
The room was really big, especially the bathroom is very spacious. The whole setting (lighting, shower/bath) of the room was designed for couples. There was free coffee on the first floor and they offered breakfast (bread and eggs) as well. The location was good but not really close to the beach or other sites, although there were a lot restaurants and coffee shops around. Overall it's a nice motel.
