Pros: The place seemed clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: I booked my room over 2 months in advance. 2 king sized beds for one night. At check in, I was not told that I had been bumped to a single king bed. I came back after visiting the room and they said they were over booked and had no other doubles available. They tried to pass it off as nothing and they gave me a rollaway bed and promised $25 credit. Upon check out, I was told I could not receive my credit because I booked through a third party, Kayak and that there was nothing they could do. I was completely ripped off. After a conversation with the manager, I was given $25 to their suite shop. I will never stay here again. Poorly run facility with employees that do not know their own policies.
Pros: Like that it's close to oracle arena and bart system. Staff during day time was super nice and helpful. Thanks Jordan, John, and Jose the driver was great.
Cons: Didn't like that there was no continental breakfast for us. The restaurant is nice but pricey. Literally there isn't any shops around hotel. You have to take the bart to get anywhere. Good for in and out business but nothing else.

Pros: I liked the views of the water. The gym was cool. Staff was great. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were spacious. Bathroom was lovely. Parking was easy.
Cons: There was a very weird smell to the rooms. I went into my first room and asked to be moved and then upon entrance into second room on opposite side I realized they all smell lol. Weird we paid more for the best western over the executive suites their sister property but the sister property actually had the pool and hot tub and bar so had to walk over there. Still very close though. Someone had left a jacket in the closet and I guess the maids missed it. Pricey.
Pros: convenient location to business in Berkeley and Oakland areas and easy on/off I-880 to get to airport. Staff was friendly. Large rooms and baths. Nice amenities.
Cons: Gritty neighborhood that is trying to transition to be more upscale but it is hard to navigate, there's a lot of trash around and in the water. My room's view was of a forlorn half-sunk sailboat and a wall of graffiti.
Cons: Police take over the lobby area. Breakfast could be better organized.

Cons: Room was extremely small compared the price if the room.
Pros: I like the fact that the hotel was closed to everything that we needed from restaurants, bars and drugstores. The hotel staff were very friendly from the valet attendant to the front desk. Our flight got delayed and they were able to accommodate our check-in time.
Cons: We understand that parking is an issued around the city but we thought it was expensive for the hotel to charge $45 for valet parking and there are a lot of homeless people walking around. I wouldn't walk around the city by yourself at night.
Pros: Es war sauber.
Cons: Der Preis war unverschämt. Die Lage so lala und eher laut.
Parken und Frühstück teuer.
Cons: The valet parking service was too expensive and too slow.

Pros: It's been years since I've stayed at Jack London Square. It's definitely gone up a step. Waterfront Hotel is an easy access location - both for driving and the train. Great restaurants both right in the Square and a short stroll away. The rooms are clean and comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet even with all the events during our stay.
Cons: The ONLY drawback was the hallway maze to our room. If we just followed the numbers we eventually got there...but no two paths were the same. Our coffee maker was broken but they delivered hot coffee to us immediately on request. The TV was also out but the cable was replaced while we were out for dinner. Perfect service.
Pros: The only thing we liked is its location, right next to Jack London Square.
Cons: The bathroom is tiny and outdated. no tub for my children. Advertised "city view" was actually view of the back alley/parking lot. $25 valet parking was mandatory, no self parking. not going to recommend or stay there again.
Pros: The location is nice, good restaurants within walking distance in the area. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the wine & cheese hour was a nice touch. Everything was great with the exception of the thin walls, which unfortunately makes it a deal breaker for me.
Cons: The room was incredibly dirty and the beds uncomfortable. To be specific there was an unflushed toilet with something not so pleasant upon our arrival into our room. Completely unacceptable. The television did not work either. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.
Pros: Clean rooms, close to downtown Oakland, waterfront views.
Cons: Thin walls and ceiling, could hear everything our upstairs neighbors were saying and doing, including peeing into the toilet! We were placed in a weird room right off the lobby and could hear people arriving and checking in. Was not worth the money we paid.
Pros: Balcony, view, color, staff, proximity to office.
Cons: told it'd be $20 for valet, but valet told me $25. I was charged $20. train sucked.
Celebrating the spirit of Jack London Square, Waterfront Hotel blends festive, nautical décor with the unique atmosphere of the Oakland waterfront. Experience Oakland, Brooklyn by the Bay.
Cons: Not safe !!! Had to park down 2 blocks in parking garage !!! No hotel parking like listing said !!! No deals like we were PROMISED FROM KYACK !!! You could tell our ROOM WASNT CLEAN...THERE WERE USED TOWELS EVERYWHERE AND WHEN WE CALLED TO COMPLAIN ALL THEY SAID WAS HUH THATS STRANGE !!!! Lame not worth it if your looking to go to a show and dont want to worry about your stuff...THEN DONT STAY HERE !!!! I work at hotels and this was by far one of our worst experince !!!
Pros: I loved the room and the space in the room. When I walked through the hallway it smelled so good....awesome experience!
Pros: Staff was great took care of us and where on point which all the little details
Cons: Needed more shampoo and conditioner!!...fit under my boob

Pros: The room was clean the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. They suggested an amazing Mexican restaurant. They let me run back up to the room after we had checked out. I had left my favorite ring on the nightstand. It was also reasonably price. It was only an uber xl lift or BART ride away from San Francisco. Well located so we didn't have to spend $400 for a one hotel room for one night in San Francisco.
Cons: The beds were way too firm.
Pros: Restaurant was surprizingly good. Rooms excellent. We used the laundry, which was also good.
Pros: Reasonable price and easy access to the airport. Trendy areas are a 20 min uber ride away.
Pros: We liked that the hotel is close to the coliseum BART station and we like that you are also pretty close to a Walmart shopping center. We also liked that it was near the O.co Colisium and an Arena! It's a pretty nice hotel overall, except the street it is on is kinda sketch. Definitely not a street I would be on at midnight.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
fast, convenient shuttles
close to BART and OAK airport
Cons: The location of this hotel is worse than Kabul. Don't bring your children here. Spend $20 more and stay ANY place else. Ask for a room with no windows because you won't want to look outside.
Pros: Nice clean rooms but a good breakfast.
Cons: Very soft beds with little support.
Pros: The best part of this hotel was the daytime shuttle driver. Everything else fell below expectations. We had booked a room with two queen beds and got a King suite instead. The morning manager insisted that I had booked the King suite until I showed her my printed confirmation that showed two queen room. No apology from her, just that they were booked up and couldn't fix the problem. When I asked if the queen sofa bed was made up, she assured me it was. After a long day in San Francisco, we called for the hotel shuttle to pick us up at the Bart Station. The night manager was not helpful when we asked where to stand to wait--just that the shuttle would be there in 15 minutes. We waited 45 minutes and finally had to get a cab. When I asked the night manager where the shuttle was, he insisted that it was there and picked up two clients ( not us). He never said he was sorry about us having to pay for a cab. Then, the sofa bed had NOT been made up. Night manager brought up sheets and said that we would have to make up the bed ourselves because there was no one else to do it. Again, no apology. If you like paying over $200 a night for terrible customer service, this hotel is for you.
Cons: I wanted to cancel my reservation as soon as I knew it was not needed. However, the hotel and priceline refused to cancel the reservation and charged me the full amount even though I did not use the room.

Pros: The hotel was near OAK, so it was convenient to check in after having been through a long flight. The front desk agent was friendly, and made us feel welcomed. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a good stay.
Cons: It would have been better if there was a container of hot water or coffee at all times in the lobby area.
Pros: Water and apples at the lobby. And the free shuttle to airport ect.
Cons: Street side room was noise with traffic noise.
Pros: How clean and comfortable it was it felt brand new
Pros: Loved the peace and quiet. Didn't have to go far for food. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Cons: The sheets weren't fully clean ughh.. Had to have housekeeping change the sheets.
Cons: I was incredibly disappointed I'd made a reservation and when I'd arrived they did not have a room for me because they were overbooked. I arrived at midnight that night because I had a late flight in. They did not attempt to contact me to let me know. They paid for me to stay at another Courtyard Marriott that was 45 min away, which created additional challenges for me because it was 60 min in rush hour to my business meeting the next day. I was incredibly disappointed with their practice of overbooking.
Cons: The only thing that frustrated me was the lack of information about facilities and services. The staff member who checked me in gave very little detail about how things worked because there was a line of people waiting to check in. For example, I didn't know that the shuttle was only available at certain times and that I had to sign up for a time. I didn't know the hours of the cafe, etc. It would be helpful if all of this basic information was given out on a sheet of paper at check in so that I didn't have to keep calling the front desk to figure things out.
Pros: The hotel was very clean and the staff was very organized and welcoming.
Pros: The staff was great. Friendly and helpful
Cons: Didn't like that we had to wait for the shuttle to get us to the airport. Wasn't really their fault as teh taxi they arranged to take us at 4:15AM didn't show up

Pros: Clean , quite , great location for travel thru Oakland airport , would , stay again
Cons: Location , cleanliness and friendly staff
Pros: I loved how comfy the beds were, bathrooms could of been a lil bigger for the type of room I stayed in, but it got the job done, lol
Cons: I didn't like that I needed a separate ticket to get out.
Pros: Badly in need of refurbishing and more concern for patrons, but the place was completely full.
Pros: Good sheets, bed, pillows, breakfast was very good as well...business center was a life saver!
Pros: I needed to do laundry and the staff was very helpful! I felt so much better traveling with clean clothes!
Cons: My stay was too short!

Pros: I appreciated the Sunday morning breakfast that including an extra room for seating. This hotel did a great job at welcoming families. Also, the front desk clerk upon my check out was very friendly.
Cons: I didn't like how there was only one front desk clerk during my check in when there was long line behind me. I had to wait for 20 minutes just to check in.
Pros: I liked it
Pros: I'm usually a Hilton / Holiday Inn person. Thought that this Comfort Inn would be a "downgrade". Was pleasantly surprised when I found it as good /better than my usuals. WiFi connection very Weil, nice room, comfortable bed etc. I'll try it again!
Pros: I liked how close it was
Cons: Walls were dirty. It smelled wired.
Pros: Fine for a two night stay.
Cons: Bathroom sink kept clogging, not so great area.

Also, earn rewards including free nights and gift cards with our Choice Privileges Rewards program.
Cons: Your description of having rooms on the bay side or a 'view of the city' was very deceiving. The view of the city was a view of interstate 880, and was incredibly noisy since you're located right on the edge of the interstate. It was the noisiest room I have ever stayed in, and there was no way to get any sleep. The rugs were not clean, and the plumbing in the room was poor.
Cons: Pool area was too noisy our room was located right above it.
Pros: Great experience! Hotel was clean and well-kept. Rooms were very comfortable. Rooms facing the water were extremely quiet at night. A relief after staying at other hotels in Oakland with lots of street noise. Also a delight to look out at the water in the morning. Beds and desks were comfortable. Staff was generally very helpful.
Cons: A couple times staff were curt, seemed irritated at doing their jobs. Also, they changed their shuttle service to only pick up and drop off at four locations, instead of anywhere within a three mile radius. The shuttle was still extremely helpful, and this wasn't that big of a deal, but it should have been properly advertised on their website ahead of time.
Pros: The staff was pleasant and the shuttle service was a nice convenience.
Cons: Initial room assigned was already occupied. Hallways had an unpleasant odor. Building, rooms and furnishings all seemed in need of updating.
Pros: A safe spot in oakland
Pros: Staff was AMAZING. They bent over backwards to help me. They had free shuttle service to Downtown Oakland! Place was clean with delicious, free breakfast. Hands down, though, it was staff that made this place excellent!
Cons: Nothing. I will stay here again. Best hotel in Oakland!
Pros: EVERYTHING! The customer service was outstanding, the rooms were large and very clean. Awesome location (it's worth the extra $ to have a water view room). I liked that they offer a free shuttle to Jack London Square. Parking at this hotel is FREE (unlike some other hotels nearby). The pool and bar is really nice, too.
Cons: There wasn't anything I disliked about this hotel. I will definitely stay if I'm in the area again.
Pros: The hotel was very clean with friendly staff. The atmosphere felt comfortable and safe.
Cons: No complaints at all.
Pros: Location, Breakfast buffet, room
Cons: Check in process : Brittany did not communicate very well and it resulted in some misunderstandings about our reserved room.
Recently remodeled accommodations Spacious guestrooms and suitesLocated centrally to the Bay AreaTop rated Oakland HotelFriendly and professional staffBreathtaking water views of the Brooklyn BasinGreat value with complimentary amenities
The Inn at Temescal is located in the heart of one of Oaklands oldest and most thriving neighborhoods, Temescal. Conveniently located across the Bay Bridge from downtown San Francisco, our upscale independent property offers daily activities featuring the best food, sights, and entertainment in Oakland. Relax in newly renovated rooms featuring new hardwood floors, sustainable toiletries, retro furniture, and convenient USB charging hubs.
Cons: The rooms are tired. When you walk in the room its hard to believe that this is a Hilton property. This goes for the mini lobby in each of the satellite buildings. Needs a complete makeover or become a new company line called Hilton dormatory .
Pros: Very clean
Very comfortable bed and room
Close to the airport - good for very early or late flights
Convenient shuttle service to the airport and BART station
I could print out my boarding pass for free on the lobby computer
Compared to other hotels in the area with similar quality, it's very good value
Cons: Complementary wifi had issues - the signal showed as strong, but I would have to reconnect almost every 30 seconds, and that's not an exaggeration. The device doesn't have this problem with other networks, so the problem seems to lie in the network itself somewhere. There is free Internet in computers in the lobby, and I would recommend using that instead.
Pros: Proximity to the airport and the front desk staff was awesome.
Cons: It was perfect.
Pros: The rooms are extremely dated, and have a very bad smell.
Pros: I liked the location to oracle arena and the coliseum.
Cons: What I didn't like was the squeaky floor above. EVERYTIME someone walked in the floor above you could hear it.
Pros: Clean large rooms, friendly staff, near airport

Pros: Bunch of you kids partying at midnight kept complex awake and management did nothing to resolve matter
Pros: Comfy Beds, lots of parking, and quiet location.
Cons: No waterfront entrance and only one entrance into hotel
Cons: Good place. Being renovated right now. Call before you book to see if they're finished.
Pros: The location was perfect! A couple steps to the water front where you can board the fairy to San Francisco. Staff was friendly check in and out was easy, bed was very comfortable.
Cons: room was a tad outdated but was still very clean and nice. Hidden parking charges and fees
Pros: No fault of the inn, but if you can't sleep through train whistles all night long, you won't like it. Otherwise no problems or complaints.
Pros: Very clean. Friendly staff
Cons: The price! It was described as a boutique hotel. Hah! A motel without the convenience of a refrigerator and microwave.
Pros: AJ was very accommodating and super helpful by getting us ferry times and recommending restaurants to eat. Extremely friends front desk staff. Room was very nice and we were pleasantly surprised to find a microwave and fridge in the room.
Cons: We go into the Amtrak terminal late and walked to the hotel, not very far but still a little scary. Some people just asking for money.
Pros: Service at checking and checkout is outstanding. The desk person was so friendly, offering additional information. That made our stay more enjoyable.
Cons: Finding ice was tricky.
Pros: This is a simple place with a nice courtyard and pleasant rooms. Nothing fancy but good. Central location.
Cons: The furniture was a bit cramped for the space.
Pros: Cheaper alternative to the more expensive waterfront hotels in the area. Great food at the diner next door.
Cons: Parking cost $15/day. You can hear people walking above your room if you're on the 1st floor.
Pros: Our trip to jack london was great.the location was perfect there were plenty to do right outside our hotel.rooms where clean and bed where better than expected.front desk was the only down side we waited 1 hours because our rooms where not ready and we gotno apologies. Food next door at the butternut was great
Pros: The inn was clean and it was less expensive than staying in San Francisco.
Cons: The train is way too close and there are a lot of homeless people and sex workers around. The hotel is located in a strange area that has nice waterfront restaurants but also has a porn theatre and sketchy bars.
Situated in the business district, this hotel is within 1 mi (2 km) of Plank and Oakland Museum of California. Jack London Square and Farmers Market are also within 5 minutes.
Pros: Total value of LQ program. The consistency of the quality. Been an LQ fan since 2007.
Cons: There were two break ins to commercial stayers. This is is a real problem around airport Travellers as we are so sting exhausted
Pros: The bed.
Cons: Nothing really. Everything was great. Great budget hotel.
Pros: Close to airport. Beds seemed fairly clean and no stink in my room.
Cons: It's Oakland I guess so you can't be too picky. $200 for a night is crazy for the quality though. There was a big convention so that maybe the issue but I've stayed in Motel 6's that were less scary. Whoever did the flooring in the bathroom glued the edges but not the middle so they have warped. Looked like someone wiped bloody buggers on the wall at some point and they have never been cleaned. Pretty nasty
Pros: Great hotel close to airport with free airport shuttle. Good night sleep before my early flight
Cons: TV didn't work
Pros: Staff friendliness
Cons: Staff maintenance
Air conditioner needed work, it dripped water on the floor and had been doing so long enough for the room to develop a musty smell
Pros: Overall it was clean and cozy.
Cons: Bath tub drain.
No refill towels.(their mistake)

Pros: We asked for ice and got it right away. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The walls and floors were so poorly sound insulated that we felt we were living WITH the people next door. We heard every word, every TV program, and every time they flushed their toilet or showered. Luckily, most people were quiet after 10:30 PM. Lastly, for the price we would have expected rooms to be upgraded instead of plastic showers and routine accommodations. Maybe if we had a quieter room, the other elements would not be so troublesome. However, we didn't.
Pros: Breakfast was good with decent variety of foods.
Cons: The week day front desk staff not helpful or friendly.
Pros: Overall good experience
Cons: Parking limited
Pros: Convenient to San Francisco and the East Bay. Nice view of The City and The Bay. Good comp breakfast changes every day.

Pros: The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The room had stains all over the bed spread. The entire hotel even though non smoking smelled like smoke everywhere. The hotel was in the middle of a warehouse district and there was nothing within walking distance outside of the other hotels.
Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: Way overpriced for this market. Should be $60-$75 a night.
Pros: Staff try hard to please
Cons: This was my second state; the two were about a week apart. The first one was good, but there were lots of problems this time. The main one was with the key, which failed repeatedly. Also, I tried to print something in the business center, but it does not have a printer and the one at the desk (which was supposed to be accessed via the business center) also failed.
Pros: Night manager who checked me in was very nice and professional
Cons: The hallways had a musty smell
Pros: The room was great. Did not get to spend too much time in it though. Morning clerk was great!
Cons: Clerk who checked us in was not in good mood and it really showed. She was very short and seemed like we were bothering her. Others were being given complementary water. We were not. We were unsure where to go in parking lot and building. We were not told of the free breakfast and missed it completely.
Pros: Staff was helpful and courteous.
Pros: Overall the room was very comfortable and well decorated. The bathroom has a slight smell but it did not look dirty in any way. There is a restaurant on the premises so that made it easier for me on a business trip to relax and get work done before my meeting. Plenty of parking.
Cons: Smell in bathroom and they charge for printing from the business center.
Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff at the front desk. I had to drop off our rental vehicle the night before leaving Oakland and they actually came to pick me up from the rental facility to take me back to the hotel. In the morning I caught the hotel shuttle to the airport. The shuttle driver was friendly and helped with everything we wanted to do, even suggesting places we could eat nearby. The free breakfast at the hotel was Fantastic with lots to choose from. The rooms were comfortable with good amenities in the bathroom.
Cons: There was a strong smell of mothballs in the stairwell and hallway of the back right wing of the hotel where we stayed. That had me scared a little as we came in but the rooms were fine and clean.
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable
Cons: The staff was horrible. Didn't seem like they cared at all. Upon check in the lady at counter was watching something on her tablet and continued to watch it while I standed there and waited to be checked in. Totally rude and unprofessional.
Pros: Mother-in-law & I were in a room for the disabled. It was obviously
not put together with input from a handicapped person. But it was clean, quiet and comfortable.
Pros: Staff cleanliness all good.
Cons: Overpriced restaurant and bar

Pros: I read a lot of bad reviews, if you've never been to Oakland I understand. But the room was a lot nicer than I thought. Very clean and comfortable beds too. The restaurant next door was also really good.
Cons: Breakfast was no good. They might as well not advertise it. They put out hot food once and never re fill so you're left with boxed cereal or an orange for breakfast. They have a few juice choices, I guess that was nice. Didn't eat once though.
Pros: Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Cons: Refrigerator in room not working properly.
No microwave as advertise.
Breakfast could be better. Can add bacon, sausage, fruit. With extend hours: 10:30 or 11:00am
Pros: Staff was professional and nice at front desk.
Cons: Witnessed a drug deal on the street in front of the hotel and was followed by a crackhead begging for money to my car the next morning.
Pros: the location was convenient to the airport.
Cons: the pillows were terrible, the doors to the rooms don't automatically close, you have to pull them shut the last inch or so. the whole place just felt a little scummy. not quite worth the fee that was charged.
Cons: Bumpers that ar
Pros: Nice staff, Good rates, convenient location.
Cons: The room stank of cigarette smoke, and this was supposedly a non-smoking room
Cons: Dirty with bad beds and pillows
Pros: Easy access to and from Coliseum
Cons: The doors would not close correctly so you had to really pay attention when entering or exiting the room to ensure the door was shut properly

Pros: Close to downtown Oakland within walking distance of the Fox theater.
Cons: Arrived late at 5:30 for our 3:00 reservation and the room was not ready. There were 5 other parties in the same situation. The receptionist didn't ask our name or gather any info from us (or anyone else in the waiting room) when we arrived. We were asked to sit and wait behind the people that arrived before us. After 30 minutes nobody waiting had been taken care of so we went up and told them we had a reservation and gave our name. We were given the same answer. We went to a nearby restaurant and came back an hour later...then our room was ready. They clearly needed a more caring/knowledgeable person working the front desk.
Pros: Very clean, comfortable accommodations. Great central downtown location for business. Nice hot breakfast included. Good value.
Pros: Location / Distance to City Center was great.
Cons: The room was a bit small.

Pros: Having driven up from LA, we arrived just after midnight.
We called 2-3 hours away to let the concierge know.. the guy hung up on us.
Luckily, he had left by the time we got there... Thomas, the night concierge, was awesome and extremely helpful!
The next evening, we had some late night troubles with getting a taxi. I question of this "new" guy actually called... we waited for a long time.
However, I really enjoyed having a 24- hour concierge... thanks for that.
It's a "boutique" hotel... hence the room was tiny. HOWEVER, We slept well, the room was well laid out for being so small, and has all the fixins' of a regular hotel.
Parking was across the street at the Convention center, but for a reduced rate.
In the AM there was a continental breakfast, which was a nice spread.
This hotel was right smack in the middle of downtown Oakland, on the border of ChinaTown. Which was great because "Fortune" Chinese is open late and 2-3 blocks away and delish!
The area is very walkable, with stores and bars and restaurants nearby.
Cons: See above...
Pros: Location was ideal for business, food & nightlife in downtown Oakland. 2 blocks from BART. Rooms are nicely updated while still maintaining old-school charm. Rooms are a bit snug and sink is in bathroom but c'mon people this building is 100+ years old. You're clearly not at a Courtyard Marriott, embrace the history. Surprisingly good water pressure for an older building.
Cons: I stayed on second floor above the entrance and there was a ton of street noise that woke me up in the morning--trash pickup at 5 AM, loud truck running and pallet unloading for Smart & Final next door at 6 AM. Not really hotel's fault but something to be aware of--choose a higher/rear facing room or bring a loud fan. It was nice they provided it but breakfast was bare minimum. Staff was friendly but staff rushed through check-in as quick as possible. Shampoo but no conditioner in bathroom.
Cons: Breakfast was weak
Pros: Perfect location. Went to a concert at the fox theater and right downtown. Parking is easy, even on the street is fine. Very safe, Oakland just has a bad rep
Pros: Very comfortable room and bed, friendly staff, good location near The Fox Theatre and lots of bars and restaurants.
Cons: No hot water to speak of, wifi only worked for about 5 minutes.
Cons: Strange experience altogether. Checkin gentleman was a little uncomfortably flirtatious while the morning staff person at checkout was unfriendly and curt. Elevator out of service and was only offered a free cancellation verses a discount. Incredibly noisy room, awkward layout. At $170 with tax, definitely not worth the overall experience.
Would not recommend ot stay at again.
Pros: Good for folks looking for a quick and quiet stay.
Cons: The 'breakfast' left much to be desired.
Pros: The price was great.
Cons: There was quite a bit of cleanser left in the shower, but it was clean!
Cons: -elevator felt a little sketchy; needs some maintenance
