Cons: Room was small and seemed a bit cramped. Wouldn't be comfortable for an extended stay.

Cons: Small room but that's part of historic hotels

Cons: Valet expense.

Cons: Knowing it would be 20 dollars a day to park. & that you couldn’t take your own drinks to the pool Also our room by the parking garage on the mail level was very loud.

Cons: Wine list in main bar needs to be improved.

Cons: Was asked for my room key as proof that I was staying in at the hotel. Was later informed by an employee that the individual that asked for proof that I was staying at the hotel did not ask the Caucasian individuals who were staying at the hotel. Will never go back.

Cons: Being unfamilar with the area, I opted for the valet parking for our stay. When I ventured out from the hotel to the Country Club Plaza area 1.5 blocks away, I found a large free parking garage! Won't make that mistake again if I ever go back there.

Cons: No longer have valet parking, garage narrow, dark. Even though we were paying $170 plus for room weren't able to claim points because we booked using Expedia! When we checked in room was very small, we've stayed here several times so we know the room sizes, & warm. Turned the air down & left for the evening. When we returned thought it was still warm, turned air to 60. Woke during night because it was warm. When I looked out window next morning realized the window was open several inches, causing the warm & humid room!! Room was never vacuumed during stay, linens were grayish not white, I have pictures. Remote didn't work. All in all I was very disappointed since I was the one to reserve the rooms for a reunion. We stayed here in 2009 and everything was wonderful, not this time. I felt this was a Sheraton!

Cons: We had called down to get some plates and silverware to use to eat some of our leftovers from dinner, 45 minutes later I had to call down again since we still hadn't received anything, they were then delivered by two security guards not even hotel staff. The gentleman at the front desk was very apologetic to us about having to wait that long.

Cons: Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Cons: The whatever million dollar renovation the website lists - was not enough million. The photos provided on hotel websites are excellent but not a true testament to the hotel condition. There was mold in the shower (multiple places) and mold on the window frames (multiple places). The tubs were not resurfaced correctly and are rusty and peeling. The towels were frayed. The wall coverings already have I don’t even know what on them. Our outer bedding was not clean. Beds should be true queen. Overall the cleanliness and attention to renovation detail was just not there. The recent renovation description on site would suggest the hotel is more elevated than what it truly is. We chose this hotel for the Sheraton name and reputation- while the price tag definitely met- everything else did not. It’s an old hotel. & still feels like an old hotel regardless of the new coat of lipstick. Parking is area standard, but overpriced. Hotel breakfast on google summary and maybe on hotels.com states that it’s included- it’s not but a very overpriced $17pp. The pool and spa are appreciatively partially indoors & heated, but again - the photos make it look like a really nice elevated “oasis.” And it’s not. We spent more money to stay at this hotel vs another closer to crown center thinking we were staying at an elevated and updated hotel- and were disappointed. There are newer more affordable priced options downtown.

Cons: Air condition was non existent

Cons: The rooms do show a bit of age, like the low toilets with commercial flush and some stains on the tile in the tub, but for the price we got, it was fine.
