Pros: I love the Westin Bed and linens in all Westin properties
Cons: The heat of the shower water is a real problem. There is a significant pulsing of water which goes from cold to scalding hot in a matter of 2-3 seconds. It's so bad that I will not stay in the Westin Warsaw again. I'm an SPG loyalist, but I won't be staying at the Westin Warsaw ever again due to the water heat situation. It's really bad, and when I told the front desk, they commented that the problem had to their knowledge been fixed. I can't be the only guest that finds this dangerous and terribly bothersome.

Pros: We arrived late on the Friday evening and we didn't want to leave the hotel room, the staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. The room was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The value for money with this hotel is there for everyone to see, I brought my girlfriend here for the weekend to celebrate her birthday and we were gutted when we had to check out at the end of the weekend!

Cons: King bed was like the rock, whilst single bed being right softness, but was sagged like a spent volcano. Wify also did not work eeliabbly. Who gave is place 4 stars, not me, 3.5 at most

Pros: Good location is about all I can say for the hotel
Cons: Staff ignored service requests 4 times. A/C didn't work, bathroom stall wouldn't close, Towels thin, room smelly (mildew) , door lock broken, wouldn't be fixed for days, no English channels on TV, wireless slow, flakey, and didnt work most of the time. Again, staff didn't do a thing

Cons: Not sure, why doormen hang around if he never open the door. Front desk staff never at the front, always have to wait for them. It was quick stay and no expectations, but certainly would give less stars if it would be a leisure stay. Should be good for business travelers.

Cons: 1. Wifi didn't work and the front desk staff said that"we are not technicians--we don't know. It's problem of your phone." 2. front desk offered me a wrong room card for three times, making me keep traveling between 1sr and 21st floor. 3. this hotel don't provide toothbrush and rudely say I could pay12 zl at the store outside.

Pros: It was close to McFit gym, which is open 24 hours. And a great breakfast buffet.
Cons: No air conditioning and it was freaking hot. Outside the window were trains that ran often so we were both hot and kept up with the trains. The window coverings were broken so we couldn't slide them closed to have darkness for the late evening and morning. We only had 2 towels so I asked for another couple towels. I was told 2 towels is standard. I asked if I could pay extra for more towels and she said she has not towels up there so, no I can't. There was also no shampoo.
