Sitting in the heart of the Central Station Area, the NH Utrecht hotel is a contemporary high rise not far from the Utrecht Central train station. One of the tallest buildings in Utrecht, the hotel provides guests with stunning cityscape views. The Jarrbeurs Convention Center is located nearby, and Amsterdam is a short 30 minutes away. There are 236 light and bright guest rooms. Each has a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, and coffee and tea machines. For guests who enjoy more spacious accommodation, our Junior Suites have a separate sitting area. A tasty and filling breakfast buffet is offered each morning in our ground floor restaurant. Guests are also welcome to request made-to-order hot dishes or an early bird breakfast. Delicious Dutch cuisine is also served in our hotel restaurant, with an à la carte menu and vegetarian options available. On the 4th floor is our compact gym which is open daily. NH Utrecht has an astonishing 31 meeting rooms which can accommodate up to 240 people. Four of the rooms are on the top floor and offer fantastic city views. Cons: They don’t have an own parkingplace, so you must park nearby which can be very expensive. Traveling by train is by far the most convenient.

Cons: - Breakfast could be better. They could add more items to the table. - I also didn't like that they locked the refrigerator. I understand that they do that to ensure the items are fresh for the next guest. I wanted to use the refrigerator to keep a bottle of milk inside for one night, but I was afraid to unlock that :(

Cons: I arrived at 13.00, check-in was at 15.00. They didn't have any room available for an earlier check-in, which I found strange in such a big hotel. I came back at 15.30 and they gave me a room where the temperature was way below 15 Celsius, I had to wait with my jacket on for more than an hour to have a decent temperature in the room. This is not acceptable, especially when you know smbd is waiting for the room!

Cons: The hotel itself doesn't has parking facilities, you have to go to an external parking and walk back to the hotel, which leaves some of the offered value aside.

Cons: Laundry delivery was 6:00 and banging trollies outside room for half an hour. Hotel having work done.. this started at 7:00am.. lots of banging, thumping and sawing noise (even on second floor) Only a limited supply of kettles for the rooms.. so bit of a lottery as to whether you can get one.

Cons: Beds were quite small and there were 2 single beds put together. Small room. Receptionist needed 15 minutes to enter the company address in the PC and the next morning when I wanted to check out the address was gone and had to be entered again.

Cons: Very tired looking hotel and rooms. Very small bathroom, particularly teh wash basin. It is about 4 inch and so washing the face is impossible! Rattling mini fridge! Air conditioning doesn't seem to work
