The hotel is central to all atractions in Leipzig. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The staff made sure we had everything we needed ie. extra pillows etc. No complaints!

Location in city center allowed walk to all attractions. Staff was very helpful in orientation to city. Easy to find parking which is in back of hotel, Would be hard to find at night without gps.

All the above. But no tea making facility I recall location. Some hotels stayed at provided bottled water free of charge & tea/coffee. Breakfast rather expensive. Location was just a little far from the city centre for walking-especially at night.

Quiet and privacy. Garage approachable directly by internal lift. Room with window in block, because placed on top of the mall's glass-roof. The hotel find oneself in a isolated zone though near the city center.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was provided with a logon and pass word for a PC for internet access, but access was denied. I didn't have time to query it though and didn't try again. Also, the buffet breakfast, at €7.50, was expensive for little choice. No bowls of fresh fruit or yoghurt, and only one staff trying to serve coffee, replenish the buffet and clear tables. One one morning I had to go without coffee...

My room was on the court, away from the street, and very quiet and roomy with shower plus tub. Full breakfast. Good location: two tram lines on Dresdener St go from near hotel to city center. An easy walk to the Robert and Clara Schumann House, in 1840s Leipzig. I was surprised that my credit card was charged the day I made my reservation, weeks before my arrival. This way I had no chance to use a different credit card for payment.

1. Good size room 2. Comfortable beds 1. The shower guard was fitted to the wrong end of the bath so a lot of water inevitably went on the floor. 2. There was rotten fruit on the breakfast buffet. 3. The bread rolls were not as fresh as they should have been. 4. The milk for cereals was warm (try standing the jug in ice).

The People at the reception was very nice, the rooms were very comfortable, our room has a little kitchen although we ask for a simple room, everything was very clean and good. There are no stores or places near to buy food or something to drink. But the Tram is very near from the Hotel.

We drove to this hotel and were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. It was easy to find and there was free parking. The hotel staff was extremely nice and made us comfortable on check-in, breakfast, and check-out. The room was clean and comfortable. There was functioning internet for only 5 euro a night. We actually used the internet a bit after the first 24 hours, and we weren't charged extra. Breakfast was delicious and included in the room price. This hotel is located within a 15-20 minute walk of city sights, a variety of restaurants, and lots of shopping. There is quite a bit of construction and improvements being worked on in the city center, so the area around the hotel should only continue to improve. The room was a bit small and there were only a few restaurants on the surrounding 5 city blocks or so.
