How to Get to Amalfi

Plane

Although Amalfi doesn’t have its own airport, you can fly to Salerno Costa d'Amalfi (QSR), which is located 26 km from Amalfi.

Train

Trenitalia is the most popular train carrier serving Amalfi, followed by Italotreno. The train journey from Amalfi to Bari takes 4h 57m and costs around RM 140 for a one-way ticket. When coming by train from Catania, expect to pay about RM 94 for a 7h 24m trip.

Bus

Several bus lines operate bus routes to Amalfi, including FlixBus, Bus and Itabus. From Rome, the bus ride to Amalfi takes 225 km and will cost you around RM 62. From Bologna, the ticket costs about RM 111 for a journey of 772 km.
