Great hotel, staff is well-trained. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast wait can get long but the staff try to serve everyone quickly and with great service. Pool is small, but very nice.

Pros: The staff were extreme friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast was a great with a mix of traditional food and the location is perfect. There are lots of places to choose to eat at within a few minutes walk. On the streets people are very friendly and helpful.
Cons: I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Cons: This place is definitely not a 4 star hotel. 2.5 at the most !! Tub didn't drain, rooms were dirty, little to no lighting in the hallways. Not an easy or accessible place to get to. The list goes on and on.

Cons: Bed cover and towels are old and stained. Bathroom is dirty and bath faucet broken. The room was outdated and could use some deep cleaning.

Pros: I liked the friendly attitude by staff and how close it was to airport and restaurants. Also not far from the border.
Cons: I disliked how thin the walls are. you can literally hear your next door guests talk clearly. The day we stayed their was numerous youth soccer teams staying too and they were running around being noisy and stomping on the ground, it was very noisy overall stay, do not recommend for couples or business stays. Not mention our next door neighbors were having sex all night so we couldn't rest well.

Good size room. Receptionist took too long to check in the guests with a confirmation. Respect the phere erson who reserved room and not give it to someone without one. Still denied it when i heard the whole conversation all the amenities the other person took from me. Room that was given got cleaned in 5 mins i think so that she could run and rush to just pull the blankets and thats its???!! Nice place but not staying there no more. First and last time
