Pros (+) I got my request and got a high floor with an awesome view overlooking Hongdae area (thanks!). The frontdesk staff were really pleasant. Unfortunately, I stayed during the winter so the pool and rooftop track weren't of much use, but I'm sure I would have made full use of them in the summer. Overall, I liked it and would stay again.
Cons (-) I wish there had been better instant coffee.
