Utrecht hotels in Noordoost

Pros: The lake view room felt amazing with birds and water serenity I've felt all through me... Utrecht felt amazingly beautiful and romantic and Midland hotel with its taste added just the right portion to the magic... It was all beautiful. I would like to draw your attention that you can enjoy shuttle taxi free service to go to centre and this was really convenient.

Cons: I asked kitchen to heat my delivered pizza and though they were nice in replying but not helpful. I feel like as if they were giving more credits to their comfort and the place tideness more than to residents comfort

Pros: Stunning location, extremely friendly staff, wonderful breakfast. Very quiet room with comfortable beds in a park environment. Bowling alley on the premises and is close enough to walk to most things.

Pros: Friendly staff, beautiful, clean and comfortable room, cool gym.

Cons: Perhaps a little further from the busstop and supermaket.

Cons: A-vacuum cleaner outside my door at 9am. I work until 3am, not everyone is up at 06:00 B- the breakfast was barely recognizable to an American. The eggs seemed like a phony substitute for eggs. Since nobody was around to watch, many items,like the breads, were touched by guests hands. How clean are those hands?

Pros: Lovely staff and although a large hotel is still cosy and friendly. My favourite hotel in Utrecht.

Cons: No convenient bus but not too far to the nearest stop without bags!

Pros: Great place to stay,lovely hotel,very well located in regard to town centre and historical places of interest,we rented bikes for the day,rates a bit high,worth looking around if you have time or you need a bike for a week.We will return to the hotel in the future.

Pros: The room was clean.

Cons: The decor, TOO MUCH RED. The walls, ceiling, floor, curtains, lamps, seats, bedsheets, lights, bathroom, sink, stools, toilet, etc everything was RED. After an hour there it got very claustrophobic that we had to run and sit at the busstop for a few hours in the night. The arabic newspaper wall with graffiti, the red tubelight on the window, a red resin window seat gave a very seedy look. Also there was a very strong sewage smell in the corridor maybe due to very old bldg. And you have to get through the bathroom to go to the room.. very strange. Danger of slipping if someone has had a shower. It would have been better simple, white and clean.

Pros: Quirky fun place with a nice restaurant that accommodates... even when you are a bit late. Loved the decor and the breakfast was really different and very good!

Pros: Breakfast to be booked for extra 9.5€, the comfortable bed, the heat in the room during these cold rainy days

Cons: A little bit loud, the basin sink didn't empty itself quick from water, no toilet brush available, no international TV channel available

Pros: Adequate room for sleeping. Interesting theme to the hotel and room. Reasonable location for my needs. Shower head, strength, space and warmth were good. Good heating available in room. Easy check in and check out. Wi-Fi was made available.

Cons: Strong smell of corridors. Not enough room lighting available. Towel warmer couldn't get it to work. Unusual fittings in room sometimes awkward e.g. sink. No bath available for use for a child. Wi-Fi was not strong and not connecting in half of the room.

Pros: The location was great- we really enjoyed walking through griftpark and a short walk to dining and shopping.

Cons: The lighting in the room could've been a little better- it was very dark because a couple of the lights weren't working. We easily fixed it with some cheap lights from Hema though. otherwise- comfortable and spacious room- loved the skylight in the bathroom.

Pros: Very good and comfortable family run hotel. Is worth more than two stars.

Pros: Is a little outside Utrecht centre but accessible by bus. Room was extremely comfortable with English TV and coffee maker, dressing gown was provided. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful and when I asked about local ATMs, they were happy to give me cash on a debit card transaction.

Cons: Breakfast was a bit expensive at €10. Other than that, no complaints.

Pros: I cannot recommend this hotel highly eneough. the room was large, comfortable, tastefully decorated and well equiped, with a balcony overlooking a large back garden leading to a tree-lined canal. Breakfast was always delicious and fresh, and the staff were always warm, welcoming, friendly, accommodating and helpful. I would have no hesitation to book again at this hotel if I return to Utrecht.

Cons: The bathroom could do with a bit of redecoration as it does not seem to match the comfortable modernity of the rest of the room. But this is nit-picking as it was spotlessly clean and fully functioning.

Pros: The Hotel is a late 19th Century town house and has original features, set in a nice location. The owners were friendly and helpful.
