No kettle for hot water in the room.They wanted to charge extra €5 for 24 hrs when I asked for it. No complementary tea, coffee . I asked for a wake up call which was not provided!!

Location was pretty decent. Great metro access and transpprt links. There is a direct bus to the airport from West bahnoff which is 2 minutes away. Youre also not too far from the city centre. Staff was very nice. And the BEST part is the free travel card that you get for the duration of your stay. Fantastic idea.
They didnt have an iron in the hotel, which was disappointing. The wifi wasnt the fastest or the most reliable, which was strange given theres free wifi almost everywhere in Vienna.
