Very good

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was central to everywhere. The pools were nice and clean. We went half board and the food was lovely, plenty of choice of meals to suit everyone. I got fish one night and it was cooked fresh infront of me, really nice. The cleaners were very friendly and did a brilliant job. Only bad point, when checking in had to wait nearly an hour, staff on desk were very slow and I noticed same problem with others but after We got checked in had a pleasant stay, from bar staff to cleaners was made to feel very welcome. I would definately return to this hotel.

The Conquistador is an ideal situation and people return to this hotel year after year!

All the staff were so obliging and helpful - the facilities were excellent and the food was great. The bed was very hard and I found it difficult to sleep on it. By the time the week was over my neck and back were very sore.

The staff were exceptional in all areas and recognising my wife's birthday and arranging a breakfast surprise just made it. The breakfast was excellent every day and made the overall value superb. We only ate in the Feng Shui Asian restaurant but it was by far the best value meal of our 5 night stay and of outstanding quality. Nothing about the hotel but watch for the prices outside! Cocktails were 6 euros in the hotel and 8 euros outside!

Excellent service, quiet, comfortable and well located.The Feista held on Thursdays was entertaining. The public areas are overstyled!

It was a friendly place busy but not loud.. driving it was hard to find no signs off the main road..

We spent a fantastic time in this hotel. We"ll be back for sure. It was one of the best holidays we've had. The hotel has a very good location, nice pool, very nice staff and perfect service. Very tasty various meals. The hotel was not overcrowded, there were plenty of sunbeds. Good entertainment program during the day and in the evening. Tiny pillows. Useless ancient hair dryer. Poor noise insulation. The walls are so thin you can hear everything the people are saying or doing in the next room. The evening entertainment program started too late (22.45). Unfortunately, the beach doesn't belong to a hotel due to the Spanish legislation, that's why it's so dirty. The sand was full of cigarette butts and packs, tissues, beer caps and other litter.

We have stayed there often in the past and really like the warmth and professionalism of the staff Some facilities could benefit from a "face lift"

This is an excellent hotel in an outstanding location in Playa De Las Americas. Situated right on the beach, we used the small beach right outside the hotel a couple times, even though the shore was a bit rocky. A nicer, larger beach can be found on the other side of Puerto Colon, known as Torviscas Playa. The food was very good, and the selection was absolutely huge, although I have had better food at other resorts. There is certainly something here to be found for everyone. I had requested a room on a higher floor to avoid any noise that may occur at lower levels, and they accomodated my request with a nice 10th floor room with a beautiful view overlooking Puerto Colon, Torviscas, and the sea. All hotel staff was very accomodating! Hotel room was a bit small and out-dated, and in need of remodeling. Beds were very hard.

Location, comfort, peace and quiet in the rooms, beds, efficency of the staff and the hotel had a nice feel to it. Too many noisy children and having to struggle to secure a sun lounger from the Saturday onwards. Also, the restaurants and refreshments at the hotel were very expensive.

Excellent breakfast buffet, Great Spa with friendly professional therapists Staff/ service in Breakfast Room. Felt if you were not in a Club Room you were ignored
