Near to Highway
The Ibis Stockholm Hägersten provides value for money, you know what to expect and that's what you get. Location is not the best but not to far from the city and the excellend subway system is nearby.
quiet place, beautiful nature, nearest metro station hair dryer and refregerator are absent in room
Modern hotel, spacy room, good breakfast and friendly personnel. The room was a bit warm but I could have opened a window;-)
The hotel offered everything we needed. Expensive for a fairly basic hotel some way out of the city.
The staff was helpful when answering questions about the city. The breakfast was worth the money.. fresh fruit and veggies! The room was drafty and the small heater could not heep the room warm enough.
The room is small and bed soft.Around hotel area without supermarket and 15mins to subway.
location, room size, restaurant No free internet connection.
everything was ok.
Comfortable hotel with good access to the city center (500 meters) excellent as value for money.
It is hard to find abar around the hotel so it's better the hotel has a bar inside. i had already mentioned above.
Great breakfast buffet....New bathrooms at the room. I was 6 nights at the same room, Sheets has been never changed. Next subway+bus station is 600 meter away.
Next time I would like to get a better room. I think this one was a little bit uncared, but maybe they have ran out of rooms then.
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. It was well located for easy access by road and to the underground.
Atmosphere, service. And breakfast. Even when I was eating at 06:00. Not next to metro (still that 500meters is not bad).
It was cheap, near from the station, nothing else facilieties
The room was nice and the funicular lift to the top of the hill was interesting. The staff were friendly. The building (downstairs lobby, elevators, stairwell) were quite run-down and off-putting when first entering. The staff weren't particularly efficient.
Close to metro station, price. Bad conditioning, the room was renovated but the shower pipe was visible and a big hole was still there, waiting for someone to cover it. Noisy guests, noisier personal staff.
Extremely dirty groundfloor! Terrible smell and only two toilets per one floor. Toilet is in the same room with shower. No TV in the room.
nothing This is not a 3* HOTEL !!!! this is a hostel in the apartment building on the outskirts of Stockholm ! providing a towel does not make it a hotel. prepare to see a lot of drunks and homeless around.
It was convenient to city transit. I used a lobby computer for e-mail and Internet access free of charge. There was no attention to detail or cleaning services. I was not provided with any clean towels beyand the one that was given to me at check-in. There was no soap available - I had to provide my own. The sliding doors on the shower stall were broken.
Quiet good situeted in Stockholm, close to the tube and shop, nice look of room( IKEA?), cafee for free, nice kitchen Small noise after 23.00
we really enjoyed the cleanliness and friendliness of the hotel. it had a great location and was great value for money. i was a little disapointed that it had shared bathroom facilites with the rest of the corridor as on the website it was confusingly mis sold.
the staff and the simplicity of the hotel i was not given any orientation about my room.for example i was not told if there was any one coming to clean my room,my room was not attended to until i left, i had to find out myself that fridges were rented after some of my items were spoilt.
The hote was really inexpensive, about 450sek which was less than I was expecting. There was free internet, although I had to borrow a cable to use it. It was very basic accomodation but worked out alright. The blankets on the bed were old and tattered and the heat in the room didn't work, although neither had a big impact on my comfort.
The room was clean and tidy Probably my fault, but there were no bathrooms in the rooms, I had thought that the rooms were en-suite. Also the hotel is located at the top of a hill, so it's a bit of a walk up with luggage.
