I contracted COVID on the flight, since the passenger sitting behind me wasn't wearing a mask and was coughing the whole flight. Despite paying a premium price for "Economy PLUS", I still earned almost no frequent flier miles, and there was really no difference between this services I received versus if I had paid for the most basic economy option.
The boarding crew were not very knowledgeable about COVID-related requirements at the destination (Spain), and they gave terrible recommendations (get tested 1 hour before the flight, which was impossible). They even said that they can’t let me on the plane, even though I’m flying to Lisbon, Portugal first, which doesn’t have much COVID-related restrictions anymore. Fortunately, the manager was able to resolve the issue, otherwise it would have cost me a lot to get another ticket.
The check in staff in Montreal were exceptionally good and very efficient
They required me to check a bag that would have fit in the overhead compartment, and the bag was lost in transit
Food is awful
Paid food. No entertainment. Requested to check in cabin luggage required additional waiting time in Lisbon.
Bonjour, Nous sommes très déçus de vos services KayaK, car suite à l'annulation de notre vol retour via Easyjet, vous nous avez laissé nous débroullier tous seul . Pas de numéro de téléphone , ni d'adresse mail d'un service client et l'application kiwi ne fonctionne pas!!! Bref pas de carte d'embarquement pour ce vol vers FARO. Obligé de faire une attente de 2 heures au guichet de TAP à l'aéroport et mème l'hôtesse nous clairement déconseillé vos services catastrophique. Merci de bien vouloir ouvrir un dossier de réclamation concernant notre mésaventure NO de révervation 207 552 961. Au final, suite à l'annulation du vol retour ,nous été bloquer 2 jours au Portugal et avec tous frais supplémentaires de taxi hôtel bagages de 500€ J'attend de vos nouvelles Herve JEHANNO. firstname.lastname@example.org
entire crew smiled at us and told us we were on time. plane landed half an hour late. missed our connection despite all TAP employees assuring us the connecting flight was guaranteed. took 3 hours to rebook us for the next day. next day’s flight is also delayed. Rinse and repeat
Flight was on time Economy Seat inside cabin was very comfortable with more than enough leg room for a short petite passenger like myself.
Lost language and no help to find and no updates for 24 hours, while I’m in Brussels for 3 days only

I can't take my flight with Air Iberia because, because of you I couldn't take the connection I had booked from Lisbon to Madrid.
The biggest issue with TAP was deplaning, which was a problem on both legs of the flight. At JFK we were on the ground for a full hour before we could park at the gate and disembark, and the crew could have been more transparent about the wait time.
Unfortunately made my stay in Germany very inconvenient as my Luggage was lost after flying from Lisbon to Frankfurt. Tracking number doesn’t exist in the system even when I’m holding a receipt in hand. Nobody to help at Frankfurt airport, plus their customer support (luggage claims) are closed during weekends. I understand that you can’t have an agent at every airport, but at least have a phone support 24/7….

Flight attendants did their job to make passengers comply sanitary rules.
I always try to book on TAP. Every single flight I’ve had with them has always been flawless. They’re more expensive than the pure budget airlines, but not much. That extra little bit I pay is worth it 100x.

Tight connection was very stressful
Checkin agents all arrived late and the connection in Lisbon was too tight and almost missed. Stressful. But we landed safely.
No place found for my hand bagguage, the crew asked me if its ok to put my suitcase nella "stiva". They gave me a receipt , the üroblem was resolved even if I had to attend at the bagguage claim in Rome .
