Pros: We liked that we did not have to leave since the hotel provided breakfast and an evening lite buffet as well as three drinks each.
Cons: The only problem we had was we set up a wake up call with the front desk that did not work. We must say, however, when they learned about the wake up failure they put together a very nice bag of goodies for us to take to the airport and snacks for on the airplane. Thank you to the employees of the Drury airport hotel.

Great stay! Service at front desk was quick and friendly. Gave me a free bottle of water at check in. The room was clean and nice. Bedding was nice with pillow topper mattress. There was 3 down pillows and 1 polyester fill pillow. Blackout curtains blocked out the sun when closed. Used the Cuisinart coffee maker to make myself a coffee in the morning. It would have been nice if there was a copy of the hotel restaurants in the room, but its not that big of a deal.

Cons: It wasn't very clean, the toilet was dirty and the counters on the dressers had liquid stains on them. The front door had a huge gap between the floor and door so we could hear everything from the outside in the hallway.

Pros: Place has everything you could want; restaurant, bar, coffe-cookie station, pool, fitness, business center, LOVED that the "Pavilion Pantry" was open 24/7. Got in late after a show & wanted snacks, everything was well stocked, good variety/choices and it was 'gimme this, gimme that, charge it to the room, thankyouverymuch. An extra juice/Gatorade in the mini-fridge for the morning just makes sense when traveling! Hotel is well kept inside & out. LARGE Room is spacious, love a bathroom that is NOT cramped. Furnishings are new, clean, bed is very comfortable. If we had stayed longer I would have given the restaurant a try. The breakfast buffet looked very complete AND an omelette station for reasonable price. Neighborhood/area was convenient but the property felt secluded/private at the same time, nice. Ample parking even late night, when does that ever happen? :)

Cons: The bed was stated online to be an adjustable comfort bed but was only a pillow top type. I didn't think the bed was very comfortable at all. The window at the end of the hall overlooked a really awful property full of garbage and cars. The restaurant was a great convenience since there was not much around the hotel to go to. The staff in the restaurant was very professional and nice. The food was also pretty good. Since we only stayed one night to catch an early flight it was fine.

Pros: The hotel is beautiful. It has great potential but they are far from meeting it. If they remodeled the place, they certainly are not finished. The housekeeping staff were great.
Cons: They do not have supplies/equipment to handle the capacity. We needed another blanket and were told they ran out. They do not have nearly enough chairs at the pools. There were 10 lounge chairs at our pool. I know they cannot provide enough chairs for every guest but there is absolutely no excuse why there were not at least 30-40 chairs at each pool. There was certainly room for that many. People at the pools were angry. The teenagers that work at the oasis pool were rude. Instead of being a relaxing experience, it was over-crowded and stressful.

Cons: Many reviews have the Arizona Grand Resort on the top of their list, but the truth is the options are few, the facilities are dated, and the atmosphere has very little energy. Don't get me wrong, this is a nice hotel, however, in terms of resorts, it does not belong in the same conversation with any of the Scottsdale or Sedona facilities. Very disappointing considering what was being sold. A three-night reservation, we left after one evening.

Cons: This trip we experienced a lot of horrible service, missed room services, not being attended to while at one of their restaurants. the exception was the last night we were there. I spent $5000 over a course of 6 nights we stayed..I would expect way better service when ones pays this much. Im considering not coming back due to the service not matching the price I paid. I also feel the resort could use a bit of updating and repair. Eep in the room when we had burnout light bulbs and once again they were never replaced on our stay.

Cons: The waterpark was supposed to open on February 18th per the website and a phone call to the hotel - so we booked from February 20th to 24th. What they failed to inform us was that the Waterpark was only open the weekend before and the weekend afterwards. When we arrived on the Monday the person who greeted us and showed us to our room talked about the Waterpark being great and only later did we find out it was closed. We got 2 nights of the facility fee refunded, however the other 2 nights were not refunded and we chose this hotel especially because of the waterpark. Very disappointing.

Cons: How busy the pool area is with kids. I am not sure how they can help adults that are not traveling with kids but I'm sure they would be annoyed with the level of kid noise. I think the parents allow the kids too much freedom with little parent supervision even late at night. I feel they should have curfews for the kids. If you are seated over the bridge you must bring your shoes to the lazy river or your feet will be burned. I feel they should have more entrances to the lazy river to much congestion in one area

Cons: Tasteless coffee forces you to go to the Starbucks counter or dining room. Be sure to turn on the exhaust fan in the shower and/or keep the bathroom door mostly closed when showering. Learned that the hard way when the smoke alarm over the bathroom door was set off. According to the woman at the front desk, some of them are sensitive and can be set off so you have to open the terrace door to get it to stop.

Cons: While staying at the hotel our car was broken into. The rear window was smashed. We weren't notified by the hotel because they do not ask for vehicle information. The hotel security tried to deter the thief but to no avail. They didn't try to make any kind of compensation or even apologize for the inconvenience. Also there weren't any vending machines although there were signs for them.

Pros: Staff were exemplary, liked the comfort of the bed, room nice and clean
Cons: There was some sort of teenage girls summer camp on the premises which clogged up the breakfast rooms some mornings but they were well behaved. It was a minor inconvenience. Would enjoy staying with you again.

Pros: It was nice that they had a shuttle available to take us within 3 miles. Happy hour with free wine during the week was great. Some of the staff was nice.
Cons: The place is lacking in maintenance. The curtain had fallen down in my room and was left there. We had trouble with the temperature of the water in the shower. Pillows were not comfortable. Building was not as clean as it could be. Shuttle van was filthy.

Cons: the amenities in the bathroom did not include the usual cotton balls, qtips, and NO SHOWER CAP!
