Pros (+) cheap, not too small, location great
Cons (-) cleanliness, see some dust in the room, and the public toilet at lobby is usually dirty too smoking room is lack of maintaining too not cleaning well especially on bath tub

Pros (+) The room was small but clean and well-appointed. I don't know about the necessity of including a pants press and a dehumidifier in a room barely big enough for two people and a bed but I'm sure they know their own audience. Breakfast was simple Japanese standard. Staff was very good and attentive.
