Pros: Concierge is the best. Thanks to Koy, nishant and gary
Pros: Got the tower view room which was nice and clean. What made the stay pleasurable was the location and the staff. Particularly the concierge. Koy is the best. He helped arrange whatever we needed.I will not hesitate to stay here during a future visit. Oh, and the view is spectacular.
Pros: The room was very nice and the view onto the park and Petronas Towers was great
Cons: - The pool is tiny, not open to the sun, and closes early, since it is in the Sky Bar
- The Sky Bar is nothing special, despite the view, as the music is too loud and the space too cramped to really be a comfortable place to hang out or enjoy the view

Pros: OMG this hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredible (front desk, butlers, bellhops, pool, everyone). They allowed us to check in hours ahead of time, as we arrived on a red-eye flight. Since the room wasn't quite ready, they showed us to breakfast and then the pool. The spa facility had EVERYTHING we could have needed to shower after a swim and get ready for the day. The spa lady even lent us her personal iPhone charging cord when she realized mine wasn't working properly. Then the front desk guy came to the pool to give us the room key personally. They REALLY have unparalleled customer service here, I've never experienced anything like it (and I've traveled to over 30 countries).
The room was very luxurious and that BATHROOM.... It couldn't have been any better. That's my new dream bathroom!
I would LOVE to stay here again and you should totally stay here if you are headed to Kuala Lumpur!
Cons: Everything was wonderful...
Cons: The hotel under renewed so it's so noisy. I didn't advice anyone to stay in it

Pros: Breakfast was great!

Our Kuala Lumpur hotel is the jewel of The Royale Bintang Group of Hotels & Resorts. The Royale Chulan, a luxurious 5-star accommodation, is centrally located in KL’s downtown business district. It has set out to offer its guests the most gracious Malaysian hospitality.
For an accommodation in the city, location is everything. Our hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is, in fact, close to major restaurants, bars, and attractions. But while centrally located, the hotel is situated in a leafy oasis away from the hustle and bustle of urban life. Truly, The Royale Chulan was destined to become the metropolis’ hotel of choice from as far back as the soft opening in April 2009, designed to capture the imagination of both tourists and residents.
Pros: First time I stayed the room had good fung shuei odd shaped room but once I put away all the clutter it was fine. Outside window was dirty but you expect slime in the tropics. Second time I stayed I arrived in the evening and room was not ready yet. I asked why they did not contact me to tell me they would not have room for me. Not break answer. I took a room Inhad not ordered and they threw in breakfast. Was ok the room but I would not stay there again. Room had odd fung shuei . Too cluttered and too many unnecessary doors and passages
Cons: See above
Cons: No free Internet in rooms
No included breakfast
No free parking for guests

All 385 of our spacious guest rooms and suites are designed with your comfort in mind. Each space boasts panoramic views of the city skyline, the Sheraton Signature Sleep Experience, 40-inch LCD TV with cable and satellite channels, and High Speed Internet Access.
Pros: The location was absolutely the best, if you can work with the mad traffic that is.
Cons: - The long wait times at the check-in counter in the SPG gold/platinum members section. There were only 2 staff dedicated to helping the SPG Gold Platinum members, which was a line of atleast 10 ppl on the day. I was obviously frustrated by this service and the frustration was evident on every customer's face.
- The A/C in the room was below par. Even after requesting the hotel to have it checked out, nothing changed in the cooling. In the blistering humidity of KL, a below par A/C is a sleeper's worst nightmare.
Pros: Was able to walk to 75% of the things I wanted to do in KL. Having a nice shopping mall with good dining options around was a big plus!
Stay in the midst of Kuala Lumpur's bustling Golden Triangle and enjoy immediate access to the city's most fashionable shopping malls and vibrant nightlife as well as KLCC Park, numerous multinational corporations, and top financial institutions. Pros: Great breakfast and staff that work there are very accommodating. Some good doormen who happily open the door for you (also at the 3rd floor bridge door). Superb location. Responsive cleaning crew. I would gladly return as I have pleasant memories here.
Cons: Horrendous Air Conditioning that is mild at best. It takes the heat away somewhat, but not cold enough to sleep with the blankets on. I have noticed this in my 4 different stays on Superior, Deluxe as well as Club Premier rooms. Such a let down for a 4+ Star rated hotel that is striving to be more. Decent Wifi Speeds (4Mb/s). Some doormen open the door for you; while others just watch you walk in and stand there looking at their phones or busy talking to someone else. Inconsistent hospitality (only) at the door is another major let down at this location. Plumbing issues on 2 of my stays thus far, but quickly taken care of.
Living it up in the Heart of the City. Stands adjacent to the newly built Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre and a walking distance away from major tourist attractions including the world´s much talked about PETRONAS Twin Towers. A richly 335 timber flooring appointed Deluxe and Superior guest rooms are well equipped with up to date amenities. Enjoy free unlimited in-room High Speed internet connection in all guest rooms.
Pros: The hotel staff was very accomodating. Very courteous.
Cons: Just outside my room, the ceiling in the hallway had black mold growing in a large spot. I notifed the front desk to make them aware of it.

Cons: The room is dated, TV program almost non-existent for what supposed to be 5-star hotel.
Pros: The staff were great! In fact, I requested for breakfast room service to be served as a surprise for my mom as it was her 70th birthday. They made it extra special and thereby made her stay and my view of the hotel outstanding!
Cons: Like others have reviewed, the rooms are showing their age. The hotel may soon be ready for a refurbishment putting it back to being a solid choice for a five star property. The pool also needs some updating. It's a nice design but needs updating.
Pros: location is amazing , and the hotel environment is very good
Cons: the room is a little old , beds are small for double rooms
Pros: Big rooms, nice pool area, great location.
Cons: We booked a deluxe King suite and got downgraded to a suite with two single beds pushed together as they said they had run out. The hotel itself is a little dated...
Pros: Old but perfect for not expensive stay at the city center
Cons: Don't know
Pros: Location was great, within walking distance of the train and major attractions.
Cons: Mold in the bathrooms. It was disgusting but the staff said it's normal.
Pros: The cleanliness Of the room
Cons: Food and drinks are too expensive.
Pros: Good location, morning staff really friendly
Cons: Night staff is rude.
Pros: Great location. Short distance to Bukit Bintang and Pavillion. Staff are reasonably friendly.

Pleasant but short stay. Wish we could be there longer. Hotel is far from the international airport. Costly rides to and from local and international airports.
Pros: Nice environment. Hotel is nice.
Cons: Not sure why the hotel staff was not able to find our reservation for a long time. It was quite an effort. Hotel staff gave us a free bed to accommodate us probably because it took so long to find our reservation.

Overall good and may visit again if I go back to KL again.
Pros: This hotel was located in the central location in KL and access to most of places by LRT. The hotel staff is good and polite.
Cons: I requested to provide Microwave as my mother can't eat outside but they didn't provide...it was little unexpected but it looks like it is the same case in most of the hotels in KL
Pros: Nothing look like the picture shown on the website. 4 stars? It' was a motel 6 quality.
Cons: Room and bathroom was diryy. Stained carpet, dated furniture and slow service. Kids were screaming down the hall..
Pros: Location and hotel staff were excellent.
Cons: Hitel rooms were not 4 star rated, especially the bath rooms. They are probably 2 star qualified.
Pros: Room is large and bed was comfy
Cons: Old rooms, disengaged staff, would have been great back in the early 90s but there are far better options for this price in KL
The hotel is OK. It needs much attention to the hotel rooms. The furnishings need updating.
Pros: I like the location which was close to the monorail, shopping, and restaurants. I also like the staff which were very helpful.
Cons: I didn't like the bed. It was a little too hard. The view was obscured by the Barjaya Hotel/Times Square. But the worst thing was the uninsulated windows. It made sleeping very difficult. The traffic below and other noises were too much to bare at times.

Excellent location too. At the heart of the shopping and dining area of Kuala Lumpur and just 20 minutes walk through a shopping centre to the famous Petronas Towers.
Cons: The internet access in the rooms can be faster and easier to log on. Internet access is increasingly becoming a key consideration by visitors when deciding which hotel to choose.
