Great price, typical 2-3* room but 4* bathroom, friendly staff and ideal location. Appreciated the free transit pass. Room furniture worn out (stains), beds too soft for my preference, free WiFi very slow and expensive to upgrade. Breakfast looked nice but price was unreasonable for people looking in this class of hotel (plenty of alternatives nearby)
Located close to train station. Very convenient. No wifi in the rooms. Wifi access in the lobby is very expensive. Go to McDonalds next to the hotel for free wifi. No air conditioning in the rooms either - could be an issue in the summer.
Location, location, location. The parking was inconvenient.
It was fine. Definitely not four star elegance, but comfortable, well located and priced reasonably.
Spacious room, close to Metro, ok breakfast surroundings with old/ closed down buildings; very "mixed" people around the hotel; very old style facilities/ design; staff not welcoming
The good central Position near trainstation, the friendly staff
For one night ok. Personel friendly The matress was very used and too soft. The room could not be darkened enough in the night.
Very good location for shopping and sightseeings. 15 min walking from city center. Helpful and attentive staff.
Location is excellent, hotel was very clean.
Everyone was very helpful. It was my first time in Wien. The front desk went out of the way to help. Customer experience was great. There is no Air conditioning. Once window left open, it gets better. I wish they could have at least pedisteal fan on sites.
3 star not a 4
the amazing Spa Area
the clean room and bathroom facilities not enoughb working staff.. and there is no 24hrs room serviece
kind staffs, clean and comfortable room, easy access to city center (showplaces)
Interior of the hotel was very artistic/bohemian. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very helpful. Hotel in quiet location which is 10/15 minutes walk to metro. Nothing.
Bathroom Street noise,no English TV
Nothing Anytime someone in the building flushed a toilet, it sounded like a very loud air compressor going off. We woke up twice in the middle of the night because of this extremely loud noise. Also, after five minutes in the shower, the hot water ran out and did not come back within two hours; my son never could take a shower because of this. The sink was sensor-controlled and it was not very responsive which made brushing our teeth a time-consuming ordeal. The hotel owner said that there parking garage was a reduced rate of 17 Euro/day and that an adjacent parking garage charged 30 Euro per day. This turned out to be untrue (it was 14 Euro/day for the other garage). The room was unimpressive. It is not a place I will stay at again.
clean, comfortable,central, friendly staff ....
the window was broken and just covered by a plastic sheet which was letting the noise inside.
Location near tram/u-bahn. Location inside Gurtel. Quiet location. Hotel excellent especially for price. Staff very helpful with questions about Vienna.
the morning breakfast was good the rooms needs some refurbishment
amazing reception staff they are very kind and helpfull, perfect location close to city center and museums and just beside metro station, clean and big rooms, very fast WiFi internet, quiet hotel. no
The central location and the friendly staff. Hotel was being renovated, literaly a construction site. It also lacked very basic facilities, there was no heating at the rooms, the doors wouldn't lock and generally amenities were well below the 3 star rating and the 120E/per day rate...
The hotel is close to public transport. The room is lovely and big. Very clean and nice and warm in the winter
Helpfull staff. Excelent location. Good breakfast, WiFi avaiable in the rooms. Quite place.
The rooms were large and spacious, old-fashioned in a nice way, but with fully modernised bath facilities etc. Very quiet at night. Excellent breakfast. The breakfast room is very small and cramped, but functions reasonably well (and the breakfast is excellent). A proper double bed would have been preferable to two singles pushed together (perhaps some rooms have this, but mine didn't).
perfect location, size of the rooms, style of hotel small room for breakfast, noisy in the rooms
The staff and accomodations were top rate. We were able to make additional arrangements through the front desk and have it all charged to our bill.
The location The equipment in the appartment is beyond basic, really poor. The staff were generally polite but disinterested with the exception of Frau Roithner. Frau Roithner was inefficient and worst of all extremely rude at every opportunity. She is obviously not interested in making the Fleming Hotel any money because if she was worried about keeping her job and helping the hotel keep its customers she would not be so rude and unfriendly. I have to spend 2 weeks every 2 months in Austria and I will definitely never go back to the Fleming and will make sure that no one at Cambridge University Press goes there either.
