Queens hotels in Springfield Gardens

Cons: The room was tiny. The towels had holes in them. The furnishings and fixtures were dated. Again, I was there for an 8-hour sleep, so meh. It's useful.

Cons: The exterior appears news. The interior is tired and unkept.

Cons: The heating was not working, despite the two attempts to correct the problem. Room change was not possible due to being fully booked. All that could be offered was extra blankets. not very helpful when outside temperature was -4 C. Breakfast was very poor and only skimmed milk available for coffee. They could at least have some cream.

Cons: The room was dirty smelly The towels were stiff and the bed was uncomfortable We had to wait a long time to get an employee to unlock the fence to get our car out Also there was not an employee at the desk for at least 10 minutes while we were waiting to check out. Free breakfast was not easily located it was in the lower level. By the time we found out it was too late. Also definitely was not in a nice neighborhood.

Cons: Location Hotel was old

Cons: Airport shuttle is not 24 hours. Runs only until midnight and is really just a guy in an SUV

Cons: The size of the room is a bit small and need television with remote

Cons: Hotel smelled, no bar as advertised, limited tv channels, felt as if unsavory characters roamed the hotels and were hanging around the outside of hotel. Also the staff was not freindly

Cons: incredibly loud.

Cons: Not a big selection of cable channels. No adult channels also A busy highway was on my side on the hotel so it was a little noisey.

Cons: clean your carpet. train your cleaning staff. replace broken fixtures and furniture. fix bathroom mold and mildew issues

Cons: no wifi in rooms, damage to walls, no kettle in room.

Cons: I didn't like: The service. Room has fungi on the bathroom [tiles, wood cabinet, cracks on tiles] The front desk personnel attention was the worst I have ever dealt with... Supposedly their airport shuttle was broken during 11:00pm but next morning at 8:35am it was ok... Thing is that they don't pick anyone at the airport at stated in the KAYAK ad, unless you flight arrives before 8:00pmEST.

Cons: I felt scammed by the so-called shuttle, the main reason I stayed and I had NO WAY TO USE IT during the restricted hours it is available. Do you think we get to pick our flight times? Are you kidding me? Nowhere on the hotel website.do the claims of a free shuttle indicated it is for mid day flights only.
