Excellent hotel and service is great. Very family friendly. Just downside pool is not fairmont it is operated by an actual gym in the basement of the hotel which wasn’t fun with the kids. Otherwise you have access to a full blown gym and the hours are subject to the gym operating hour. Great property overall and staff is great.

Staff friendliness and warmth was lacking. WiFi was not included n the price and was extra! Housekeeping requests took 2-3 reminders and more than 45-60 minutes to complete!
