Cons: My only complaint is that the computers did not seem to be working in the office area. Otherwise, it was a great experience!

Cons: Paying extra for parking. I believe it should be included.

Cons: Breakfast was poor

Cons: Just that we were in a room near the elevator which isn't ideal when you are trying to put little ones to bed early, but that is an easy fix of just requesting a room away from there.

Cons: Unfortunately there was road construction outside the hotel and only being on the fifth floor, it was easy to hear.

Cons: I called the hotel to make the reservation because we needed a walk-in shower. My husband had knee surgery and would have difficulty stepping over the edge of a tub. We were told this room would have a walk-in tub. It did not. We managed but I was disappointed because we paid more for this room to get that feature. Water in the tub was very hard to regulate...either blistering hot or ice cold. It was very hard to find the spot that made the water "warm". No safe for valuables.

Cons: Not really the hotels fault, but we smelled marijuana every time we got off of the elevator to get to our room. It was very strong and we were supposed to be on a 100% non smoking floor.

Cons: No problems.

Cons: I had booked a deluxe king room and prepaid. When I arrived I was told that there were no more deluxe king rooms available and the only room available had two beds and bunk beds. Confused I showed the gentleman behind the desk my conformation with room type and he told me that there was no guarantee on room type. He was rude and said thats all they had and if I didn't want it I could stay somewhere else. When I got into the room, there was an entire wall with a dog mural staring at me. The room wasn't clean, carpet dirty, hair in sink, then I walked into the bedroom and it is the strangest decor I have ever seen. Hip doesn't mean nothing matches and the most unattractive color palate ever! The furniture was visibly beat up, scratched and marks all over. The wall had multiple black marks all over and the toilet was running. I put my things down and headed to the front desk before leaving for dinner to advise them of the running toilet. Upon my return 2 hours later, as I opened the door to my room and the toilet was still running and I went to call the desk. My room was facing the the windows of other hotel rooms and I found myself rushing to close the curtains because a man across the way was watching me and being "self serving" - not the hotels fault, I know, but very creepy none the less. I wet down to the desk to ask about my toilet and the new gentleman at the desk said he had no record of my earlier complaint and there was no one from engineering to be able to fix it. I asked for another room and he said there weren't any, so I went upstairs and promptly checked out at 12:30 am, off to find another hotel. I asked not to be charged, but since I had prepaid, he said there was nothing he could do.

Cons: Not a big deal but there wasn't a remote control in the room. We had to call for one which was brought up fairly quickly.

Cons: Shower made awful high-pitched squealing sound. Room card became deactivated for no reason.

Cons: There's Nothing really to not like. I guess if I had to pick it'll be no pool.

Cons: Had to request coffee in the room. I wish you could do that when you book the place so it's there when you check in.

Cons: Really the only thing my husband and I didn't like was that the shower doesn't have a door only a partial glass wall, but it was no big deal.

Cons: Not a great experience. Employees was not very welcoming. Checking in the first thing the young man said I don’t see your reservation. I had to pull up my confirmation number. Thank God I had available. Rooms was ok with a low quality thin comforter. There was no extra blanket. All hotels I stayed always had extra blanket in pillow. Lastly parked my car with valet parking for 40 bucks a night. when it was time to retrieve it took over 40 minutes to come. They could not find my car keys. I would not recommend this location or stay here again.

Cons: The room was somewhat small and the floor appeared to not have been vacuumed in a while (as noted by the dozens of small beads that were from a bracelet of a former inhabitant). I find the sliding bathroom door to be somewhat unusual since it didn't allow for privacy in the slightest. Lastly, we had to go to the front desk once a day to get the room key cards re-magnetized, so that we could enter the elevator to the room and our room.

Cons: Closet doors stuck. In-room safe didn't work. DIYers would not feel too comfortable here.

Cons: The business center was on the pricey side.

Cons: It's still Baltimore... You can walk to 7/11 but still be mindful of where you are at.

Cons: Hotel had cancelled my reservation the night without contacting me after pre paying for it. I can to the hotel and couldn't check in, had to move to a different hotel- huge pain.

Cons: No coffee in the lobby until 7 am for this early riser.

Cons: Walked due to overbooking. Never contacted by hotel. Very poor service, the experience definitely turned me off to this chain.

Cons: It seemed like it would have been helpful if there were more staff on-hand at peak times for check-in, etc. Staff was great and helpful, but having worked at a front desk, this one seemed like it could have benefited from a few more people.

Cons: Our room keys for some reason kept giving errors, they would alternate so we would have at least one working key at any given time. So the staff was very used to seeing us.

Cons: The ice machine directly outside the room-very minor irritant from the noise when ice was dispensed. $32 Valet parking per day through the hotel when one can park in the St. Paul St. garage only two blocks away for a fraction of the cost. This was disappointing because the third party through which the room was booked indicated the hotel provided parking but did not explain it was Valet for $32/day. The hotel does not validate parking in the garage.

Cons: The quality of the included breakfast food could have been better.

Cons: The $25/night parking was steep compared to other properties.

Cons: Breakfast wasn't ready on time, Linda was completely unaccomodating, linens were never changed in 8 nights, cleaning was minimal, the water pressure was low, they gave a key to our room to someone else, there was MOLD on the breakfast sandwiches for breakfast, the toilet seat was broken and the laundry area beside the gym had people's old clothes that were NEVER removed and were out in view, thrown EVERYWHERE.

Cons: Housekeeping service. Carpets were dirty.

Cons: Did not appreciate the very very slow Internet connection.

Cons: Late check out time was lacking. Had to be out by 1pm at the latest.

Cons: I loved just about everything about this hotel with one minor flaw: my floor smelt strongly of weed. Not sure if that was another guest or what but it definitely stuck out to me. Overall, regarding the things the hotel themselves could control, it was fantastic.

Cons: The walls are thin, I could hear everything in the hall & next door. They actually leave a pair of ear plugs on the night table. I stayed on the 6th flr and the hallway lighting wasn’t bright. There is no ice machine & microwave on the 6th flr

Cons: There was a used band aid in the bed sheets.

Cons: WIFI wasn't working in my room, the whole time I was there. Kind of an annoyance, but not the end of the world.

Cons: There was a group of people in front of our hotel from the time we checked in (3pm) until about 2 am, with a stereo of music playing loudly. There wasn’t enough breakfast for all of the people in the hotel. There were dips in the floor of the room we stayed in, and I almost broke my ankle.

Cons: Blood on blankets, wifi connection was poor

Cons: Room smelled like mold. Neither phones in the room were plugged into anything.

Cons: If you intend on spending any extended period in your room this will not be value it appears to be. It is decrepit, and the adjective has never found a more fit descriptor

Cons: you get what you paid for. dingy rooms. flashy on the outside, very bad interiors. lights are poor. Wifi is also so slow. when asked for a reason, I was told to use the free wifi off the street(downtown wifi). breakfast has rotten apples, poor quality yogurt. The restaurant closes unusually early in the evening. There are so many homeless people roaming around the hotel building. Felt extremely unsafe. not good for families at all.
