Fantastic hotel. Food excellent, staff friendly. Rooms were modern and great view from our room of the main street and also the volcanic mountains. We will be returning to this hotel in the near future.
The location was good and it was bright and clean. Most of the staff were very professional. Found one of the breakfast chefs offensive which was upsetting. Restaurant staff were under pressure and often not very polite. I had booked a room with two beds and had to remind reception of this on registration as they had booked me a double room. No
The Hotel facilities were excellent, the service in all areas was superb, room comforatable and clean, pool, bar and food excellent Yes , I found two areas in which I feel the standard of this lovely hotel could be improved,. No 1. I think that people who smoke, should be segragated from non smokers,ie, smokers on one side, non smokers opposite, it was rather disturbing to have to inhale the smoke eminating from either side of our balcony. Room 408.No 2. Excessive noise level from pool area at night
Street of the hotel is dirty and dark at night. Safety is a main concern and in the resort itself. I have in the past been mugged and I have heard of this happening to other tourists in the resort. I and they didnt report it because of the bad attitude of local police
The location was the best aspect of the hotel. It was easily within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and bars. Didn't feel it was really a 4 star hotel due to the requirement of some upgrading required particularly in the corridors leading to rooms.
Nothing. The food was absolutly horribly bad.
The Conquistador is an ideal situation and people return to this hotel year after year!
The staff were very friendly, the hotel was central to everywhere. The pools were nice and clean. We went half board and the food was lovely, plenty of choice of meals to suit everyone. I got fish one night and it was cooked fresh infront of me, really nice. The cleaners were very friendly and did a brilliant job. Only bad point, when checking in had to wait nearly an hour, staff on desk were very slow and I noticed same problem with others but after We got checked in had a pleasant stay, from bar staff to cleaners was made to feel very welcome. I would definately return to this hotel.
Hotel was convenient for all the shops and facilities of the resort. The staff were very helpful. Good entertainment at night. Very clean hotel and the rooms and public areas were kept immaculate. Food quantity and variety was very good, however, some of the quality was not up to standard. Also the food from the hot buffet was not as hot as we would have liked. Often by the time I got the food back to the table it was onlt luje warm. Meat tended to be tough, especially the steaks and the lamb chops. Mine was raw in the middle on occasion.
location everything else- not friendly staff, not comfortable beds, noisy disco in hotels yard. No minibar or even refregirator, you have even pay for the safebox. For me the most terrible hotel in spain/
very nice pool good choice of food staff very helpful corridors need new carpets and some floor tile work in need of repair around pool
The hotel is at the center of the tourist area and at the same time by the beach front. The hotel is clean with good facilities. The swimming pool area is very well organised with four different sections of the swimming pools. The entertainment team is excellent and they always have something going especially for the kids. The food is excellent and of a very good quality. The staff is helpfull and friendly. Good value for money. Having to wake up early in the morning and place your towels in sunbeds around the pool area to reserve a place for the rest of the day.
The location was excellent and the food was even better. I thought the island in the middle of the pool reserved for privileged guests as offensive and very discriminative. If the H10 wants those type of people they should make it a 5 star and not a hotel for hard working less better off guests. Reminded me of a monkey island in a zoo.
The location was great. The hotel was clean with good facilities. The food was average and the rooms are ready for decoration.
I liked the warm welcome from staff and that they were helpful when I asked questions and needed extra pillows and towels. I also like the pool and the ability to go on to the beach front from the hotel. I did not like the dining arrangements as it was not always easy to find a seat and to access the food counters. I found the food very bland and diffident (and sometimes unrecognisable) I think for the same budget the chef could be more adventurous and could make the meals more appetising and appealing to more people.
Very good location, low rate, exellent evening show, various dishes for dinner/ The breakfast wasn't so good as the dinner, also there was very, very noisy
Nothig much Many things:1. Its a very noisy hotel situated in the heart of the pubs zone, which means extermly loud noise all night. 2. We got a room with a door connecting to a second room, the people from the other room were able to open the door and enter our room, they did it one time when we were out, and one more time when we were inside, and saw them. The hotel management did nothing about it !!!
The hotel location was very good. Close to beach, resturants and bars. . Too close to Veronica Strip. The noies went on till six am then the cleaning staff started up at eight am. Not much sleep was had.
it was near to the beach, and the weather. the lifts not working, and the noise.
|Good position on beach - easy public parking Very good and substantial inclusive breakfast Near local bars so quite noisy until quite late. Air conditioner not effective and did not want to open windows - other guests said the same.
location was great, beach was beside hotel. entertainment was provided every night. airconditioning was provided without any extra cost, buffet breakfast and dinner was good too. you can hear everything from the room next to you, bad sound proofing, eventhough, you could not hear music from outside too easily.
Cleanliness of rooms, choice in dining room, helpful and courteous staff One lift out of order, showerhead loose in socket resulting in splashing out of bath area
Nice room with with kitchen and refrigerator, good food. To much noise at night, they block door 1/2 hour before you exit of noon, you have to talk to them to activate again the card.
The location is excellent 2 min walking to the beach, and the rooms are cleaned and towels changed everyday . also you're next to almost everything from supermarket (Spar express 5 min) to the beach front walking venue.Cleaning Staff is very polite and make you comfortable When I came to check in the welcome was really cold (the worst I ever seen in any of Tenerife's hotels) I was told that room was not ready yet even though I came at 1:30 pm. also at night the noise is unbearable the hotel is located next to CC veronicas a life night venue where the music is played till 6: 00 am everyday (if you want to stay in the hotel you have to buy some earplugs it'll do the job).
Room smaller than expected
Good location, very friendly staff, good cuisine, very clean and comfortable.
Great location hotel, just a step away from the beach. Brilliant pool area, big and immaculately clean. Plenty of beds. Pool towels included, changed as often as you want. Freshwater pool not salt water! A tired hotel that needs a refurb, a good tidy up. Shower drenched the bathroom floor. Drinks and snacks are pricey. Would be good if there was a better poolside bar/shop. Supermarket near by offers a cheaper alternative. Decor looks grand probably was a 5 star back when it opened but not anymore.
We didn't like the room and we moved to the cleopatra hotel in the same resort wich was much cleaner and the view was awsome-to the ocean. The pool was cleaner. The furniture was old, the sheets were not as clean as for a five star hotel. The hotel was almost three stars.
Relaxing and friendly No
best location in tenerife bathrooms need refurbishing
i asked to join the expo club as this was our 4th trip to your hotel. can you please send me the necessary forms to join. i was happy enough except that we didnt get to the pool and chill out area on 6th floor.
I liked the admophair the staff the breakfeast and the other meals
location and views bathrooms very old fittings
Excellent location, good value for money. Food was boring, service was a bit poor. Rooms needs renovation.
Staff were friendly and tried to help.Public areas of the hotel were comfortable . The beds were uncomfortable , the room wasn't clean , there were no tea/coffee making facilities , no drinking water , and very poor sound insulation - we could hear clearly normal-volume conversations in neighbouring rooms .
Location Unhelpful and unfriendly staff, the length of time at check-in, poor choice in the buffet, overcrowded restaurant, lack of pool side service,
Good food, locality and facilities. Yes. At the poolside young adults were allowed to play music without personal headsets therefore annoying guests.
excellent location and pool and breakfast choice The hotel reception was the worst I have experienced . 45 mins to check in. Clueless and could not care attitude. Needs major surgery
the location was perfect for us the rooms both refurbished and not were small and nasty the catering was horrid and there were too many people for the facilities not enough sun chairs and we were asked to pay for pool facilities i,e, towel and cushion we were under the impression this was a luxury hotel it ruined our 30th wedding anniverary break
the friendlieness of the cleaning staff and house keeping staff. also that it was comfortable for older people. The pool area was also very pleasant. We arrived and our hotel room at 5pm and it was not ready. I specified that I wanted a hotel room on the 3rd floor or upwards. They said at reception that this was not possible. So they put us in a room on the ground floor for 1 night. It was uncomfortable and loud. We did not get much sleep after our long journey from Germany. The next day they said they would change our room, but only to a room on the 1st floor which was not what we asked for, but it was better than the room on the ground floor. This room was also wrong. We booked a twin room and this room was a double room. So they had to put in an extra bed. This took about 3 hours to organise. We were in Tenerife 2 days, and were still not happy with our room. It was a nightmare to organise. The staff at reception were not very helpful and sometimes agressive and not very understanding. We had travelled so far, were so tired, and they did not make this any easier on us. We understood that the hotel was busy etc. but I booked the room in November and specified exactly what we needed, which was not alot. When we finally got the extra bed in our room, we then began to enjoy our stay. But this was after 2 days in the hotel.
the food was very nice with alot of selection and the rooms were nice it was all very good but we were among the very few young couples
Great central location. Decent selection of food. Nice pool and plenty of sunbeds. Very uncomfortable beds! Noise from surrounding bars at night
Excellent facilities and value for money.
Well located to reach different places in walkingdistance In comparison its not worth 4 stars.no balcony ...
cleanliness of rooms and location no balcony to sit out on just a door that opens with a railing around it
The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was not great for the heat in August.
very good location ,near all the shopping center and beach ass well about 5 min walk small swimmingpool and not working jacuzzi but i didin't use them
The blackout blinds were terrific.Even if wanted to have a siesta the room was pitch black, and with no children about it was nice and quite. Nobody uses the bar therefore it was hard to find a bar person.
Excellent hotel with good selection of restuarants, nice pool area and friendly staff! For the price paid & star rating I would have expected; - 1 - internet access in the room - 2 - more/higher grade Audio & Video equipment (no radio, cd- or DVD-players and an old 22-inch tv) - 3 - Mineral water or a bottle of wine and/or fresch fruits etc to be in the room as a welcome gesture on arrival!
Breakfast buffet and the spa. Non-functioning portions of the spa circuit, lack of transparency of the in-room international phone rates.
As a solo traveler, the comfort, the location, the security and english channels on the tv were important. I enjoyed my stay and would go back. This hotel is part of The Nostrum Resort so Sir Anthony and Medditerian Palace are all in same complex. Glad i choose The Cleopatra, very nice hotel.
lovely room with jaccuzzi on the deck, close to the beach sterile anonumous athmosphere
Good location beside the beach. Nice breakfast. Having to pay for gym and room safe
Located as close as possible to the excellent beach. I am happy I took a room with a sea view. Free parking was also handy for me.
Excellent service, quiet, comfortable and well located. The Feista held on Thursdays was entertaining. The public areas are overstyled!
liked the location bedrooms need to be upgraded and suites are small
Location close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Room little bit old fashioned, long way from reception.
The staff were exceptional in all areas and recognising my wife's birthday and arranging a breakfast surprise just made it. The breakfast was excellent every day and made the overall value superb. We only ate in the Feng Shui Asian restaurant but it was by far the best value meal of our 5 night stay and of outstanding quality. Nothing about the hotel but watch for the prices outside! Cocktails were 6 euros in the hotel and 8 euros outside!
All the staff were so obliging and helpful - the facilities were excellent and the food was great. The bed was very hard and I found it difficult to sleep on it. By the time the week was over my neck and back were very sore.
everthing was perfect
the view doublebed was sepereted, easy to move but not enought large
The meals are very good for 3 star hotel.Hotel staff are excellent. Far away to the ocean, but we liked. It is a lot of Englishmen. The floor in number was dirty.
The swimmingpool was good for a children, and lot of spaces for a sunbath...unfortunately most of the sunbeds was broken and totally unkomfortable.Locallisation is really great,is dependent what u looking for, this hotel is ok,just because all is working, but not looking.Definitely for flexible young peoples, who want be close to night life, and dont care about first immpresion When im opened my room i cant stop laughing,i cant belived is it a really true...or im in time vehicle who take me back to 1970 yr...it was amazing experience, everythink was clean, but i supose now prisoner cell is better and modern equiped than Columbus (3 star??? no way!!!) All furnitures was pure rubbish, but clean and well maintenanted.
Hotel very central and good value for money. Food ok. Breakfast very good. Hotel staff very polite and friendly. Basic rooms but clean and towels daily linen a couple of times per week. Overall good. Plastic cups in bar for drinks. Could be a bit noisy at night with people returning to rooms in the early hours. But realise where you are, las americas.
I liked the fact that is quite close to the beach, view from the terrace was beautiful with Teide volcano and the ocean, the employees speak English and our towels were changed daily and the room was clean.
It was very good. The accommodation is quite adequate and the meals are very good. No.
All staff very friendly. Fantastic food. All facilities very clean, especially pool areas
Tranquil and relaxing Location is not exactly perfect.
Friendly attentive staff and good meal at the Spanish restaurant Saltwater pool and adjacent Jacuzzi nice and warm Very poor wifi connectivity in room, which we needed for some work. We had to go downstairs or to a nearby bar for decent wifi
That they upgraded us to very spacious rooms with terraces overlooking the ocean; natural friendliness of staff; choice of food in buffet Service at reception was sometimes (when they were busy) slow and unhelpful.
Pool and roooms are wonderful Front desk service could have been better. Location is fine for full-board, stay on site relaxation, but not for island exploring without a car.
Beatiful location,Swimming Pools. Excellent Food and very high standards of service.
It was very quiet, no noise, very clean. Excellent view overy the see and the garden. The hotel staff was always helpful and nice. I expected the spa infrastructure was included in the price of the hotel, but you had to pay additionally.
location, facilities, food, peaceful. Allstaff very helpful and efficient. Prices of food and drink very reasonable (contrary to some other opinions I have read) no
Excellent well run 5* hotel lack of a beach nearby
The hotel staff and facilities are excellent as well as the hotel being exceptionally clean. The food is wonderful too.
We enjoyed our stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very clean and at anytime of the day you can get a sunbed. Poeple who reserve beds are in for a shock as the hotel lifts all towells and belongings from unoccupied beds - very relaxing holiday indeed. My down side was the food. I am really glad we were bed and breakfast only as the breakfast was a big let down and speaking to various people around the hotel the food in the evenings was not of 5 star standard. 1 couple said they have eaten out all week as the food was terrible. Five star - I don.t think so I would grade the food side of the hotel a poor 4 star. The hotel room should also have tea making facilities in the rooms.
I throughly enjoyed the pool/decking area on the top of the hotel it was very relaxing and peaceful, just what the doctor ordered.
Very comfortable hotel, great value, location
The hotel was as advertised and an enjoyable experience. You had to pay into the hotel gym. This is not what you expect from a 5 star hotel and seems a cheap attempt to get extra cash out of their guests. One expects a hotel of this size to have its gym available at no cost and indeed, I have not come across this before. Also, the choice of food available, esp in the evenings, was limited with not much variation.
room size and cleanliness too impersonal
Being able to choose location of room
Truly a grand, impressive entrance and hall. Spacious rooms, comfortable.
efficiency of staff
It was quiet. Great value for money. Loved the padded matressed sun beds. Also great to have 2 sunbeds on the balconey. No iron despite saying on website you could get one in reception which resulted in me having to buy one. We Arrived at 2Am due to 2 hour delay at airport and despite ringing the hotel beds for the children were not ready and they were exceptionally hard.
I love the open air hallways and the outstanding staff - they are very helpful and friendly - from the cleaning staff all the way up to the managers. No real complaints - some of the shopping units were empty - this was a pity. They should offer local shops a 'free' day or night where they could come and use the units for free to promote and bring awareness of the local shopping area.
There was plenty of on-street parking. The food was very poor. The furniture was old. I had ants in my bathroom. The whole hotel had the air conditioning turned up too high. I was very cold at night. I asked 3 different receptionists for some hotel information and none of them got back to me at all.
Facilities, food Staff were rushing to clear dinner away even though you were allowed in up till a certain time
Their organisation, the catering runs like awell oiled machine. The rooms although clean and comfortable were a bit souless compared to the public spaces in the hotel. However this is a minor critisim and would not put me off staying again.
the food ,staff, location and facilities noise transfer-they need to carpet bedrooms
This time, nothing We were put in a room on the second floor. It hadn't been cleaned and was gloomy. We asked in reception to be changed, and were told that clients that use booking.com were usually put on the first floor, When I pointed out that the five or six previous visits , all using booking.com, I had been put on the 6th, 5th 4th floor but never on the first or second. The receptionist then said it was a "courtesy" of the hotel to do this, and I then asked why this had not been explained to me in previous visits, as it seemed to be important information, i.e. if you book a room in this hotel, through booking.com, you will be placed on the first floor, unless the hotel deems it fit to offer another room as a "courtesy" at their convenience.
friendly service, large rooms, large lounges , good food ,clean, free wifi the room we booked with booking.com was on the external side of the hotel where was quite some noise in the evening and night. On this side was the parking of the staff, soa lot of cars starting at 23-24 h and arriving at 06-07 h;also the garbitch was there,so collection during the night.I don't know if this due to the price of the room or coincidence
Staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet at both breakfast and dinner were amongst the best that we have experienced. During our stay it was my wife's birthday and, without prompting, the hotel served us sparkling wine in our room. The beds were uncomfortable. Because it is the last hotel in the resort it is a long walk to nearby Playa de las Americas - but this could equally be an attraction to some people because if you just want to chill out the hotel can comfortably satisfy all your needs.
This was a lovely hotel in an ideal location for quite, restful holiday. Food was good and hotel facilities excellent.
Good size rooms, courtesy room for travelers who had late flights home. Good choice of food but it was not always seved hot, it was mainly warm. Could have done with more staff on reception.
Room was nice (but needs to be redone urgently), we received sea-pool view without any extra charge. Food was excellent and very clean. very quiet place. friendly staf. nice beaches nearby (in front of grand duque hotel), nice admosphere. lots of natiionalities in the hotel, not only russian or german, we liked the hotel for the money we paid, but see con- points if you pay a lot. Pool was too deep for people who can not swim (min 1m55 !!) (all 3 pools!!), piano man in evening is terrible. people who stayed in ALL-in did not get all in at all, still to pay a lot for some drinks. rooms need to be re-decorated urgently, are getting old, bathroom very badly build (tiles in all directions, paint all over places where it should not be, etc...), Not palace or **** level at all, more ***. if you want nightlife, not the place to be. food at poolbar is terrible
we were feeling that we r staying at home not in hotel nothing
there was no air conditioning
We have booked this hotel on your site, but when we arrived staff told us that they don't have room for us and asked us to go to another hotel.
The enterteinment at nights The hotel was in desperet need of maintainence
I liked it I The swimmingpool was to deep, and not usable for handicapped people like me. It was difficult to came into it and up again. I had to use the childrens pool. I feel stupid!
Our room was very big and with a balcony, where we spent great time Would be nice, if room`s cleanness whould be improved and absolutly necessary that hotel would buy more irons, during our 11 days stay we weren't lucky enough to rent one, though a reseptionist was so nice that borrowed for us an iron for one hour.
forced to pay in advance for whole stay, two days of cockroach invasion in restaurant (floor, walls, juice dispenser) and corridor, almost every night shouts and yells till 2-3 a.m. by the pool bar (till midnight after a few calls to reception desk), internet 6 euro per hour (1 euro "on the street"), blocked AV in the tv sets (impossible to play movies from ipod ) sometimes uncooperative repdesk
The hotel lobby and pool look extremely attractive. Staff was very helpful. Rooms large with two big comfortable beds. Nicely decorated. Good shower. Nice balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool. Superb location, sea 5 minutes walk, live music absolutely everywhere, good shops, good restaurants. Buffet breakfast was extensive. No waste bin in the room (only in bath room) and a hotel of this class should have much better toiletries.
Breakfast was wonderful, pool area very nice and location exellent, did`t need to use taxi at all. I booked the room from internet for three people, two adults and one 17 year old girl. The internet site gave me price 711 euros. When i went to hotel they told me that 17 years old is not a child and total cost became 789 euros.
Breakfast food was not so good and never hot !!, pool area was very busy, no drinks service.
location was good. and loby and hotel facilities good. there were not enough sun loungers and i would think of it as more of three star as appose to four.plaster missin off wall in bedrooms. air con. extremely loud when set above one.
Good value for money, superb location. Food was plentiful and had a good selection for everyone The hotel could do with a little t l c, sky sports news would have been good.
Food sometimes and pool area. My room was flooded and was cleaned after 5h although I ask for cleaning.
Very large rooms with generous sized balcony. The staff are friendly and buffet breakfast was always well supplied The pool was not heated so was a bit chilly to swim. The free wifi internet was only available in the lobby and was difficult to connect to.
Best Tenerife has the following qualities: (1) You have a bus station in front of your hotel, so it was extremely easy to use the free busses for going to Jungle Park, Siam Park, Aqualand and other trips. (2) The breakfast and dinner was served during 3 hours and you have plenty of time to do all activities you want during day and not loosing breakfast or dinner. (3) The food was excellent, especialy at dinner. (4) Great swimming pool. (5) You can book directly from the hotel all trips, you can buy tickets to all the great parks in Tenerife, you can rent cars, bikes. All in one is a good choice, we were extremely enchanted about this hotel and services.
Central situation, close to all amenities. Cleanliness and good food, although we only participated in breakfast. Entertainment acceptable. Hotel staff helpful whilst unobtrusive. One (and only one) member of staff on Reception was rude and offensive.
the "booking "of sunbeds did not start untilabout 8.30 the charge for mattress' and towells, and the charge for the safe. Other Hotels I stayed in do not chargefor them.
The swimming pool
food- always fresh and lot of to choose from spa area and swimming pool should be open longer than till 6pm
The Hotel is very clean, there are always places at pool area. The beach is very close, just you have to across the road. Food was very good, everyday was different main course. Absolutely no issues.Rooms were always clean and tidy, there are double glasses and double doors! So you cannot here the noise outside. At common areas you can find wifi, which is works perfectly. There were lot of young couples and families, not just old tourists. The wellness is very good as well, there are sauna, steam, whirlpool, jacuzzi.Very relaxing after a sunny beach day. I recommend to take a car and discover the island!!! Don't sit in one place, this island has lot of beauties! Very few staff people can speak other languages than Spanish. Even they cannot speak English or German, but the main staff waitress and receptionist can.No big party places, just bars and all around the streets there are the young inviter, who they trying to push you into the bar. The jacuzzi was full with chlorine.
found everything about this hotel to be excellent. will recommend it to friends. no
hotel was in a built up area, howere was still pieceful no all inclusive offered
The only thing that I felt you could do with is a ptinter attached to your computers at the internet site that you have. As most airlines now want the travelling public to pre print boarding cards it is a bit cumbersome to have to e,mail to have them printed
The hotel was well located & have a good infrastructure, i.e swimming pool, spa, nice place close to the swimming pool to relax etc. loud music in the evenig that we could well here in the room.
Noise from Bars across the road at night was terrible
most what i liked so it was friendly staff.....and i think its the most important think in the hotel.....honesly......? i ll be back i just aws upset becouse of show evenings, it should be somthing more funny, and just put some shows for young peaple as well, cos im young as well, and other guys said that they was a little bit boring in the evenings...but other part it was great
Had a one night stay, would certainly stay again as the Hotel was clean and comfortable, helpful and courteous staff and very good value for money.
staff were first class the design of room meant only windows were at front making the room very dark
Room was described as "Self Catering" The small old fashioned 14" CRT TV supplied was not the flat screen LCD as shown online, it was available at further cost!! In fact in order to Self Cater you would need to bring along as a minimum your own Iron/Iron board, Toaster, Kettle, yes not even a kettle was supplied!!! you could hire all the above and more at further cost!!! Come on not even a kettle in the room. The fixture and fittings were tatty and the beds uncomfortable. We arrived on Friday and the first time a maid came was on Monday after we complained on Sunday and were told the rooms are not serviced on Sundays, when quizzed about Saturday it was greeted with a shrug of the shoulders and a whatever look by reception.
The room was modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Our room had a sea view (but most did not). The pool area was pleasant and not too busy even in August. The sun longers had comfortable cushions. There was free Wi-Fi but only in the reception area. The staff spoke excellent English. The hotel is close to the beach and shops. There is a big, proper supermarket right next door with normal (not tourist) prices. It was not easy to park nearby and there was not even an unloading area outside to use for five minutes when checking in and out. No Wi-Fi in the rooms. Most rooms have no views. No kettle, toaster, grill or iron are supplied in the room. The fridge is adequate but the freezer compartment had no door and was frozen up solid. Our balcony door was broken and so could not be locked we reported this immediately but nothing was done about it - we were on the third floor, but the adjacent balcony could easily have accessed ours. The sliding wardrobe doors were broken and jammed making use of the wardrobe impossible we reported this twice but nothing was done about it.
staff were excellent and the location was nice no hairdryer or kettle was a bummer .We were overrun by little black 'ants' and had to move rooms , however the second room was also overrun .
We stayed at Udalla park in late Nov .The staff were excellent and the hotel facilities were good the location was very central the appartments were cleaned every other day (how often do you change your bed sheets?) The beach was really near with great high end shopping near by there was a Mercadonna supermarket 50 mtrs away which was much better than a British supermarket in price and quality given it's size.Only gripe was that the you had to payfor the TV but saying that who watches that much whilst away. All in all 8/10.
We stay in the hotel for 10 days with my girlfriend and we don't complaint on nothing. We love it every single day,we ask about top floor and we get it. The room had staircases on private terrace where we can catch all day sun with view on sea.The receptionist Paola was lovely and very helpful. We don't bother that room haven't kettle, microwave and stuff like that bcs that's holiday time not like home the people will complaint on everything like I read reviwes on hotel before. So we will come back:-)
Excelent value for money. Better than what we were expecting from the reviews shown. Clean, calm (probably due to low season), close to beach (10 min walk), great pool, great food in restaurant (not in quantity of options but in quality), great environment for October (warm see water and weather). Lack of information about the room cleaning days (they have cleaned twice during our stay -> ~2/2 days). We felt that local shops tried to "extort" money from tourists, for instance, we went to a pharmacy and the medicine cost us 15€ which would not cost more than 5€ in Portugal. Some ants may be found as well, if you are a camping fan it shall not be a problem :)
I liked prce and locattion
The location was close to my business location. Paying to view television, even free to view channels.
