Cons: I called to speak to a manager and your receptionist took my name and number and stated a manager would give me a call in 5 minutes it’s been 4 days I still have not recieved a call. I got charged for using WiFi- I didn’t see nor did it say there would be a charge for WiFi. To warm up some food I had there would be a charge of $25- no microwave in the room. Really? Everything in this ritz Carlton was a bill on top of a bill. When it came time to check out receptionist stated she didn’t see a check mark or something and was trying to charge us TWICE for a room that was already paid for upon checking in. I will NEVER be returning to this ritz Carlton in Atlanta - This property seems ghetto.

Cons: Retrieving the car from valet always took too long. For example, the 1st time, we called ahead. The car was present and we said so but we had to wait 15 minutes for them to realize it was. The 2nd time was just disorder and we again were late to an event.

Cons: The property was lovely I stayed in suite 1428 and the housekeeper for my suite was amazing. At checkout I told the agent that the A/C was working properly and that I had made a report and give permission to go in the suite, but issue was never solved. She went back and forward with me and had a very nasty attitude! I went to celebrate my birthday not to complain. She put a very bitter taste in my mouth at checkout, but besides that everything was absolutely amazing!

Cons: The room was super dark even the bathroom need better lightening. I was Charge one price on Kayak and another price once I checked out. I showed the clerk my initial statement she said she don’t know why I was Quoted that and it was nothing she could do. I will not stay at the Ellis or book with Kayak again.

We ended up choosing valet even though it cost us a little more, we had to park at the end of the entrance which was a good little walk still. Woke up the next day only to find that the man over night never moved our vehicle. Nor did they bring our car to us like valet should, we still walked a good ways to our vehicle. If that’s how your “valet” is. We could have paid less and self park (which is basically what we did paying more for “valet”) lazy staffs on valets part.

Cons: Hotel was under construction. Had to sleep on the 20th floor instead of a low floor. I was so high, my ears can't popping. Couldn't sleep at all. Then the workers started at 4 AM. The construction noise was alwaful.

Cons: The staff was not accommodating, the room was not clean, the parking situation is terrible and I had to pay an extra $42 for parking in the valet since there was no self serve parking available. For a four-star hotel this was a two star experience at Best

Pros: I liked the location. The staff at checkin was friendly.
Cons: Our bathroom was not clean at all and I found clumps of hair from previous guests all over. Makes me doubt the cleanliness of the rest of the room. Housekeeping also knocked on our door at 8:30 even though check out wasn’t til 11.

Cons: Seemed to be a lot of extra costs...required valet parking and tipping of various staff. If you're traveling with your family, you might want to go to a more family friendly place. Shower is open and visible from the beds. Probably better for a couple.

Cons: We showed up at 3:20, 20 min after check in time and were told the room wouldn't be ready for 1-1.5 hours. We went to the rooftop pool to wait and found ourselves in the middle of a rave. The music from e DJ was so loud we couldn't carry on a conversation

Cons: Check in process was not the best. Room was not ready in time and our plane had already landed for several hours. Front desk staff was nice through the entire ordeal, but waiting was frustrating bc we were tired. Changed my room twice for a better view.
