Pros: Worst motel I've stayed in. Ever. Never have i been treated so rudly by staff like at this dump. Owner (and only employee ?) is a lazy, racist hater who does nothing helpful for his guests - even with simple requests such as a sheet change. Don't give this horrible person your money there are similar lodging options down the road.

Pros: My husband and I went to Va since NC doesn't need have a NEX and booked the hotel. It wasn't very privy so we didn't expect much, it was very cozy and the guy who owns it was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Also he has a dog that's all the guests bestfriend which made it even better because all the best places have their own dog(:

Pros: I liked that it was affordable; the staff was friendly and accommodating; there were no little brats around. All in all a comfortable stay.
Cons: Just a shower and no tub; parking lot is out back and has potholes.

Pros: Staff was very professional, hotel is beachfront and mornings are amazing. And it’s pet friendly!
Cons: Old hotel, urgently needing repairs: elevator was out of service both during check-in day and during check-out Day. Bed’s Spring box was broken. AC wall unit leaked and carpet was wet around it. Door lock broke. Ice machine was broken. Cleaning Crew didn’t clean room after we left around noon.

Cons: It's not close to a lot of restaurants but the place called Surfboard Sally's (something with Sally in the name...) was so good.

Pros: The staff was very accommodating. Was able to check in early. The room was clean. Right next to a beach and close to Norfolk Naval Base.
Cons: Cigarettes all over the place, patio, walkways, etc. The beach is a bay beach that sits just east of the HRBT. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy in places. Not many restaurant options.

Cons: The second tv didn’t work in Suite but didn’t have time to call front desk to fix but I am sure the friendly staff would have.

Pros: Great staff--very friendly and helpful. Solid free breakfast, nice beach, and free coffee 24/7 in the lobby was a nice touch.
