A Very Nice Place

Pros: Service was excellent. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. Close to town so you can walk anywhere. Close to trains. Bus stop out front. Best thing ever: USB plugs in the rooms.

Pros: Perfectly renovated historic building; wonderful staff; excellent restaurant; enormous luxury suite with high ceiling; large bathroom with great shower. Our second room for my son was nice. Outside...

Cons: Noisy outside the room at night and early mornings due to room's closeness to reception area. Not a real problem though.

Pros: The only improvement I can think if would be a bigger bathtub (for two). The King rooms are perfect, happy I took the upgrade.

Pros: Amazing hotel. Great location and friendly staff. We were also upgraded to a suite and the room was incredible. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Very comfortable bed. Lovely evening meal. Very helpful staff. Walkable into the city centre but also a bus stop just outside. A very relaxed ambience.

Cons: I thought the wine was overpriced. I could hear noise from the room next door.

Cons: As a smoker, I always hope to find an outside area that's protected from the rain. Unfortunately, the garden patio had no shelter.
