Cons: Hated the fact there is no bar in lobby area. We tried on 4 occasions to go to bar just outside hotel or bar at top of hotel; there was no seating available. Upstairs bar more of a nightclub, with a tiresome routine to get in — though it did look like a nice place. Lobby always smells of food — bacon in the morning, steak in the evening— even though there’s no restaurant there. Lobby not welcoming, furniture sized for Oompa Loompas, no couches.

Pros: Location to the Aquarium was great. Was a safe 10 minute walk, along the beautiful waterway, to the aquarium. Our room overlooked the harbor. Was a beautiful view. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Made to order omlettes and waffles. Dining room was along the water. Heated indoor pool was small, but was clean and the view from the pool overlook area was beautiful. There was a lifeguard on duty. Because there were rooms available, our room was upgraded much to our delight. Thank you Marriott staff members! Made for a memorable trip!

Cons: The Pool is not really kid friendly with the bar and drinkers standing around the walls of the shallow end.

Cons: Valet parking is $38 a night. The valet told us we could park at he baseball park, Lot C for $12 but who wants to walk 2-3 blocks. Oh yes, this is only if the O's are out of town.

Pros: The location was great for sporting events! There was plenty to do around the hotel that was within walking distance. The room was very nice and in the middle of everything we were looking for.
Cons: We had to pay for parking which I did not find clear based on the website. There was a shop in the hotel lobby that had greatly overpriced things like water which also put a damper on the experience.

Cons: I booked through booking.com and it said breakfast included but it wasn’t, there had to be a note in the reservation and there wasn’t. Also the garage was full so I had to park at the Marriott across the street. Very inconvenient and when we checked in the lady at the desk didn’t know that so we had to back out on a busy street to get a parking space and then walk back with all our bags.

Cons: The room was very small and the AC was broken. The front desk said tbey would get the staff to fix but it was still hot. The wait staff also tried to charge me for continental breakfast even after i explained i was a guest.

Pros: The hotel was in a great location! It was fairly close to the things we wanted to do/visit. The parking was convenient as they offered both valet and self-parking.
Cons: Most hotels these days have complimentary coffee/tea and even fruit infused water. This hotel did not offer any of these things and that was a disappointment.

Pros: Staff on second floor restaurant were very friendly, it felt like a local diner! Unfortunately, this attitude was not shared by the front desk staff and manager.
Cons: I arrived around midnight and found that there was a strong smell coming from behind the mini-fridge. I alerted the front desk in the morning and asked if housekeeping could look into it. When I returned that night (for my second night at the hotel), the smell was still there and they had put a blanket with a large stain on my bed. Not great.

Cons: Hairdryer was not in the room. We called and were able to get one. Plastic water bottles, not ok! I’m glad you charge $2 so people will be apt to leave them.

Pros: Good coffee, good food choices, good time schedules.
Cons: The cost of the food was way too much, especially because there wasn't enough food prepared, and it wasn't hot, we had to ask for everything ie: regular sugar, coffee cups, eating utensils, it was very expensive to park, with narrow spaces, tub was dirty with dirty wash clothes used by previous occupants hanging over the shower rail, toilet didn't flush after pushing down handle once, had to push handle down again. Our hallway was dirty trash all over.

Cons: Went to leave out of garage. Was unable because attendant said I had not paid for parking and I did at the front desk when I checked it. I left under the time allowed. I had to pay for parking again. DID NOT LIKE THAT.
