After the the unfortunate incident occurred with the unpleasant poker player setting fires inside resorts world my friends decided to stay in another hotel. Marriott was very accommodating with allowing me to use the credit to upgrade my room and not lose the credit I had already paid for. Cons (-) The only small caveat was that they lost one of my g/f pieces of laundry but it was no big deal. It was a pair of sports shorts that were very old, so not much loss for us

Pros (+) The room is nice and cold. Shuttle to airport is perfect!
Cons (-) Elevator card does not work always. I will need to call the security to fix and insert card in the elevator. Reception desk not attentive, disorganized Staff does not project good quality customer service.
