Pros: Amazing location. Friendly staff. Wonderful clean rooms and amazing views. Could not have asked for a better hotel.
Cons: Being from the USA I am not used to so much smoking and the common areas were pretty much mostly smoking. I understand that smoking is the culture of Belgrade but non-smokers definitely feel like an underprivileged minority. It would be nice to not feel that way at such a nice hotel.

Pros: The hotel was elegant without being stuffy. Lots of light and open spaces in the public area. It has a nice park behind it giving easy access to walking/running path. The room I got upgraded to due to my status was spacious, comfortable, and modern. The location was not in the middle of the heart of the city but pretty much walkable if needed. The hotel WAS very close to the Tesla museum and some cool restaurants and bars. The views towards the park made it pretty quiet. Windows were openable which was nice in the evening. The breakfast buffet was excellent; staff at the restaurant could have been a little more "on" (i.e., paying better attention to whether we needed more coffee, etc. since it was not self-serve coffee). The price point was great for the stay. I booked transport to/from the airport and it was very well done (on-time, clean vehicle, safe driving, etc.).
Cons: While the bar area had a smoking and non-smoking section, the division between the two really made the smoke smellable in the non-smoking section. I only stayed at the bar because of the conversation with the bartender made the visit to the bar enjoyable (he told me about local specialties, etc.).

Pros: Location is second to none, right opposite the main Belgrade Railways station, walking distance from the main coach station and city centre (tourist attractions). Didn't go for breakfast (but it was included in the price), however, for that price whatever was served one cannot complain. friendly staff, smooth check in / out. Taxi to the airport arranged by a receptionist (taxi payable by card!!). Would stay again!
Cons: Considering the price I paid, there is nothing I could complain about. Location was amazing, the quality of the room satisfactory, staff helpful. Nothing for this section. This hotel is highly recommended. Do not hesitate because of the price as it is a good place.
