Pros: Extremely friendly, accommodating and beautiful hotel. I love the old school accommodations with turning down the bed at evening and water bottles whenever needed. The rooms were nice and dark with the blackout curtains, staff was some of the friendliest I have encountered and would do anything to make our stay wonderful. Amazing hotel and amazing stay. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel. Fantastic location as well.
Cons: The only downfall were the few times we tried to get picked up by the shuttle. Leaving the hotel in the shuttle was never an issue but being picked up would often get very busy and we were told 7-10 min and not hear from anyone 40-50 min later. A few times pick up was fast but the majority of the time we ended up having to call uber.
Pros: Our introduction to The Hutton was by American Express. The 1st person I spoke to was Lisa Powers from the Concierge Team.
She was fabulous. She sent us an extensive list for proposed things to do in advance. She spent a great deal of time prior to arrival talking to me about options for tours, restaurants etc.. I was coordinating for a group of 6. By the time we arrived our shows and tours were booked. She even assisted with a wonderful hair and dinner appts.. She greeted us upon arrival and the service continued. What a great intro. The entire hotel team, Tony, Laura Will, Megan, Eric and Ellie and Wendall who handled room service. The team in the restaurant bar, Rachel, Dennis, Cody and Eric were fantastic as well!!!
Cons: Despite the fact that the rooms were beautiful and clean, we felt the maid service could have been a little more through.
We had one meal at the 1808 Restaurant. It was fabulous.
It might be a best kept secret.
Perhaps it is because the hours for dinner of 5:30-9 was a little limiting.
We had an Italian restaurant up the Street that begins with an A.
We had to have dinner there one night. The food was good but no comparison to 1808. The service was terrible. I think 1808 might be a hidden gem.
Pros: Staff was very professional, attentive and friendly. Great room service .
Cons: Hotel was a bit further from downtown than we thought. They do provide a free shuttle, though.
Pros: Liked everything. Great hotel. Only complaint (if you make me pick one was the rooms were a tad small.
Pros: The Hutton is centrally located and the staff are fantastic. They also also pets and do a great job making the owners and pets feel welcome.
Cons: Parking is pricey.
Pros: We planned on going to New York or Chicago when my wife suggested Nashville. I immediately thought of honky tonks and country music, but I'm into new things and so we set a course to Nashville. There were several Hotel options, and we pick the Hutton because it seem to apeal to us more so than the others when we saw the website. we were not disappointed. We had a great time.
Pros: Shuttle Service (Tesla)
Early Check in (if available)
Cons: Rooms are a bit smaller
Pros: Staff incredibly friendly
Clean and modern rooms
Cons: Very expensive ($500 per night) and breakfast was not included.
The room did not have a closet for our clothes (what was there was a closet for the luggage with no hangers)
The room was big but not huge, given its cost.
The location is convenient for college visit but it it is not downtown, so it is not in a pretty part of town
Pros: Great service ( gave me a toothbrush since I forgot) happy hour, great design, friendly sincere staff.
Cons: Didn't have warrior game.
Pros: First hotel room to have a mobile lighted make-up mirror. One can place it on the desk and sit down to apply make-up. Fabulous!
Pros: The service was fantastic from the moment I checked in until the time I left. The front desk, bar, maintenance and cleaning staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The fitness center was very nice with a variety of equipment. Very close to downtown!
Pros: The ambience was calm and structured which made us feel like we had nothing to worry about. The staff was always eager to assist when the concierge wasn't available. I really appreciated sitting down to check in, it's not something I would normally consider but it is well worth it. The rooms were spotless and I had room 1515 with an outlook on downtown. The sheets were clean and I sunk into the down comforter. The shower and bathroom soaps were to die for, I actually bought some of it I enjoyed it so much.
Cons: I had to travel to the Java station for a simple coffee instead of allowing for my own in the room. However I'd gladly do it again for the other commodities to be available.

The Hermitage Hotel, located in downtown Nashville, TN, offers the pinnacle of southern luxury and hospitality.
Built in 1910, The Hermitage Hotel is an historical landmark that pairs Beaux Arts architecture with the gracious service and grandeur of the early 1900’s. As Nashville’s only Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond hotel, the hotel’s splendid service and attention to detail offer an exceptional experience from the moment a guest steps into its impressive Grand Lobby.
Pros: Loved the proximity to downtown, the outdoor pool, fitness center, Easter brunch and room were wonderful! All of the staff were very helpful and accommodating!
Cons: The pool was so popular they ran out of lounge chairs in the sun and we wish we could have spent an evening out on the patio after 9pm. Both minor compared to all of the positives!
Pros: Clean and luxurious
Cons: Cleaning staff kept bothering us early in the morning to clean rooms. Don't go here if you want to be bothered.
Pros: Great location, very clean and excellent staff. Walking distance to downtown making it extremely convenient. Make sure you check out the pool and take advantage of the car service.
Pros: Great location!!
Cons: Surprised at such an upscale property that there is a WiFi fee if you are not a Omni member or if you do not sign up to be a member.
Pros: Parking options seemed limited to Valet. The Valet team was super nice and helpful, so that's totally fine.
Pool deck is lovely. Views all around are awesome - great location.
Staff at Kitchen Notes are wonderful. Food was pretty good. Loved the inclusion of local food sources and other local services (Bongo Java).
Cons: When they asked me if I'd like a luggage cart, I said yes, but didn't realize that it automatically came with a bellman. In the future, I'd recommend asking if someone can help with the luggage, instead of if I'd like the use of a piece of equipment.
One other critique... We have a king bed at home that is way more comfortable than the bed in our room. In general, I can tell that the nicer the hotel, the less likely that I'll wake up in the morning with a sore back from the bed. In this case, I think there's room for improvement.
Pros: The appointments in the hotel created a luxurious atmosphere.
Cons: On Sunday we were not allowed to call for our car until after checking out. We waited 20 minutes for the car given the number of people checking out at the same time. Visit ended on a irated note.
Pros: Fantastic hotel .. Music Hall of Fame and Hatch Print located within the hotel ... Convention Hall directly across the street !! Nice hotel bar with nightly music .. Good shops within hotel. The pool area and fitness center are great ... The best location in downtown !!! Really enjoyed our 4 night stay ....
Pros: From the moment we pulled up front we were treated as if we were their only guest. The lobby was absolutely beautiful and the ease of check in was outstanding. We were only in for one night so we got to our room, which just blew me away on how nice it was, changed and headed to the pool to relax for a bit before heading out for dinner. I would highly recommend Omni to all travelers coming to Nashville.
Cons: The only part I didn't like was leaving. The hotel did nothing wrong, we just didn't want to leave to comfortable bed and the view of Nashville.
Located in Downtown Nashville, this spa hotel is steps from RCA Studio B Tour and Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. Ryman Auditorium and Tennessee State Capitol are also within 1 mi (2 km).
Cons: Concierge breakfast buffet that came with our room was pretty scarce and not refilled both mornings that we went;
Expensive parking lots
Pros: Great staff
Cons: No refrigerator for personal use
Pros: Wonderful staff! Love the Lounge and the room and decor are fabulous!
Cons: The only negative about the stay was the temperature in the lobby / bar / restaurant. Uncomfortably cold in all common areas
Pros: Great staff. Lovely set up. Professionalism at its finest. Highly pleased, and I'll be returning soon.
Pros: Fun staff. Had a little issue but was addressed right away.
Pros: We had not stayed at the Loews since our son graduated and were pleasantly surprised to see what a nice job they have done in updating the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great location.
Pros: Our room was amazing... Stayed in the premium king suite...bed was beautiful and comfy... Furniture was very eclectic, bathroom very clean, overall romantic... Had a keurig coffee pot and stocked mini bar ( which we just stared at it because the drinks and snacks were so expensive . We really enjoyed the bar downstairs , Masons. The staff was amazing. Took very good care of us. We were very lucky to have got this room for such a great pricel on kayak.
Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent. It is right across the street from Vanderbilt University which was great for morning walks around their campus. The hotel is also within walking distance to some great unique restaurants in Nashville. It is also an easy drive to downtown. The staff was very welcoming and the valet service was quick and professional. Our room was clean and in good shape. Hallways were very quiet at night. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Pros: It was our anniversary and they quickly bumped us up to a room with a better view for the same rate. They did all they could to accommodate us.
Cons: Parking is a bit expensive but hey, that's Nashville for ya

Pros: The location was perfect for walking around and enjoying Downtown Nashville.
Cons: The maid had to be asked to clean the room after two days.
Pros: Great place to stay for business or pleasure. Clean, spacious rooms and very friendly staff.
Cons: No dislikes.

Pros: Location was ideal for enjoying downtown sites
Cons: Hallways were stuffy and too warm
Pros: Great room with a view of downtown. Jonathon at the front desk comped us a bottle of Champaign to help us celebrate our 25th anniversary. A really unexpected gesture and much appreciated.
Cons: Translucent door on bathroom makes it impossible to use at night without casting light into the sleeping area.
Pros: the hotel and staff were very nice, but wait a year to stay here till the construction is over.
Cons: We were very unhappy to have paid $300 to stay at the Hyatt. Our room looked out over a construction site that started work at 6am and was using dynamite-so no napping or sleeping in. We like to nap and then go back out in the evening, but that did not happen. We are also meditators and that was impossible.
Being one of the newest hotels in downtown we are poised for business travelers, convention attendees and those looking for their big break while visiting Music City. Located in SoBro, this hotel will feature 255 rooms, 24 hour food options including onsite parking and complimentary Gallery Kitchen Breakfast, featuring customizable breakfast bowls and yogurt parfaits with an assortment of juices, milk, and Seattles Best Coffee, available daily.
Pros: We loved the morning breakfast.. a full hot breakfast and 24 hr coffee. The hotel and rooms very very clean with excellent service. We complimented staff throughout our stay. The Hampton Inn at Opryland was better than a lot of resorts I have stayed at. The cleaning staff are very good!
Cons: As we checked out, we gave a raving compliment on the hotel. To our surprize, the clerk would not even make eye contact, or say thank you; and she was not on the phone or computer. I felt bad, and wondered if we had done something to offend them. this is all I can think of... I was there with my 2 daughters and a friend; we were not loud or out of line. We were there through a tour co. for the CMA fest and didnt get our package delivered to the hotel right away? or maybe we needed to ask for it, and it was already there. so after a day out, I inquired about it 10 hrs later, (like 6pm) the young girl at the desk didn't know about the packages. She said she would find out right away and call me back asap if she found them. An hr later, no response, so I called the travel co., and that's when I found out the CMA pkg. had been dropped off at 10 am that
day, but to be sure and call back if the tickets were not there for some reason. I went to the desk within a 1/2 hr. One young person was there sitting up on the desk. ( as kids will sit on counters) he did go to the back and came out with our package right away. all was well! I think sometimes it's the age of the workers, and not much experience with their jobs, so I did not think bad of the hotel at all! And it was my first time doing all this, so I was not experienced. all in all, we truly loved our stay there at the Hampton, it was a cut above, and want to go back.

Pros: The hotel is very clean, staff very friendly, beds very comfortable. Location is perfect to all the excitement of downtown.
Cons: The hotel does not offer free wifi. You have to pay by the day, and at the high nightly rate they charge it should be complimentary.
Pros: The beds were super comfortable, the rooms seemed to be updated to a more modern theme, and the location is perfect for checking out everything in downtown Nashville.
Cons: It is easy to hear people coming back from the bars around 2am and their room doors slamming shut. Also, their were metal platforms on the roadway out front and every time a vehicle ran over them, the loud noise could be heard and we were on the 12th floor. It was very hard to sleep with the noise.
Pros: Overall good place to stay because of location, could get a better deal on price. Helpful staff.
Cons: When I first tried to check in, they somehow had my reservation for the wrong dates. This was amended once I showed them my confirmation email.
Building and facilities were a bit drab and dated.
Pros: The staff at your front desk and valet were great! Very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The ironing board did not have good padding and my shirt had an imprint of the actual board on it. The iron also leaked water all over.
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful
Plentiful parking across the street for $10
Room was nicely appointed and comfortable for family of four
Aveda products in bathroom
Quick, plentiful elevators
Pros: So close to downtown. Great room friendly staff
Pros: The location was perfect. There's plenty of night life & food options within walking distance. The room was clean & customer service was great. The Bridge Bar was great for meeting up before heading out. The breakfast buffet was pricey but most are. The food was good. The fitness area had suitable. I would stay here again.
Pros: Staff was excellent and informative!
Cons: Beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable.
Pros: They upgraded us to the private/penthouse floor upon arrival. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds and a great shower with an endless amount of hot water. Right in the middle of everything downtown. And an onsite Starbucks!!
Cons: A little pricey. Just to valet the car for one night was $35!
Pros: Security's safety
Cons: Everything went well when the fire alarm went off.

Pros: It was cheap and convenient to everything we wanted to see and do downtown, so I'd give it 2.5 stars. the staff was friendly.
Cons: Decorated like a Hampton Inn from 2003, there was a comical layer of dust on the furniture and the floors were gritty as if they hadn't been cleaned recently. The hotel stole money from me by charging me 31 dollars for valet parking but returned the stolen money after I proved that we hadn't left a car there, so that was sketchy.
Cons: Uncomfortable rooms. Plumbing was totally messed up.
Pros: The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, bars and music venues.
Pros: I enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros: The food is excellent, especially the hot chicken. The bartenders are super cool, and the live music is amazing, especially Mandy!
Pros: Location was great for our night out on the town and we was able to walk to anything we wanted to see in downtown Nashville.
Cons: Hotel was ok but not worth the money I paid for it. Room was not carpeted and the fake wood floors felt sticky. Also there was only around 7-8 minutes worth of hot water for a shower and the heating unit for the room was very loud. Parking was steep too! Would I stay at Hotel Indigo Downtown Nashville again? Thanks but no thanks.

Our location is convenient to the State Capitol the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum the Entertainment District LP Field and the Ryman Auditorium.
Cons: Rundown. You can tell there's been no money invested in the hotel.
Pros: We found the staff super friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have the kitchen facility although we didn't use it.
Pros: We got a room. Although we did not need it, the bathroom was very accessible.
Cons: Antiseptic. Needs a refresh. Poor layout: the room and the valet parking.
Pros: Bed and pillows
Pros: Pretty close to all the things we were interested in. Clean. Breakfast was pretty decent. The room was larger than we needed, though it was arranged oddly.
Cons: They need a separate service elevator, even if they reserve one of the three in place now for service only. There were a number of times where staff had the elevators filled. Also, they could probably turn the AC down in the hallways -- it was actually cold in the common areas.

Pros: The staff was lovely and extremely helpful with any questions we had. They recommended a place to us when we unexpectedly needed an item. They also had good food recommendations and they were always smiling.
The complimentary breakfast was well-done and exactly what one needs before setting off on a day of touring Nashville.
The pool was a good size.
Cons: The wifi wasn't good. You are only permitted three devices (and we had 3 in our room - each with a phone, laptop and Ipad). Even after trying to pay for the high-speed wifi, I was unable to connect.
The location is great if you are visiting Vanderbilt, but would be far if you were visiting for more of the downtown (Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgewater Arena) sights.
Pros: Richard was a very friendly employee. He made our visit feel like we were visiting family. The other staff is very friendly and willing to share their knowledge about places to see/go. It was very close to Midtown - a place to get away from touristy attractions, but close enough to the main strip. They even had complementary popcorn. :)

Pros: Very nice room, complimentary shuttle service was convenient!
Cons: The only reason I gave 4 stars on comfort is because the ac unit in the room did not allow for adjustments. We were hot when we woke up.
Cons: Staff started slamming doors all around our room at 5am..... This is the second time this has happened at this hotel. We will not be staying there again.
Pros: The staff were helpful and friendly overall, absolutely acceptable, but not stellar. The shuttle was very convenient for me to use instead of renting a car for a less than two mile trip to my business destination for the five days I was there. The shuttle drivers were especially friendly and seemed to really care about getting their passengers to their destinations safely and efficiently.
Cons: The hotel needs renovation, and it lacks several of the basic amenities I've enjoyed at many other Hampton Inns (fridge, microwave, more spacious desk/work area) The carpet was older and worn, giving the impression it was dirty even if it wasn't.
Pros: The location was close to downtown.
Cons: The room smelled like old wet carpet, the smoke detector went off for 30-40 min in the middle of the night. This was not a good nights rest!
Pros: $5 Uber ride from Broadway district and shuttle to there.
Cons: No shuttle service back to the hotel after 11 pm.
Pros: The room was very clean and nice. Employees were very nice as well. The two women who were the workers at breakfast every day were superior. Friendly, helpful and very cheery. Totally loved them. Your two shuttle drivers Craig and John were superior as well. Had a wonderful stay.
Pros: Great location, clean rooms, good service and great in town shuttle
Pros: Excellent location and extremely helpful front desk. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.
Pros: Great hotel! Perfect location for Vanderbilt and downtown Nashville

Pros: I booked this 2 days prior to a training at the hotel and it turned out to be the most spectacular room. I am going back with my family. It's a truly unique and magnificent experience. The type of room I had was huge with a Murphy bed and electric fireplace along with a dining room table for six and living room. The private double balcony overlooked the cascades.
Cons: For a business training it was expensive even with a great rate the extra respect fees like parking are high but the resort was beautiful. I had problems with my in room coffee maker and they delivered a new one.
Pros: After staying a night in a room without a tub, they were willing to switch rooms for us to a room with a tub.
Cons: The first king room we stayed in didn't have a tub or a microwave. The shower had the hair from whoever stayed there last on the floor which was disgusting. The night before we stayed at a comfort inn for more than half the price to save money and that room was actually much nicer than the Gaylord. Wish I would've just saved the money and stayed at the comfort inn and driven in to the Gaylord to walk around it for a couple hours. Also having to paying $26 a night in parking per vehicle is ridiculous and another way they squeeze you for every fume they can.
Pros: We had excellent service in one of the restaurants. Also, the Christmas decorations were beautiful.
Cons: It was raining and you couldn't pull up to the overhead shelter to unload your car. They made you park (an obscene $24.00 per day to park) and unload your car and walk to the entrance.
They had shut down one of the check in stations just before we arrived, consequently we were probably 50th in line to check in. We arrived around 5:30 p.m. The line was even longer an hour later.
Directions to our room (the place is huge) were very confusing and the elevator to our room was out of order. We took the stairs. Also, one of the escalators was out of order as well.
Only two pillows per bed. We stayed at a Holiday Inn Express the next night. Four pillows per bed. Smaller room but more comfortable and much less expensive.
Will not go back.
Pros: The place was amazing eye candy. The gardens and water features are so beautiful. We had a great time walking around throughout the place.
Cons: The headboard on one of the beds had a few places where the vinyl had peeled off. There was no liner for our ice bucket and underneath the bucket was a hair tie, which leads me to think, the room wasn't cleaned properly.
Also didn't like the hidden servic fees tagged on to our bill which where explained as, "that pays for the complimentary wifi, 2 bottled water" and what would seem to be our privilege of walking around and looking at the hotel.
Pros: People are nice
Cons: The room was tiny for the price
Poor directions and signage
Pros: The room was nice, clean and comfortable. It was nice to walk around all the property and see all the plants, flowers and shops. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool in the evenings. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: We did not like that we had to walk so far to get to our room. We parked in self park. There was not anywhere close to drive up our car and unload. We had to bring our luggage from the parking lot to our room which was a very long walk. Every time we left, we had that long walk to our car and then back to the room. I would have been lost and not able to find my way most of the time if my husband, who has a great since of direction, had not been with me.
Pros: The flowers
Pros: Lots of amenities but all prices were raised to an extreme also had reserved a king bedroom many months prior and was told on arrival that they were all booked suddenly so had to spend and extra 110 each night for an upgraded room
Pros: Setting, and scenario was very soothing. Ample check in staff so lines moved fairly fast
Cons: Overpriced rate of hotel + all eating establishments within. MIght as well join up with Disney on pricing models. Resort fee was add-on that doesn't rate for the 2 bottles of water on day one, and internet service hookup. $40 for 2 days, plus I guess holding our bags for 3 hours pre-airport run. Uber your ride to Airport you'll save 100% of their shuttle.
Cons: Parlor room does not include a bed. Just a pull out couch. Shower temps tyre was either freezing or scalding. The smell of whatever cleaner they use was overwhelming. Also charge a $20 mandatory resort fee.
Pros: I did like the beauty of the place. Too overpriced for the hotel.
Cons: The price is ridiculous. Will not be staying here again. I will get a much nicer hotel for the money the next visit to Nashville. Everything is so spread out and I did not get a chance to even walk to the Grand Ole Opry. Room service for 2 people was around $80. I had men's beard clippings in the bathroom. I have stayed in better resort hotels. This 2 day stay cost over $1000!!! Not at all worth the cost.
Pros: The hotel is beautiful and has lots of ammenities.
Cons: Way too many kids unsupervised. Kids throwing shows off balconies and jumping in and out of the hot tub.

Pros: The staff was very pleasant and helpful! The rooms, lobby, elevator and hallways were all very clean. I loved the smell.
Cons: The room only had a shower. I was travelling with a baby. So, this made bath time very awkward.
The room got really hot at night. I woke up sweating. So, I turned the thermostate down. But the room didnt cool off until the next morning.
Pros: This hotel had great decor in the lobby. Also tons of great amenities - microwave and mini fridge in the room, free breakfast, happy hour snacks in lobby and live music. The location is perfect for walking downtown or to the Gulch.
Cons: Only thing missing was a bar and an indoor pool.
Pros: Very nice place, laundry machines available which I needed. Really nice waiter in the restaurant. Would stay there again.
Cons: Over priced, dirty, under construction, rude desk clerk, no breakfast, uncomfortable bed...
Pros: I was scheduled for surgery at a nearby hospital at 5 AM. This hotel was conveniently located.
Cons: When we arrived, we discovered the hotel was being renovated. Parking was disturbed, registration was located on the second floor, and there was noises of construction outside our window. I also stepped on a sewing needle during the evening that was embedded in the carpet.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent. The shuttle was great.
Pros: Close to the mall.
Cons: Over priced and charged $50.00 extra at check in. Days Inn was cleaner and 1/2 the price.Would not stay here again.
123 beautifully appointed rooms featuring: mini refrigerator, 42in HDTV, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards, a.m. Kitchen Skillet each morning, 24 hour fitness facility, heated outdoor pool, shuttle to and from the airport and Gaylord Opryland complex.
Cons: It felt a bit cold. Breakfast ended too early. The workout room was in with the laundry. Pricey parking.
Pros: Free area shuttle rides
Close access to shopping, dining, & more
Cons: furnishings & amenities were not quite Hilton grade...
Pros: Lots of space in the room and two queen beds. The large hot tub was fun for kids. Free breakfast was nice and $22 parking was reasonable. Close to food and night life at the edge of Vanderbuilt Univ. Short shuttle ride to downtown.
Cons: Floor could have been vacuumed better and a little walk from parking garage to hotel. Overall great hotel and stay. Couldn't think of better place.
Pros: The front desk was really nice and helpful. We took their suggestions for dinner and ate at The Tavern, it was amazing. The room was very clean and big. The shuttle driver James was great. We loved him taking us down to Music Row. The free breakfast was very good and filling.
Cons: I believe it was a full size bed? Too small for this pregnant mama! We could also hear people in their rooms so I think the walls are a little thin.
Pros: Free shouttle service to and from basically anywhere without long waiting times. Music row (right around the corner) is the area where the locals go out.
Cons: The view on the 2nf floor was pretty bad, but we only were there at night time anyways.
Pros: Very clean
Cons: No body lotion provided.
Pros: Staff were very friendly; kitchen was convenient; location was excellent
Cons: The rooms are definitely not as modern as the pics (upscale is the last adjective I'd use to describe it). Awkwardly placed and very cheap looking furniture; no real closet, just 3 pieces of plywood with a curtain! Free breakfast is limited; guests are made to microwave their choice of pre-wrapped sandwiches.
Pros: Apples and Nutella at the front desk.
Pros: The rooms are very spacious. The vibrant colors are great :-) The staff are super friendly and are available at all times.

Pros: My wife and I went to Nashville for the country nightlife.
The location was the best!
Everything was within walking distance. On the night it rained, the hotel provided us with a free shuttle!
The gym was far beyond expectations as well, great equipment and clean.
Pros: Lobby was beautiful. Staff friendly and very willing to help
Cons: Towels were rough. Water pressure in shower weak
Pros: Upon arrival my room was not ready at the check in time, so the front desk gave us a voucher for some cocktails and apps to enjoy in the library lounge.
Also, it was super quiet at night. Which normally is wonderful. However, I tans to sleep with a fan noise. The front desk gladly accommodated me and brought one up to our room!
Pros: Great location for visiting the Ryman and very clean and well run. Will visit again when returning to Nashville for pleasure.
Pros: Great location. Staff was very professional and friendly. Went out of their way to make our accommodations perfect.
Pros: Great location, great view of downtown, very nice facilities
Cons: I reserved a deluxe suite according to the pictures online. The room was not near luxurious as the pictures, especially the bathroom.
Pros: Nicely decorated. Great views! Staff were very nice!
Cons: This hotel was very nice except for the fact that our room was connected to the room next door and we could hear everything that was said/going on in the room next door. This definitely made us paranoid that they could also hear us. Very frustrating.
Pros: The new interior decor
Cons: Staff seemed clueless, didn't know the breakfast place in the hotel wasn't open.
Pros: booked for the distance to downtown Nashville, so very walkable, very safe; however, had we realized that the CMA had just occurred two days earlier, we probably would have booked earlier than we did and been able to find something more affordable and just as convenient.
Cons: given that we were already paying $350 for just 2 double beds, there was a $15 charge for internet service and $28 for parking (or $32 for valet parking). We parked at an outdoor lot just down the street and so saved $8 a day; the room was not very spacious and just had one chair to sit in other than the two double beds.
Pros: Beautiful remodel... Lobby and public areas were gorgeous. The room was very cute too
Cons: Room was a little small, and elevators were slow
Pros: The hotel recently underwent a 25 million dollar renovation and it was impressive! The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was super comfy and we had a great view of the city!
Cons: With such a massive renovation, I would expect fabulous bathrooms. And they were not. At all. The worst part of our stay was having to pay $30 to park our car on top of the $240 we paid for the room. That alone is enough to make me hose another hotel next time I stay in downtown Nashville!

Pros: The staff was wonderful. Rooms big and comfortable. I would stay there again.
Pros: Generally, it was comfortable, convenient and moderately priced. Breakfast was OK.
Cons: The staff that was supposed to clean the room etc, did not do so 3X and once they started knocking on the door at 8:30 am to clean the room. They apparently don't understand that the hanging card on the door has 2 sides which tell them whether to clean the room or if the guest wants privacy. Desk staff said they did not clean rooms July 4 because staff "worked 1/2 day on the 4th."I tried calling the front desk on 3 different days. They never answered the phone.
Pros: Hotel was clean, fresh, with good space in the suites. Breakfast was okay, not excellent. Wi-fi was a little slower than I expected. But overall we were pleased with the stay
Pros: Close to Opry mill mall, grand ole Opry and all Nashville attractions
Pros: I went up on business, was very surprised on the cleanliness of the hotel, as well as ease of access to the interstate and closeness to the grand ole opry it was very pleasant overall experience.
Cons: The shuttle to downtown only takes cash and its $10 a person. It would be nice if they included the shuttle in the hotel stay.
Pros: The room was great and beautiful. Old location to the Nashville night life
Cons: The two staff members who "greeted" me were ridiculous. It was a man and woman at the front who were eye rolling at guests, being short and sighing at requests. Coming from a hospitality background it blew my mind. However I believe I saw the manager the next morning in the breakfast area and he was very nice and attentive to his guests.
Pros: Very convenient, nice breakfast, room in good condition.
Cons: When requested to have two pair of slacks cleaned, the staff mentioned they were forced to offer cleaning by the Best Western hotel chain, but they had to add $50.00 to each item, due to incoinvienece.
Why offer it in the first place.
Pros: The room was nice, it had plenty of power outlets, a nice TV, a safe for your valuables, good water pressure, and the room was very clean.
Cons: From day 1 I had to deal with noises from renovations going on right outside my door. This was slightly annoying but I could have looked past it were it not for the other issues that occurred the same weekend of my trip. The second day the water heaters all broke and I couldn't get hot water in my room until past noon. The third day the power went out for half of the morning. Overall a very frustrating stay.
Cons: Our online checkin was fine. But we requested one bed on high floor. Placed in a room with double beds and 4th floor. There were no pictures on wall, dresser had 2 drawers that you could see in( open), no couch or chairs, no bedspread,
mattress was lumpy and slanted downward toward headboard, and room
was cold when we arrived. We asked about this, desk clerk said they were renovating. We
were not aware of this and could not cancel reservation. We were ready to
leave and lose our money. Will never stay here again or recommend this hotel.
Pros: staff was very helpful
Pros: How close it was located to Opry Mills mall.
TV was a very nice 46" LCD LG
Cons: Breakfast was mediocre
Fitness center was really small
