great location and hospitality
no drug stores around the hotel
Layout of room and the bathroom
Not sufficient public seating
Very lovely, luxurious room and bathroom!!!!! Lovely staff and very helpful concierge. Attractive pool and gym.
Very expensive - could have put a few "extras" in room to make it feel a little more welcoming - like the rice crackers each night, instead of just the first night; sweets at the end of the day. The second night the maid forgot to put the top sheet on the bed - we had to call housekeeping as we were getting ready for bed. They delivered it promptly, but we had to ask the man who brought the top sheet to make the bed up - not us. That was the only glitch - but for the cost of this hotel, there really should be NO glitches.
Most of the food I ordered were really delicious The room was spacious Also the bathroom so clean and spacious
