OK

it is in well known gay area of Palm Springs. To have it converted to a "straight" resort is a slap in the face. And to be notified upon checking in was a total disappointment. If we could get a refund we would of and left. The staff was 100% accommodating, no complaints with them.

Good

Very clean and well laid out room Thin walls, you could hear the TV in the room next door like it was in your room. Also no tea or coffee making facilities. And no option for breakfast accept for a cup of coffee. No hair dryer.

had problem with plumbing,major water leak in the adjacent complained to front desk,all they did was have us check out early,flooded half the room,shortened our stay!!!!!!!!
