The spa is amazing! The staff were all lovely, food at the buffet (breakfast and dinner) was of a high standard. Lovely lagoon swimming pools and the double sunbeds are amazing - if you can get one! The reserving of sunbeds with towels and books is out of control and unmonitored. There are signs up everywhere saying it's not allowed but noone takes any notice. It's very unfair and they need to actively dissuade people from doing this.
This was a superb hotel, with very helpful staff giving excellent service and providing what I would assess to be some of the best half-board food that I have experienced. I recommend taking the half-board option for €35 per person per day from the outset. The pools were well kept, bar food was very reasonable and portions large for the price charged. The suite with upstairs private sun area and personal jacuzzi looking out to sea was a special touch and very well done. Golf was organized with absolute ease and free transfers by the hotel staff to local courses was provided free of charge. Finally, the al a carte restaurant was simply superb with the 7 course taster menu firmly recommended. Noting this was a 5 star hotel, the staff were, on occasion, under resourced. It was not their fault at all as they worked very hard to provide us with great service, but a few more on duty during busy periods would have made the service even better. Also, the location is at the apex of a reasonably busy road which took the shine off what was otherwise a holiday oasis amongst a fairly built up area. That said, it was a relaxing 5 day stay for two adults.
The comfort, friendleness of the staff and the spa. Evening meal was poor, in fact very poor for 40 euros a head. Eating out was so much better and cheaper. However Breakfast and lunch were always good.
Very big, clean and comfortable room and terrace. The stuff is very polite and nice. The brekfast is perfect The hotel is situated far away from the sea and from the city center.
not consistent service at lunchbar at lunch time. Otherwise no complaints
The design and style of the hotel, the large (55m2) bungalows, the choice at the buffet, the products in the bathroom (Hermès), the massage shower and the friendliness of the staff (i.e. most waiters and the very professional staff at the reception). If the buffet offered a large choice and fresh as well as tasty products, these remain rather simple in general. The "Entrecôte" was excellent! Real gourmets should probably try the gourmet restaurant of the hotel. The beach is a few minutes' walk away and the hotel is situated on a hill, but there is a bus shuttle and the hotel offers some nice pools. There is no possibility to get a single room.
It was very luxurious and the facilities are excellent.
Nordac walking, some other keep fit routines and massage Lack of vegetarian options on menus
Everything was nearly perfect. Breakfast - amazing choice and quality. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Overall style and design - excellent... But, people is the main asset of this Hotel - the personell is superp, helpful, proffessional and friendly. Exactly what you expect from a "real 5 star Hotel". Thanks !!!
The sea view and balcony. The size of the bed and room.
Nothing. The food was absolutly horribly bad.
very nice pool good choice of food staff very helpful corridors need new carpets and some floor tile work in need of repair around pool
The location was excellent and the food was even better. I thought the island in the middle of the pool reserved for privileged guests as offensive and very discriminative. If the H10 wants those type of people they should make it a 5 star and not a hotel for hard working less better off guests. Reminded me of a monkey island in a zoo.
The location was great. The hotel was clean with good facilities. The food was average and the rooms are ready for decoration.
The Conquistador is an ideal situation and people return to this hotel year after year!
Hotel was convenient for all the shops and facilities of the resort. The staff were very helpful. Good entertainment at night. Very clean hotel and the rooms and public areas were kept immaculate. Food quantity and variety was very good, however, some of the quality was not up to standard. Also the food from the hot buffet was not as hot as we would have liked. Often by the time I got the food back to the table it was onlt luje warm. Meat tended to be tough, especially the steaks and the lamb chops. Mine was raw in the middle on occasion.
The staff were very friendly, the hotel was central to everywhere. The pools were nice and clean. We went half board and the food was lovely, plenty of choice of meals to suit everyone. I got fish one night and it was cooked fresh infront of me, really nice. The cleaners were very friendly and did a brilliant job. Only bad point, when checking in had to wait nearly an hour, staff on desk were very slow and I noticed same problem with others but after We got checked in had a pleasant stay, from bar staff to cleaners was made to feel very welcome. I would definately return to this hotel.
location everything else- not friendly staff, not comfortable beds, noisy disco in hotels yard. No minibar or even refregirator, you have even pay for the safebox. For me the most terrible hotel in spain/
The hotel is at the center of the tourist area and at the same time by the beach front. The hotel is clean with good facilities. The swimming pool area is very well organised with four different sections of the swimming pools. The entertainment team is excellent and they always have something going especially for the kids. The food is excellent and of a very good quality. The staff is helpfull and friendly. Good value for money. Having to wake up early in the morning and place your towels in sunbeds around the pool area to reserve a place for the rest of the day.
The choice of food at breakfast and dinner was excellent. Very attentive, hard working waiters. The hotel has bright and spacious puclic areas. There was good entertainment for families. There are not really enough lifts for the number of people staying in the hotel. Bedrooms could do with a refresh.
you could get easy from the airport to the hotel,it was very close to the beach, it had a very big restaurant with a good program, outside the hotel is the meeting poit for many trips like Jungle park, San Miguel Castel, etc, tv channels in 4languages english, german, italian, spanish the furniture and the painting in the hotel room are a little too old, and this was unpleasant(I speak on the behalf of my room)
Hotel very nice and in good location. Food really nice with plenty of choice. Two big swimmingpools and well equipted new gim. Very friendly animation team (international). Rooms furnitures quite old...and I would say the same about other hotel guests;) 70% of all guests were over 70 years old..mostly British..In the morning they booked best places near swimming pool (thou it is not allowed) and spent there no more then 30 minutes in the afternoon...Slow lifts especialy during meals..better take floors 1-3 and use stairs if possible.
The location near the beach was excellent. The food was varied and delicious (we had halfboard). We also liked the active animation-team and the entertainment (for both kids and adults). The much-needed airconditioning did it's job perfectly during the hot weather. The room was big enough and kept clean, it also had a nice seaview from the balcony. And last but not least - the staff was very helpful and friendly. There's nothing really negative to say about this hotel. Maybe the fact that the drinks are a bit expensive at dinner/in the bar.
Nice location, beside the beach and promenade, friendly staff, nice breakfast and super view from our 8th floor room.
The breakfast buffet was very large. The view from the room and location were ideal. The bed was a bit stiff.
This is an excellent hotel in an outstanding location in Playa De Las Americas. Situated right on the beach, we used the small beach right outside the hotel a couple times, even though the shore was a bit rocky. A nicer, larger beach can be found on the other side of Puerto Colon, known as Torviscas Playa. The food was very good, and the selection was absolutely huge, although I have had better food at other resorts. There is certainly something here to be found for everyone. I had requested a room on a higher floor to avoid any noise that may occur at lower levels, and they accomodated my request with a nice 10th floor room with a beautiful view overlooking Puerto Colon, Torviscas, and the sea. All hotel staff was very accomodating! Hotel room was a bit small and out-dated, and in need of remodeling. Beds were very hard.
Location and hotel facilities. Room, lack of conveniently placed elect sockets. Bed on wheels not very stable. In all room not up to standard compared with other facilities in hotel.
The room was basic but the hotel was excellent, half board was a good deal and the food choice very good. The hotel was in an good position for the beach, bars etc. None
We have stayed there often in the past and really like the warmth and professionalism of the staff Some facilities could benefit from a "face lift"
Breakfast, pool area, location. Rooms a bit outdated, elevators hard to catch.
It is a great value for the money. It was nice to have our own kitchen. It was within walking distance to the beach and all the main area of the city. The beds were really hard and I would have liked to have some air conditioning.
It is a comfort and pleasant and cosy hotel
Dirty and unfriendly hotel, only the cleaning lady and one helpful blond receptionist tried to help Very unfriendly management and dirty hotel with lots of Big cockroaches
I liked the location The fact that after hiring a safe the whole safe was stolen from our room. All our money, passports, jewellery, camera which were in it were taken
Nice location, great swimmingpool, clean room and kind staff, I would recommend it and I will go back
Very good hotel, friendly staff. clean big rooms and good location near the city, beach and shopping center. I recomended that place for everyone. I spent 2 weeks with family (2 small children) and it was one of my best holiday. You should expect karaoke or bingo show at the swiming pool till midnight and if You need silence before that time You can forget about it. But You can used to them.
Finally relaxation and offload -
Excellent grounds (landscaped beautifully), excellent service and staff. Spa is world class and well worth the experience. Extremely well suited for families with tons of fun for the kids. The bed was a bit hard for my taste and I found the restaurants to be a bit pricey but not too outrageous for the quality of food which was quite good.
kitchen, beach, evening performance, attitude to children, nice shopping, very comfortable climate.General impression is very positive. Too many steps and levels, difficult to walk with small children and old people
Outstanding location, excellent dining and friendly staff. We've already booked to return in late September. Resort on a very steep incline so not really convenient for less mobile guests. However, buggy service in place to ease this problem.
room was very comfortable and clean, beautiful garden and very pleasure staff.
Good kitchen, a lot of restaurants and big territory I didn`t like that at first day of arrival accomodating to the room with yelow water, bad floor and without sea view. But in advance I made reservation the room on sea view. But after calling to reservation, next day I accommodated in dood room on upgrate rate.
Buffet meals are wonderful. No negative points.
We stay in the hotel for 10 days with my girlfriend and we don't complaint on nothing. We love it every single day,we ask about top floor and we get it. The room had staircases on private terrace where we can catch all day sun with view on sea.The receptionist Paola was lovely and very helpful. We don't bother that room haven't kettle, microwave and stuff like that bcs that's holiday time not like home the people will complaint on everything like I read reviwes on hotel before. So we will come back:-)
Had a one night stay, would certainly stay again as the Hotel was clean and comfortable, helpful and courteous staff and very good value for money.
The room was modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Our room had a sea view (but most did not). The pool area was pleasant and not too busy even in August. The sun longers had comfortable cushions. There was free Wi-Fi but only in the reception area. The staff spoke excellent English. The hotel is close to the beach and shops. There is a big, proper supermarket right next door with normal (not tourist) prices. It was not easy to park nearby and there was not even an unloading area outside to use for five minutes when checking in and out. No Wi-Fi in the rooms. Most rooms have no views. No kettle, toaster, grill or iron are supplied in the room. The fridge is adequate but the freezer compartment had no door and was frozen up solid. Our balcony door was broken and so could not be locked we reported this immediately but nothing was done about it - we were on the third floor, but the adjacent balcony could easily have accessed ours. The sliding wardrobe doors were broken and jammed making use of the wardrobe impossible we reported this twice but nothing was done about it.
I liked prce and locattion
The location was close to my business location. Paying to view television, even free to view channels.
staff were excellent and the location was nice no hairdryer or kettle was a bummer .We were overrun by little black 'ants' and had to move rooms , however the second room was also overrun .
Room was described as "Self Catering" The small old fashioned 14" CRT TV supplied was not the flat screen LCD as shown online, it was available at further cost!! In fact in order to Self Cater you would need to bring along as a minimum your own Iron/Iron board, Toaster, Kettle, yes not even a kettle was supplied!!! you could hire all the above and more at further cost!!! Come on not even a kettle in the room. The fixture and fittings were tatty and the beds uncomfortable. We arrived on Friday and the first time a maid came was on Monday after we complained on Sunday and were told the rooms are not serviced on Sundays, when quizzed about Saturday it was greeted with a shrug of the shoulders and a whatever look by reception.
We stayed at Udalla park in late Nov .The staff were excellent and the hotel facilities were good the location was very central the appartments were cleaned every other day (how often do you change your bed sheets?) The beach was really near with great high end shopping near by there was a Mercadonna supermarket 50 mtrs away which was much better than a British supermarket in price and quality given it's size.Only gripe was that the you had to payfor the TV but saying that who watches that much whilst away. All in all 8/10.
Excelent value for money. Better than what we were expecting from the reviews shown. Clean, calm (probably due to low season), close to beach (10 min walk), great pool, great food in restaurant (not in quantity of options but in quality), great environment for October (warm see water and weather). Lack of information about the room cleaning days (they have cleaned twice during our stay -> ~2/2 days). We felt that local shops tried to "extort" money from tourists, for instance, we went to a pharmacy and the medicine cost us 15€ which would not cost more than 5€ in Portugal. Some ants may be found as well, if you are a camping fan it shall not be a problem :)
staff were first class the design of room meant only windows were at front making the room very dark
|Good position on beach - easy public parking Very good and substantial inclusive breakfast Near local bars so quite noisy until quite late. Air conditioner not effective and did not want to open windows - other guests said the same.
I liked the warm welcome from staff and that they were helpful when I asked questions and needed extra pillows and towels. I also like the pool and the ability to go on to the beach front from the hotel. I did not like the dining arrangements as it was not always easy to find a seat and to access the food counters. I found the food very bland and diffident (and sometimes unrecognisable) I think for the same budget the chef could be more adventurous and could make the meals more appetising and appealing to more people.
Nothig much Many things:1. Its a very noisy hotel situated in the heart of the pubs zone, which means extermly loud noise all night. 2. We got a room with a door connecting to a second room, the people from the other room were able to open the door and enter our room, they did it one time when we were out, and one more time when we were inside, and saw them. The hotel management did nothing about it !!!
Cleanliness of rooms, choice in dining room, helpful and courteous staff One lift out of order, showerhead loose in socket resulting in splashing out of bath area
location was great, beach was beside hotel. entertainment was provided every night. airconditioning was provided without any extra cost, buffet breakfast and dinner was good too. you can hear everything from the room next to you, bad sound proofing, eventhough, you could not hear music from outside too easily.
it was near to the beach, and the weather. the lifts not working, and the noise.
Nice room with with kitchen and refrigerator, good food. To much noise at night, they block door 1/2 hour before you exit of noon, you have to talk to them to activate again the card.
The location is excellent 2 min walking to the beach, and the rooms are cleaned and towels changed everyday . also you're next to almost everything from supermarket (Spar express 5 min) to the beach front walking venue.Cleaning Staff is very polite and make you comfortable When I came to check in the welcome was really cold (the worst I ever seen in any of Tenerife's hotels) I was told that room was not ready yet even though I came at 1:30 pm. also at night the noise is unbearable the hotel is located next to CC veronicas a life night venue where the music is played till 6: 00 am everyday (if you want to stay in the hotel you have to buy some earplugs it'll do the job).
Very good location, low rate, exellent evening show, various dishes for dinner/ The breakfast wasn't so good as the dinner, also there was very, very noisy
The hotel location was very good. Close to beach, resturants and bars. . Too close to Veronica Strip. The noies went on till six am then the cleaning staff started up at eight am. Not much sleep was had.
Best Tenerife has the following qualities: (1) You have a bus station in front of your hotel, so it was extremely easy to use the free busses for going to Jungle Park, Siam Park, Aqualand and other trips. (2) The breakfast and dinner was served during 3 hours and you have plenty of time to do all activities you want during day and not loosing breakfast or dinner. (3) The food was excellent, especialy at dinner. (4) Great swimming pool. (5) You can book directly from the hotel all trips, you can buy tickets to all the great parks in Tenerife, you can rent cars, bikes. All in one is a good choice, we were extremely enchanted about this hotel and services.
location was good. and loby and hotel facilities good. there were not enough sun loungers and i would think of it as more of three star as appose to four.plaster missin off wall in bedrooms. air con. extremely loud when set above one.
Good value for money, superb location. Food was plentiful and had a good selection for everyone The hotel could do with a little t l c, sky sports news would have been good.
Food sometimes and pool area. My room was flooded and was cleaned after 5h although I ask for cleaning.
Central situation, close to all amenities. Cleanliness and good food, although we only participated in breakfast. Entertainment acceptable. Hotel staff helpful whilst unobtrusive. One (and only one) member of staff on Reception was rude and offensive.
Breakfast was wonderful, pool area very nice and location exellent, did`t need to use taxi at all. I booked the room from internet for three people, two adults and one 17 year old girl. The internet site gave me price 711 euros. When i went to hotel they told me that 17 years old is not a child and total cost became 789 euros.
The hotel lobby and pool look extremely attractive. Staff was very helpful. Rooms large with two big comfortable beds. Nicely decorated. Good shower. Nice balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool. Superb location, sea 5 minutes walk, live music absolutely everywhere, good shops, good restaurants. Buffet breakfast was extensive. No waste bin in the room (only in bath room) and a hotel of this class should have much better toiletries.
Very large rooms with generous sized balcony. The staff are friendly and buffet breakfast was always well supplied The pool was not heated so was a bit chilly to swim. The free wifi internet was only available in the lobby and was difficult to connect to.
Breakfast food was not so good and never hot !!, pool area was very busy, no drinks service.
Perfectly located: out from crowded Los Cristianos and Playa las Americas, but only a 10 min drive away (for shopaholics). Very convenient for Tenerife South airport. Classy and well decorated. Perfect outside heated swimming pool. Nice ocean views from rooms. Delicious and varied lunch and dinner buffet, with world cuisines changing every day, also offers a à-la-carte restaurant. Perfect balance of national and international guests. Could do without the swimming pool animation team activities.
The room was always clean and the staff were so helpful.
There are so many things I could compliment, but the one that stands out most in my mind was how welcome they made my family feel. I have two young children, and we were all made to feel at home as soon as we arrived at the resort. This is uncommon for our European holiday experiences so far but very reassuring for our future holiday plans. The greatest compliment is to say that we'll be back soon!!
The Hotel was exceptional and the rooms were clean, luxurious and new. The all inclusive food and drink was excellent . The pool areas are stunning and have different areas for familys and couples. Staff always helpfull and friendly. Best Hotel we have stayed in for a long time. Noise of planes but quality of hotel outweighs this. Paid extra for sea view but it was sea glimpse and not worth the extra money.
Big rooms, nice pools, excellent food, good for children, friendly staff, nice hotel design Heated pools still cold so less suitable for little children, south of tenerife is warmer but less beautifull than north, wifi free of charge but most of the time not working,
Rooms were great.all iclusive was good value didn,t like the tinned fruit in am.lack of some music at night disco place nearby that blared out music sorry noise on friday night
Very nice hotel, luxurious, comfortable, nice view, breakfast and ecxellent decoration The only negative point is the airplanes passing above, because it is very close to the airport
Ecological sensibility, calm atmosphere, friendly and capable staff.
the best thing in the hotel is eight swimming pools! room could be cleaner
Very nice hotel with an interesing architecture. Nice staff and good facilities. Located in a quiet location. Close to the airport wich can disturbe, our kids loved to see the planes comming in. The beach is a bit to rough.
staff excellent.food excellent.room comfortable.will come back. no complaints
From the moment we walked through the entrance we were treated with the utmost politeness and were made to feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. I can honestly say that there is nothing to really complain about
very good staff all round no
stay was wonderful, wonderful service and very helpful, hotel nice and clean, we really corresponded to the location, near a beautiful beach Duque, a dream holiday for young and old, the hotel quiet and peaceful, to the center a few minutes.
Smaller comfortable hotel.Staff very friendly and efficent.Food excellent leading to a most enjoyable stay
cleanliness of hotel. very quiet at night.
Room smaller than expected
i asked to join the expo club as this was our 4th trip to your hotel. can you please send me the necessary forms to join. i was happy enough except that we didnt get to the pool and chill out area on 6th floor.
Good location, very friendly staff, good cuisine, very clean and comfortable.
We didn't like the room and we moved to the cleopatra hotel in the same resort wich was much cleaner and the view was awsome-to the ocean. The pool was cleaner. The furniture was old, the sheets were not as clean as for a five star hotel. The hotel was almost three stars.
location and views bathrooms very old fittings
best location in tenerife bathrooms need refurbishing
Relaxing and friendly No
I liked the admophair the staff the breakfeast and the other meals
everthing was perfect
Excellent service, quiet, comfortable and well located. The Feista held on Thursdays was entertaining. The public areas are overstyled!
As a solo traveler, the comfort, the location, the security and english channels on the tv were important. I enjoyed my stay and would go back. This hotel is part of The Nostrum Resort so Sir Anthony and Medditerian Palace are all in same complex. Glad i choose The Cleopatra, very nice hotel.
liked the location bedrooms need to be upgraded and suites are small
All the staff were so obliging and helpful - the facilities were excellent and the food was great. The bed was very hard and I found it difficult to sleep on it. By the time the week was over my neck and back were very sore.
lovely room with jaccuzzi on the deck, close to the beach sterile anonumous athmosphere
Good location beside the beach. Nice breakfast. Having to pay for gym and room safe
Located as close as possible to the excellent beach. I am happy I took a room with a sea view. Free parking was also handy for me.
Location close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Room little bit old fashioned, long way from reception.
The staff were exceptional in all areas and recognising my wife's birthday and arranging a breakfast surprise just made it. The breakfast was excellent every day and made the overall value superb. We only ate in the Feng Shui Asian restaurant but it was by far the best value meal of our 5 night stay and of outstanding quality. Nothing about the hotel but watch for the prices outside! Cocktails were 6 euros in the hotel and 8 euros outside!
Street of the hotel is dirty and dark at night. Safety is a main concern and in the resort itself. I have in the past been mugged and I have heard of this happening to other tourists in the resort. I and they didnt report it because of the bad attitude of local police
The Hotel facilities were excellent, the service in all areas was superb, room comforatable and clean, pool, bar and food excellent Yes , I found two areas in which I feel the standard of this lovely hotel could be improved,. No 1. I think that people who smoke, should be segragated from non smokers,ie, smokers on one side, non smokers opposite, it was rather disturbing to have to inhale the smoke eminating from either side of our balcony. Room 408.No 2. Excessive noise level from pool area at night
The location was the best aspect of the hotel. It was easily within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and bars. Didn't feel it was really a 4 star hotel due to the requirement of some upgrading required particularly in the corridors leading to rooms.
The location was good and it was bright and clean. Most of the staff were very professional. Found one of the breakfast chefs offensive which was upsetting. Restaurant staff were under pressure and often not very polite. I had booked a room with two beds and had to remind reception of this on registration as they had booked me a double room. No
Fantastic hotel. Food excellent, staff friendly. Rooms were modern and great view from our room of the main street and also the volcanic mountains. We will be returning to this hotel in the near future.
It's a nice big resort, well maintained, with a lot of activities for different age groups. It will be great if you could extend hotel's shuttle bus services till late evening.
Nothing. This hotel is looks like a 1 or 2 star hotel. The normal rooms are very small, dirty, noisy and dark. In the first day we asked for a new room. They give a bigger 'apartment' room, but that was horrible and dirty. The windows and the toilette was broken. All of the pools are very cold. There was 2 jacuzzi in the top floor - without water. Both of them was closed. We tried to eat lunch in the hotel but they won't let me in because of my clothes... which was totally normal. They asked me to wear a long trousers. Ridiculous hotel. Definitely not a 4-star.
Hotel staff are very kind food is ok.
hotel was nice, good location, good food and nice facilities-a few pools. that you can not take towels outside the hotel ,for example to go to the beach.
Overall a very good hotel. All meals good, room excellent ( suite ) and all public areas very clean. Pool tiling in need of repair, possible danger to young children. Childrens entertainment on too late.
atmosphere kind staff vwry clean good food entertainment was very good thank you no complaints
Great public spaces, heated swimming pool and no problem getting sunbeds. The roof terrace and another area near the pool are adult only. Good entertainment. We booked a family room and expected a room per photograph on booking.com or per the hotels own website, however was given a basement studio apartment first with only 3 beds, then a duplex apartment which had drain issues! Although otherwise clean and comfortable the smell was unbearable - I didn't notice a smell in the public areas.
The efficient friendly staff, good food, fine entertainment ,the relaxation.viva joanna. Nothing, except they had no irish flag!!!!!!! I told em so.
The only 2 things we liked about the hotel was the suite and the roof terrace. The hotel in general, the area, cold water in shower.
Under staffed reception area - had to queue every time you wanted something. Not enough cups and saucers at breakfast. Milk not replenished regularly.Extractor fan in bathroom did not work. Air conditioning was not switched on which meant either loud outside noise or stuffy hot room. We did ask for it to be switched on but it wasn't. No tissues or drinking water in room, which for a 4 star hotel is unusual. Although room clean on arrival, the standard was not maintained during our stay.
Hotel very central and good value for money. Food ok. Breakfast very good. Hotel staff very polite and friendly. Basic rooms but clean and towels daily linen a couple of times per week. Overall good. Plastic cups in bar for drinks. Could be a bit noisy at night with people returning to rooms in the early hours. But realise where you are, las americas.
the view doublebed was sepereted, easy to move but not enought large
I liked the fact that is quite close to the beach, view from the terrace was beautiful with Teide volcano and the ocean, the employees speak English and our towels were changed daily and the room was clean.
The swimmingpool was good for a children, and lot of spaces for a sunbath...unfortunately most of the sunbeds was broken and totally unkomfortable.Locallisation is really great,is dependent what u looking for, this hotel is ok,just because all is working, but not looking.Definitely for flexible young peoples, who want be close to night life, and dont care about first immpresion When im opened my room i cant stop laughing,i cant belived is it a really true...or im in time vehicle who take me back to 1970 yr...it was amazing experience, everythink was clean, but i supose now prisoner cell is better and modern equiped than Columbus (3 star??? no way!!!) All furnitures was pure rubbish, but clean and well maintenanted.
The meals are very good for 3 star hotel.Hotel staff are excellent. Far away to the ocean, but we liked. It is a lot of Englishmen. The floor in number was dirty.
It was very good. The accommodation is quite adequate and the meals are very good. No.
