Pros: Proximity to downtown and the historic vibe.

Cons: There is nothing the hotel could have done, but there were loud muscle cars displaying their ridiculousness until about 2am. If you want a quieter room recommend asking for an interior room.

Pros: Clean. Great location! Comfortable bed.

Pros: Location was great. Staff was responsive to an issue we had. Beautiful lobby and restaurant. Room just the right size unlike other boutique hotels.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that we were stuck in a room in the back facing a wall. I will probably go back to the Omni or try the Renaissance Hotel next time in Richmond. At least there you're not looking at brick walls. I parked on the street couple blocks up due to over priced valet......it simply isn't needed with the parking garages around.

Pros: The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms spacious. The beds were to die for! By far the best rest I've had in some time. I would definitely return when in Richmond again.

Pros: Quaint and location was great! Staff was fantastic! Every one of them during our stay-- from the valet to housekeeping.

Cons: The noise from the street and the bed mattress seems to be old.

Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and willing to support with all our needs! Great location in downtown Richmond. Walking distance to great resturants and bars.

Cons: Lighting in the room was not bright enough; at least one mirror should be available in the room, outside of the bathroom; headboard was not attached firmly so it banged against the wall with any movement(had to wedge a towel between it and the wall).

Pros: Elegant clubby atmosphere. Well appointed room and comfy bed.

Pros: The hotel was nicely maintained and clean with very nice rooms. The location was great and walkable to many restaurants and shops.

Cons: I was disappointed when they confirmed my request for a small refrigerator via text message but once I got there couldn't find it in my room. I called the front text who notified me that there are no rooms with refrigerators but they could refrigerate things for me for 31$/day. NO thanks because I was also surprised by the 21$/day for parking.

Pros: -Great location -Beautiful hotel -Very friendly and helpful staff -Pizza deliveries right to room door

Cons: -Menu was not as expanded as I thought it would be -Reserved room w/ balcony. To our major disappointment, our balcony had a 5 1/2 foot wall that was not noted in advertisement - major let down.

Cons: Did a similar review for Expedia right after I had checked in. In my review I suggested updating some of the rooms and hotel features. My review got sent to the hotel staff immediately and they responded promptly. When we arrived downstairs the next morning for checkout the receptionist was gossiping with the bellmen about our review and speaking negatively about us. When she noticed we had arrived to the desk she confronted us about our review and said she had received it. She tried to make us feel uncomfortable and sorry for leaving them a poor review. Will not be returning to this hotel for this reason alone.

Pros: Loved the location and the style of the hotel (very modern with pops of color). The room was beautiful and had everything we could ask for. The location is the best in Richmond.

Cons: Our room was only surface clean when we arrived. There were dishes in the dishwasher that were still dirty, and the dishes in the cabinet didn't look too clean either. The floor felt like it hadn't been vacuumed since the previous residents' stay, and there was a suspicious stain on the comforter. The sheets, bathroom, and kitchen surfaces did appear to be clean.

Pros: Majority of the staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons: Only one incident with the breakfast service person. Rudely announced I had missed the coffee and if I wanted more I needed to go to the Bistro and purchase even though she had just moved it to the kitchen seconds before.

Pros: The view was awesome from the 15th floor. We loved all the windows! The proximity to restaurants and bars was great, and the Starbucks on the first floor was so nice to have close by! The aesthetic of the rooms was nice and modern.

Cons: I reached out to the front desk for a couple things like band aids, a beer bottle opener, hdmi cord, and they didn’t have any of those maybe 5 items I asked about. I wasn’t surprised they didn’t have some of them, but none? Additionally, the person at the front desk who checked us in was short and frustrating. He seemed either annoyed or rude by nature. Other staff were great.

Cons: The room wasn’t as clean as you would expect. Some kind of yuck was splattered up the wall and on the baseboard. You could tell the drinking glasses in the bathroom were probably wiped down rather than replaced with clean ones.

Pros: Needed a place to stage for mid morning flight. Being a short distance from runways made this a quieter sleep than other hotels. Very helpful staff, nice room, nearby food, 5 minutes to rental return. Great value, will book again.

Cons: My flight, Virginia reminding this New Orleans guy what winter is about, the gear select in my rental was one of four knobs all at fingertip reach... ...but nothing about the facilities.

Pros: Traveling on business. Needed a place to stay overnight. Beds were cozy. Close to many restaurants and shopping, which was convenient. Staff was very helpful and polite.

Cons: The hall carpets gave a first impression of...dirty, and as soon as we opened the room door we were greeted by a large stain on the carpet. There was a ball of hair behind the bathroom door, and a hair in the tub.

Cons: THE PLACE IS TERRIBLY DATED. THE ROOMS ARE GETTING A BIT OLD AND NASTY. THE FURNITURE IN THE ROOMS IS FULL OF STAINS. ITS VERY, USED. THERE ARE TWO OTHER HYATT PLACE LOCATIONS BY THE AIRPORT. I WOULD TRY ONE OF THEM BEFORE I'D GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. THIS IS THE WORST HP THAT I HAVE STAYED IN. NO OFFENSE TO THE STAFF.

Pros: The free laundry room was a life savers. Great full sized fridge. The a/c worked great, bed and pillows were so comfortable and we slept great. I loved the little shop for snacks and drinks. Staff was so friendly and helpful

Pros: The warm, friendly staff made the experience for us. Accommodating and genuine! The breakfast value and selection was terrific. We liked how easy it was to hop off and on 95.

Cons: The room was older, spring mattress was stiff, no remote control and the TV didn't work.

Cons: We booked this before going on a road trip because of its proximity to I-95 and because they were listed as Pet Friendly. When we got there we were told that there would be an additional fee of $50 and that they were no longer pet friendly.

Pros: Price was right, located very close to airport.

Cons: Did not get the wake-up call I had asked for.
