Cons: the staff was HORRIBLE. I arrived from a night in the city at 230am and my key wasnt working, noone was at the front desk for and we waited at the lobby for 30 minutes.

Cons: Very small uncomfortable room very uncomfortable bed, bad smell even though it claims non smoking room. Not clean very noisy room. They claim free parking but very few parking spots

Pros: It was a great hotel for a quick night between flights. Good location. Clean. Staff was accommodating. McDonald's right next door. Sheets were soft. Towels left something to be desired. Nice shower. Met the star level provided.

Cons: Within the past 6months we stayed at your Queens Blvd location. Here are a list of problems we experienced; TV remote not working/stained blanket/food stain on wall next to bed/stains on carpet/cold air entering below heat unit/urine stain on seat.

Cons: The bathroom mirror, La Quinta sign, ask for complimentary toiletries... Asked a man front desk, the answer was NO. Nothing else just NO. I pushed it a bit and found out the gas station next sells toothbrushes for a little over a dollar. Would stay again

Cons: BLACK MOLD BLACK MOLD, Room smelled like mold. I feel sick writing this review. Front desk Staff is dangerously incompetent, like talking to robots. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and not surprised NO REFUND for my mold infested stay !
