Cons (-) Arrived late and was very tired. Was given a room they knew had non-functioning air conditioner.Vietnam in summer is not place to be without AC. They pretended they didn't know, but the room had evidence of being rejected by other guests. Finally got different room next day. Inexcusable behavior on part of hotel.
