A great Dissapointment
Over priced. The rudest staff we have dealt with. A bar that doesn't serve alcohol. A beach that is really rocks. The pictures are not real.
Friendfull staff. Pretty territory, large good rooms.Good location.
Nice environment, very close to the beach (though not exactly on the beach). It is a relatively quiet place on Sumai.
The beach is perhaps not too ideal for snorkeling.
We've spent a very good holyday, the staf was very frendly and the room was realy good and the hotel nice and as well the international breakfast was great, good position near shops and from few kilometers to the shops-tesco-banks and a lot of bar and restaurants.
Was better if the internet connection was free in all hotel and room.
The Bungalow was quite big and very clean. Location: really on the beach, that was really nice. ATM and supermarket next door.
Too family like hotel for us. People putting their towels early in the morning on the sun beds ..... Place for breakfast really not cosy.
Policies vary by room type and provider.
