poor service in restaurant $14.95 for internet no restaurant service after 10:00pm breakfast buffet very expensive
The staff tried to be helpful in spite of giving incorrect info twice while I was there - which exit to get off the marta and where to stand for the Expo bus (which the concierge actually walked me to the area which was incorrect). The hotel was quite dated and the bedding was awful. My back hurt for two days after sleeping on the substandard beds. The pillows were too flat for just one and too high for two - feathers. In the bathroom there weren't any vents and you could hear everything from the room upstairs - yikes!
great area. rooms are very nice and the bed was sooo comfortable!!!
The hotel was very nice. The staff was awesome. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is a 21 dollar fee to park in the parking garage. We were not told this prior to making our reservations, so we were not prepared to have to pay $21 to park our car. Also, our room key did not work 2 times. I had to have it reactivated.
This hotel should be closed while being remodeled. The smells noise and dirt are awful. The noise was truly unbearable. And my room was not remodeled. Sticky floor that I asked to be cleaned and never was. Old beat up furniture. Leaky faucets. Toilet that wouldn't stop running. You'd think it was a roadside motel that rented rooms by the hour.
Nice location specially the sky ridges connecting 3 hotels to Leachtree Center very helpful staff good security nice size rooms
Everyone and everything at the Hilton was great. Really enjoyed your hotel, but not crazy about the garage parking.
Location Hotel under construction, loud noises in the am, room smelled like paint, a little ghetto
Lots & lots of interior construction
Very confortable rooms with nice view on the buildings.
location, friendliness of staff, good service
The staff, rooms & restaurant were very good. Inability to get a late checkout. Everyone referring to me as "oh, that's Booking.com". My travel was changed due to weather (flight). I was charged for nights I did not stay.
Your hotel "security" have (little) to no public skillscat all and should be re-school'd in public relations, and your room carpet must not have been "cleaned" not ever at all,hummm.....??? Therefore,my stay at this "dump" was a "nightmare" to remember! ...Yeah, when it was time to check-out the next morning!
Roaches in room for real. Very bad neighborhood! Noisy at night with booming radio in parking lot. I slept maybe two hours...NOT A good hotel. Pretty much everything. I am not pickt at all. I just want clean and quiet. Savannah suites was neither.
Convenient to local attractions, i.e. Coca Cola, CNN, Aquarium Lots of homeless/vagrants sleeping, standing around hotel entrance made walking around the area uncomfortable.
Too much smoke of cigarrete.
It's really cheap, the staff is really nice. It truly is in a very shady neighborhood. If you're not wandering around after dark, you're probably okay... I also wasn't crazy about the two cockroaches...
The fact it is near to most places i was interested. I was having a meeting at Hilton Atlanta. I loved the hotel because it is at walking distance from the Hilton Atlanta. Though it is at walking distance to get into most of my business places, I was informed that the area around was unsecured. I have seen some people siting around the hotel. That was frightening for me because that was my first time to be in the USA. But nothing happened to me.
Too noisy - unsafe location
I like the service . The rooms need improving.
no iron, key card difficulty, and hours of operation (closed at 9 p.m.)
the price and was within walking distance to the Fox. the homeless people right outside the fence area....bad area.
The proximity to the major hotels where the meeting that I was attending took place. lack of small shampoo samples
Staff are helpful, location is good
Clean but very basic. Good Internet access. No B-fast. Right on major free way. Sketchy neighborhood. To expensive for what it offers ($ 99.00 a night).
It was nearby the conference I was attending at the Hilton at a much more affordable rate, yet provided needed facilities... hot shower, comfortable room and free wireless internet.
staff was helpful No, requirements were met
The wonderful staff! The vending machine goodies were past Best By date
Great service, price and location. I would stay there again.
This Motel 6 was very clean. They have ceramic floors instead of the carpet, which is a huge plus! Bathroom, beds and room were clean. I would definitely stay here again if I need a few nights cheap stay in Downton Atlanta. Also the parking was a plus. We felt very secure. The elevator seemed a little small and outdated, but the stairs did us just fine. Even on the 3rd floor it wasn't that bad of a walk.
The location of the motel 6 was nice. It's walking distance to many things in downtown atlanta. The staff was horrible. They were extremely rude and were even hesitant to give us extra towles. I will not stay here again, especially since I can Priceline a nice hotel for even cheaper! The hotel rooms are also very small like a tiny dorm room.
The front desk receptionist was knowledgable and friendly. Checked in st 5PM and room was not ready, but this was due to the influx of people leaving the motel due to Hurricane Matthew.
I was pleasantly surprised at how great this Motel 6 was!
The geographical location, being close to many turistical attractions. Very close to the highway. Some rooms are quite noisy all the time.
