Pros: Location
Cons: The staff, for the most part, wasn't helpful. For example, it was a cold night, and when I called downstairs and told them the heater was broken--even the lowest setting made the room unlivable--the staff's response was to open my window. It was raining heavily with strong winds that night, so I pushed the staff person further, who finally sent up a portable radiator. The sheets on the bed were torn. The bed wasn't made adequately, so that I couldn't fit my body into the bed. The shower glass wasn't sealed, so that water leaked all over the bathroom. Several staff at the front desk were unfriendly.

Pros: Front desk staff very kindly allowed us to check out late the day of our plane -- 8 pm. Thanks! Breakfast was very good. Lobby lounge is very nice.
Cons: Most of the staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. Our rooms were barely made up (wet towels left on floor). Air conditioner took a long time to get room cool. Rooms are very small. No concierge.

Pros: However there was no concierge at the Dan in Jerusalem And there was one available at the Dan in TA. That was helpful as the staff in Jerusalem did not seem to be knowledgeable on info re: dinning out.

Pros: Location was great. It was fairly clean. Rooms were decent size.
Cons: They were doing construction so there was always lots of construction noise and dirt all over from construction. The elevators were in construction as well so never more then 1 elevator was in use for the whole two weeks I was there and that was a pain. They advertise 4 star but it was more like a 3 star American standards. The staff were not as friendly as they could have been.

Pros: Size of the room The staff was friendly and helpful but unable to do anything about the inadequacies if the hotel because of poor corporate management
Cons: The air conditioner did not work. It was sweltering hit. There was no breakfast. White bread, instant coffee disguised in a coffee pot, a few olives and chumus is not a breakfast and nitnanything edible certainly not forna trzvler who intentionally books a hotel with breakfast included. In addition, children can’t eat thst .
