Pros: The resort was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool area, especially the lazy river and slide. Nice 36-hole golf course on the property.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the location - easy walk to arena and convention center and light rail. Plenty of restaurants, clubs, live music choices nearby as well.
Cons: While I didn't mind, some may be put off by the need to leave the hotel and cross the plaza to access fitness center and breakfast. Both are well worth the "inconvenience"
Pros: Nice place
Cons: No smoking. $140+ rooms but $27 just to park in garage. And no the hotel doesn't pay for it dicount it or validate parking. This was a bummer.
Pros: I liked the location, the décor, and the amenities and perks included with the hotel room stay. Overall, a great hotel. :)
Cons: I did not like the design of the shower, where it was only partially enclosed with a glass wall, where water could spray out onto the bathroom floor.
The mattress was a little hard, and the pillows were a little flat.
Cons: Room service took forever to show up...2hrs later
Pros: This hotel is Nice and clean. The interior design is modern. The location is perfect if you want to take a stroll around downtown. From the front entrance, you can see the US Airways stadium, the Chase stadium or arena (sorry, not a sports fan) and just a few minutes walk away. Also it about a five to ten minutes walk to Heritage Square. One minus is the room we stayed in had only one chair and a long sofa for seating. Having just one chair made it tough for two of us to enjoy food or coffee in our room. I recommend friends to stay there, but because it's downtown, don't be surprised about how expensive parking can be, $23/night.
Pros: Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Only guests can enter the guest room floors.
Cons: Our room's thermostat was not working right. Our room at the lowest temperature was freezing but at any higher temperature our room would be way too hot. There was no door on the shower which caused water from the shower to get on the bathroom floor, making it slick and a fall hazard. Our bed had no sheet, just the comforter and a small throw blanket. We had to request a sheet and add it to the bed ourselves. We had a very difficult time getting comfortable enough to sleep.

Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix Cityscape is part of the CityScape complex, featuring shops, nightlife, and restaurants. The pool deck features downtown views, as well as prime people-watching. You'll also enjoy free access to the EOS Fitness Club next door. When it's time to dine, head to the hotel's cool new Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails. Already garnering enthusiastic reviews, the Blue Hound pairs seasonally inspired cuisine with artisanal wines, creative and classic cocktails, and locally brewed craft beers. Small, shareable plates are a specialty - try the Brick Oven Flatbread or the Scallop Tacos. Weekdays, the Blue Hound offers a popular Happy Hour. The minibar is stocked with gourmet and organic snacks and beverages. Room service is available 24 hours a day. The desk comes with an ergonomic chair. An iHome clock radio with an iPod dock is bedside. The bathroom is stocked with Etro luxury products.
Cons: Very unhappy with trying to book two deluxe rooms next door for our bachelorette weekend. When requested, " Syndey" didn't see any prob. Didn't happen of course!
Pros: Large rooms. Comfy bedding. Modern design. Great views of the city. Great breakfast. If you elect not to have maid service, you are given a $5 coupon to use in the restaurant.
Cons: Parking was $28 per car per night. We parked across the street for $14 per night.
Cons: Booked the hotel and tried to cancel a couple hours later. Priceline spoke with the front desk manager and they refused to allow me to cancel. I understand it's in your fine print but it's just bad business practice to take someone's money when the reservation was JUST made. It's not like it was booked for months and the room was not given to someone else because of my reservation. I am the CEO of a moderately sized company and travel to Phoenix 5-10 times a year and send hundreds of clients to Phoenix. I will make sure no one stays here. Good thing you kept my $500.

Pros: We loved our time here! The grounds are beautiful and there are so many small little spots to sit and relax. Service is top notch. Access to the spa as a hotel guest is a huge advantage as well. Loved everything about our stay!
Pros: We enjoyed Happy Hour at T Cooks, excellent tapas. Guest service staff extremely polite and helpful. Great cozy room with a fireplace. beautiful grounds.
Pros: Very clean and easy access to parking and front.
Cons: The power went out.
Pros: The resort is beautiful. The wait staff at the restaurant was fantastic.
Cons: Check in was delayed until after the check in time and there was no apology for this. Staff at pool were not very friendly and very slow.
Pros: Everybody was very warm, friendly, patient and went out of their way to assist in every wAy possible.
Pros: Loved the little romantics alcoves around every corner with flowers, hummingbirds, and fountains.
Pros: Immaculate property. Flowers trees etc are beautiful. Historical property but feels new. Relaxing tranquil. Every employee seems happy. LOVE this resort.
Pros: The Royal Palms offered the perfect oasis for my boyfriend and I to completely relax and enjoy one another. We had the best vacation drinking Mai Tai's, Miami Vice's and Woo Woo's by the pool while catching some rays and laughing with each other in complete bliss. The room was perfect for romance, drinking wine on the balcony while over looking Camelback mountain and boning in the huge king size bed, tub and shower. Thank you Royal Palms and see you in 2015...Woo Woo
Pros: We were allowed to stay at the pool and to use the spa facilities to shower after we had checked out and before our evening flight. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
At Royal Palms Resort & Spa, there’s a story waiting to be told — and written — at every turn of its winding pathways.A Spanish Mediterranean estate built in 1929, Royal Palms artfully weaves together past and present, inviting guests to experience today’s finest pleasures amid the authentic beauty and refinement of a historic manor. Through its collection of masterfully curated experiences, gracious hospitality and idyllic and intimate surrounds, this living landmark surprises and delights.
Pros: This Hilton has an executive lounge. Clean, nice rooms. Nice staff
Cons: Don't get room 260. Long walk to room, but its next to a very noisy elevator. 6:15 to 7am elevator it operated continually and impossible to get back to sleep.
Charged $4 /beer in exec lounge.
Pros: The location is close to many attractions.
Cons: It wasn't very clean, the toilet was dirty and the counters on the dressers had liquid stains on them. The front door had a huge gap between the floor and door so we could hear everything from the outside in the hallway.
Pros: Rooms was modern and clean and comfortable
Cons: The rooms were far from the lobby and hard to find a bit and gate around pool was odd

Cons: Decided to stay in instead of going out and the bar staff at the hotel was horrible waited 15 minutes for first drink and then couldn't remember what the drink was. It was super expensive and staff not very personable
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The Concierge Room is advertised as being for guests with rewards points at the Platinum or Gold level plus one guest. The hotel opened the Concierge Room to hundreds of pre-teen and teenaged girls unchaperoned, competing in a national ballerina event in the city. Business and professional guests very disappointed.
Pros: The Renaissance is close to so many cool downtown Phoenix venues - Valley Bar, Hanny's Seamus McCaffrey's, and Crescent Ballroom. We were able to walk around and had plenty to do all within walking distance.
Pros: The location of the hotel was great. It was in the heart of Phoenix. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The gym is very small and they were renovating so you could hear work being done and the elevators were really slow.
Pros: Stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. When I got off the elevator to go to my room, I stepped on the thickest, plushest carpet ever. Room was spotless. Lots of outlets on the desk so I was able to keep all my devices charged. All of the staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful. Even the valet, when my car was brought around, washed my windshield before I started out for home. Extremely easy to get back to I-10. The breakfast buffet was wonderful - including lots of fresh fruit and again. Walking distance to Chase Field as well as lots of bars and restaurants.
Cons: Would have liked to have had a magnifying mirror in the bathroom for putting on my makeup but there was lots of light.

Pros: The location was great. Staff were very friendly.
Cons: Garden room had a single window unit type AC that did not sufficiently cool the room. Hotel is currently under construction, which makes it very hard to get around. I found bits of cracker on the floor around my bed upon check in, but was too tired to deal with it at the time. The matress in my room felt old and sagged on one side. The pool bar closed at 5. The famous Catalina pool has many broken tiles. I was promised an emailed receipt at checkout, and have yet to receive it. I've made two calls to their accounting department and they have not returned my call.
Pros: My room was nicely renovated but bathroom much to small. The shower when in use would soak the bathroom floor. The property is getting tired looking, time for a face lift. I returned after 10 years and was disappointed to find gym still to small, spa uninspiring, exercise studio and bike/tennis area a throw back to 1980.
I would return to the front portico each morning from a long run and was never greeted by bell staff or offered bottled water as i stood there recovering from the run and sweating from the desert heat. I have become so accustomed to being greeted by staff with bottled water and towel upon returning from jogging at all great hotels that i really resented having to ask for it.
The main lobby is beautiful and I enjoyed evening cocktails on the patio adjacent to the lobby. The bar staff was lovely. Lunch and breakfast in Frank and Albert's was painful to endure. Breakfast was so delayed with mistakes to the order and lunch was mediocre. The cafe also disappointed. One meal at each was one too many. Best meals were all off property.
My daughter and I walked thru the shops and found once again we were back in the 80's. We love to shop so it was hard to believe there was almost next to nothing to buy.
Housekeeping was a bit lacking of management, it seemed. Dirty dessert dishes lingered in my room for two days.
The Scottsdale - Phoenix area has so many fabulous resorts, it's to bad The Biltmore doesn't seem to be one of them anymore.
Pros: We celebrated our anniversary and were upgraded to a beautiful suite, and the front desk staff sent a beverage, chocolates and fruit to our room when they learned. Loved the room, the grounds are amazing and enjoyed the amazing amenities. We're planning to return every year.
Pros: Mountain biking and guide (Chip) were excellent.
Wright's was outstanding dining all around. Food, service, presentation, ambiance, price. If the entire resort were run like Wrights, this would be a five star resort.
Spa services, attendants were great.
Megan O. at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
The lobby is beautiful.
A Maintanence engineering employee whose name I did not get.
The bicycle room service provided a bit of whimsy and were a delight to watch them ride through the resort.
The swim up bar is a nice touch, but perhaps should not be immediately next to the kids water slide.
Cons: Was billed as a five star resort when I booked it. Don't get me wrong, this is a nice place with a lot of history. However, a five star resort implies attention to little details that separate you from other resorts. Those little details were missing. While I understand the main entrance is under renovation, the concrete blocks holding down the umbrellas for the valets looked cheap and haphazard. Not a good first impression. Upon arrival, no one offered to help with my bags, merely pointing me to the direction of the temporary main entrance.
At that entrance, there is a small lip in the doorway, making it difficult to maneuver a roller bag.
While the front desk did ask if I needed assistance with my bags, no bellhops were around if I did, and given the room location, they should have been more readily available, as my room in the garden wing is on the second floor accessible only by stairs.
Upon check-in, I searched for ice (which with a bellhop could have been a non-issue at least for the first day). I could not locate the ice machine, or anything in the in-room literature to direct me. I found a housekeeper and asked her. She did not seem to know either. A maintenance engineering department employee coming out of a guest room overhead the conversation and immediately led me to the nearest ice machine himself. Unfortunately it was broken. Not only that, there was a bus cart full of dirty dishes stowed in front of it. Again, this is the kind of little detail a five-star resort takes care of. The ice machine in the adjacent paradise wing seemed more designed for "back of the house" rather than for a guest to be accessing it.
Service at Frank and Albert's was very nonchalant. It did not seem as is they cared if we stayed to eat or not, or enjoyed our meal.
Everything seemed to be under construction at once, causing noise throughout the day, from early in the morning until afternoon.
When I asked about this, several, employees' response was "well, it's the slow season...." as if I should have lower expectations because it's August. Again, a little detail a five-star resort should nail. Guests should not notice a difference in staff attention regardless of "season."
A few other "little details": In the lobby bar, the cords for the TVs and speakers were haphazardly hanging, not neatly along the wall. There was visible water damage on one of the corner speakers. A large cobweb was hanging in the corner and blowing with the AC. There were several areas where grout or paint had dripped onto the pressed concrete blocks from recent renovations but were left there, not removed.
The pool desk was open and appeared to be staffed, but was unmanned for five minutes, leading me to walk behind the desk to help myself to clean towels as no one was around.
Ultimately, we cut our stay a day short and moved to a different area five star resort, where we did not experience any negative issues.
Pros: Nice pool and gym. Great drinks at the hotel bar. Beautiful hotel.
Cons: They seemed to be incredibly short staffed in terms of housekeeping. On our first night, our room wasn't ready for check-in at 6:30pm -- 2.5 hours after the hotel's check-in time of 4pm. It seemed like it would work out in our favor because we got a room upgrade since our assigned room wasn't ready. But then on our second day our room wasn't cleaned until 4:30pm and on our third day, they didn't clean the room at all -- and we were out of the room from 10am until 9pm! When we called the front desk, they offered to send someone to clean the room, but it took 40 minutes for someone to show up.
Pros: Lots of places to sit and talk. Good facilities. Newly renovated rooms are very nice. Staff is great!
Cons: Smoking in the general seating areas outside
Pros: Everything! Very Unique.
Pros: Many luxury features. Service very good and happy hour nice.
Cons: Hot tub not warm, bed sagged in middle, no robes, landscapers started gas power hedge trimmers at 8:35am for 45 minutes in courtyard next to room.
Pros: Property is fantastic. Amazing history of the Biltmore, as seen in all the photos throughout.
Cons: Room needed updated
Pros: Fabulous architecture and gardens; friendly and helpful staff, great breakfasts. Everything!
Pros: Truly beautiful hotel. Beautiful grounds. Upgraded us to a private cottage room free of charge. Would love to stay here again soon.

Pros: Clean. Super nice staff. The fresh breakfast.
Pros: The hotel employees were great, the room was great, the pool was great, and the location was.....outstanding...great place at a great price!
Cons: It was all great!
Pros: My room was huge, with all areas separeted.
Cons: The bathtub didn't run the water, afeter 2 mins of being in it, the water was up to my ankle
Pros: The hotel was very nice. Rooms were ample size (suites) - more than enough room for one person. The complimentary evening cocktails and beer and wonderful complimentary breakfast overlooking the golf course and mountains were a nice bonus! Very unexpected and appreciated!
Cons: The only complaint I have is there was no free WiFi. The fee was $15 per day which is a little steep in my opinion. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others.
Pros: Great location to mayo in Phoenix. Loved my room. Looking over golf course
Cons: Need better quality king becs
Pros: This hotel was more than what I needed, as I was staying alone for a conference in Scottsdale, but it was a great deal and a great place. Suites are spacious and the location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The free breakfast was fabulous, and the staff were always cheerful & kind.
Cons: Nothing- it was great!
Pros: The room, sheets, and towels were very clean. Spacious room. Breakfast was cooked to order, very good! I will stay here again!
Pros: Love love love Embassy Suites! Everything you can ask for in a luxury hotel !! I came to AZ to visit a sick family member...thanks for making a difficult time easier

Pros: If you're attending a function at the convention center, this is the perfect hotel.
Cons: I wish that there was a small store for incedentals.
Pros: I do appreciate the employees and the easy access to many other attractions. That was nice
Cons: I did not like the actual bed and the sheets and covers. I must of woke up 6 -7 times. Sheets where not soft. They were hard and loud. The bed was noisy and felt old. Was not a comfortable sleep. Also. This is arizona the air is dry. Maybe giving complimentary waters would be nice. Not charge $5 per water bottle.
Pros: The view, the rate, the employees
Cons: The carpet, the old Apple phone radio
Pros: The staff was friendly and I liked the amenities in the hotel.
Cons: The bathroom was really small.
Pros: Walking Distance to Chase Field.
Cons: Room had a vague smell of cigarette smoke.
Pros: Typical nice Hyatt hotel.
Cons: Fix the hot water!
Pros: Very close to Talking Stick Resort Arena and Chase Field.
Cons: Staff was not very knowledgeable about the area which was strange considering they live there. Parking is terribly overpriced and wifi is not free. Hotel overall looks very tired and run-down. Online pictures are not a true representation of what the property looks like.
Pros: The heart of downtown Phoenix within walking distance to restaurants and bars downtown.
Cons: The most uncomfortable bed I've attempted sleep in for as long as I can remember. My poor back.
Pros: Great location for what we needed. I really liked the Fitness Center. Plenty of cardio machines. Nice touch having the cold, wet towels available.
Cons: Water temperature was terrible in the room. Either too cold or too hot. When I turned on the hot water at the sink to wash my face it got very hot and no amount of cold water would cool it down for quite a while. The shower had to be turned all the way hot to get a warm shower. There wasn't a shower towel mat for the floor the first day we were there.
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful.
Located in downtown Phoenix across the street from the Phoenix Convention Center and Symphony Hall, the hotel is within easy walking distance to downtown offices and government buildings. It is only 3 blocks from Chase Field, Talking Stick Arena and several other sporting and theater venues. The decor reflects the warmth, comfort, and ambiance of the Sonoran Desert and it's 3 great restaurants offer options and value with Hyatt service standards.
Pros: I needed a place close to the airport with a 24 hr. shuttle service, and one that would allow an early check in. This hotel has wonderful people working at the reception desk,(Donigha?) professional, courteous, and accommodating. A nice beer and wine happy hour and a good menu for dinner and breakfast doesn't hurt either.
Cons: It is not a 'walkable' neighborhood, but then the Hilton Garden provide s the necessary services, so not a 'deal-breaker'. Proximity to the airport, for the price, in my opinion can't be beat.
Pros: Comfortable n cleanliness
Cons: No comments.....
Pros: Was gone early and back late each day. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had no problems.
Pros: Clean facility, could definitely tell its newer. Well put together rooms. Handy computer room which helped me book a return flight home.
Cons: $15 for a mediocre cheeseburger. Small patio area, small pool area. No continental breakfast but instead a $14 breakfast buffet. Stuck us in a room next to the elevators which shook our room every 10 seconds all night long.
Pros: The hospitality. The cleanliness.
Cons: Hard not to like anything.
Pros: Facilities were great. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: It was a low of 32F the night I was there and the heater didn't work properly. I woke up much earlier than I wanted to freezing.
Pros: Great hotel with friendly staff.

Cons: No i am completely satisfied
Cons: Having lost my wallet, the attendant on that night was not helpful and had a negative attitude. Sad that he left me standing there after telling me I could not check in. I found help elsewhere.
Pros: The location is great and the beds are the best!
Cons: No covered parking
Pros: Comfy room and nice staff.
Cons: The pool area, it was a bit dirty (leaves in water). But nothing too awful.
Pros: Clean and quiet
Cons: No free breakfast
Pros: All the staff provided great customer service. When my husband and I thought we misplaced our keys, they were very helpful in getting us a new set. The room it's self was extremely nice! It was perfect for our needs: One bed, but still very spacious.
Cons: The only mild inconvenience was that other holiday inn we're located next to breakfast locations, but ours was not. It would not stop us from returning, but it's a factor to consider if that matters to you.
Pros: This hotel is outstanding. Food is affordable and excellent, staff are polite and hard-working, and the rooms are beautiful.
Pros: The staff was very friendly!! The man who drove the shuttle bus was good with children. Nice patio area to sit outside and have your coffee.
Cons: 50 dollar hold on debit/visa
Pros: The location and the friendly staff
Pros: Comfortable. Great air conditioning. It can be 120 outside and between the curtains and AC, you could sleep until 3 PM.
Cons: Location near airport has a lot of traffic.
Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: Shower didn't work
Pros: Nothing at all. They took my money. Didn't tell me about the deposit and won't refund. I demand a refund.
Cons: I hated everything from the staff to pricing

Pros: Very upbeat place to stay. Colorful and uplifting! Rooms are very spacious and the beds are big and cozy. Staff was very friendly!!! Me and my husband will be staying here again!!!
Pros: staff is super, price is great. I love that they encourage people to go green and not have their sheets washed daily - they give $ back for every day you don't get clean towels and bedding.
I highly recommend Aloft
Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved that they had a shuttle to and from the airport. We ate at the Ruby Tuesday's right by it and had a great time with some of the locals. Aloft is close to the light rail, which was very convenient for us since we were going to the Diamondbacks game in downtown Phoenix. Would definitely stay here again. The price was also great!
Cons: The only complaint that we had was that there was some construction going on that started at 530 am, which woke us up way earlier than needed.
Pros: fun atmosphere, really good pool
Cons: I wish they had a hottub
Pros: Convenient to airport.
Cons: Kinda like a cheesy Vegas hotel. Unorganized staff.
Pros: Clean, comfortable.
Cons: Planes, trains and automobiles. Heard them all, all night long.
Pros: Very close to airport, stylish rooms, friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Close to airport and tramline, meaning constant background noise. Hallway and adjacent rooms also conducted lots of noise.
Pros: I didn't contract any disease
Cons: Rundown dingy with homeless people and prostitutes hanging around. Very noisy. Towels, when you could get them, were dirty gray and Iike sandpaper
Pros: My young daughter liked the modern decor. She is averse to older looking bathrooms but liked the modern bathroom style (both public and room restrooms). The place was clean for the price we got. Would consider other places in the < $100 category.
Cons: Wish there was a complementary breakfast included but there was options nearby in the area.
Cons: The front desk staff we were very rude. They insisted that the room was not paid for even though I showed them proof that I prepaid. As a result of the lack of customer service, I did not check in to the hotel I will never book at another Aloft property nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone else.

Pros: Staff was friendly. Room was very clean. I was impressed by the security and the quietness of the room. Very relaxing. Close walk to Chase Field. We will stay there again for sure.
Pros: Location, Clean Rooms, Excellent Beds, Good Internet.
Cons: Homeless Begging right outside front doors.
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable
Cons: It's funny that the only memorable and helpful staff are not upfront. Reception is horrible...H O R R I B L E!! This is the only reason I would never go back.
Pros: Semi clean room
Cons: Nothing open past 12, very much lack of knowledge of there "hotel" hour of operations, never had an opportunity to enjoy like food but like everything else there is somthing more rhat will stick with people at Tucson, for a life time
Pros: It was a great experience from the front desk to the easy check out.
Cons: Not really a factor if you're not a weekender but parking is truly disproportionate to the amount of rooms in the hotel. You will find that out the hard way if you find yourself staying on a Saturday night.
Pros: Customer service was great!
Pros: walking distance to anything downtown; very clean; friendly staff; excellent bed
Cons: no free wi-fi???? $17 parking????
Cons: Staff were not friendly .... injured myself while there and would not allow me temporary use of a wheelchair. Nothing in the vicinity of the hotel really.

Pros: The included breakfast was good, as was the access to a computer and printer.
Cons: We found a toenail clipping on the carpet floor which made us uneasy able the overall cleaniness of the facilities.
Cons: The air conditioner could of been colder even though we had it on 60. Overall we loved our stay

Cons: Staff at front desk arguing with other staff while I was checking in.
Pros: Staff were exemplary, liked the comfort of the bed, room nice and clean
Cons: There was some sort of teenage girls summer camp on the premises which clogged up the breakfast rooms some mornings but they were well behaved. It was a minor inconvenience. Would enjoy staying with you again.
Pros: Loved it was right by the airport
Pros: the room was spacious and nicely decorated. the breakfast was very nice and a variety of things to choose from. the hotel looked clean and updated. very nice
Cons: the amenities in the bathroom did not include the usual cotton balls, qtips, and NO SHOWER CAP!
Pros: Clean, comfortable, near the airport and good shuttle service hours. The 3 staff members that I had contact with were excellent.
Cons: The room had a couple plumbing issues. The drain in the shower and the sink were both very slow. The sink faucet was not attached to the countertop.
Pros: Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly .
Pros: Hotel was clean and rooms were spacious
Cons: While staying at the hotel our car was broken into. The rear window was smashed. We weren't notified by the hotel because they do not ask for vehicle information. The hotel security tried to deter the thief but to no avail. They didn't try to make any kind of compensation or even apologize for the inconvenience. Also there weren't any vending machines although there were signs for them.
Pros: Room comfort
Cons: Breakfast was lacking in content and quality
Pros: The staff was outstanding. Very pleasant to work with. Very clean property. Comfortable beds. Would absolutely stay again. Would recommend to friends and family.
Cons: In remodeling phase. Minor glitches.
Pros: I loved the homey atmosphere - it didn't have that awful "hotel-y" feeling. The staff looks after the guests effortlessly. It was an experience in pure comfort!
Pros: Our room was very clean & comfortable. Convenient to the airport with the shuttle & parking of our vehicle at the hotel. Well priced.
Cons: We liked the hotel & would stay again.
GreenTree Inn & Suites is just 4.6 mi (7.4 km) from the airport and offers a free shuttle (available on request). The outdoor pool is a great spot for a morning swim, and guests can get a workout in at the fitness center. Bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves are offered in all rooms, along with flat-screen TVs and free WiFi.
Pros: We spent most of our time at the pool it was a great relaxing atmosphere the only drawback was that the pool closed early
Cons: We didn't like that the pool closed so early
Pros: Great, helpful staff; Arty and comfortable; Delicious bistro / bar; Wonderful rooftop bar / open lounge with live music. Convenient location and easy covered parking.
Cons: In Phoenix!
Cons: There was a dj poolside all day, then a jazz band played on the roof directly above me until 10:00 pm. 7:00 am kids yelling bloody murder in the pool, if you don't like sleep this is your spot
Pros: Excellent staff , great swimming pool for all ages , low cost meals , happy hour every afternoon , bands playing most nights
Cons: Luke warm water for showering and shaving took ages to obtain , towels old
Pros: Restaurant was good. Junior suite was spacious.
Cons: No hot water so cold showers all weekend. Towels were old and not very soft. Combo shower/bath was old/cheap. Blinds wouldn't close completely in living room area so privacy was an issue - especially since you could see through to the bedroom. Overall impression is that they took an old, run down 2 star hotel and tried to updated it with hipster accents. I've seen it done well elsewhere but here they fall short.
Pros: Lady at the front desk was very helpful finding me food at 12pm.
Pros: Breakfast. $10 voucher for the in-house restaurant. Rooms & beds were clean and sharp.
Cons: I booked a Sunday night stay. Apparently they were all-booked for the night before, and after I arrived 30 minutes before normal check in time on Sunday, and they couldn't accommodate me for those 30 minutes and made me wait until the normal check in time.
Pros: Location was good for what I needed. Other than that, stay away.
Bedding was clean, staff was attentive and polite, but the place has not been maintained. At all. The property may have ranked a 4 star rating long ago, but it honestly looks like that was the last time they even spent a dime on upkeep of the structure. Again, the employees were great, but the place is a dump.
Cons: Room had carpet that was withered and frayed, looked like it had been installed in the 80's. As if that wasn't enough of a tip off, there were several huge stains that literally looked like a donkey had urinated a few times - again, quite a while ago.
Air vents have not been cleaned since the last century, so if you are into breathing spores, other people's skin cells, and bacteria - this place is for you.
I also had the pleasure of sharing the suite with a loud buzzing noise every 55-60 seconds. Sounded like a cell phone on a table vibrating. After a few nights of putting up with this, I decided to investigate. Really with I had not... first I found a huge 36" x 16" hole hacked out of the wall behind a mirror hanging in the connecting hallway to the front room. This had some other mismatching hunk of drywall dangling in it, not really doing much to seal the hole. Emergency plumbing repair unfinished? Maybe the source of the camel pee stains, don't know. Finally, I found the item responsible for the 55 second interval alarm... behind the vent in the ceiling, a cheap recirculation pump was mounted with no thought for vibration dampening. Seriously, this thing was absurdly annoying.
Honestly, I've seem far better maintained rooms in a Motel 6 or Super 8, I expected much better from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
Pros: Old meets new was fun. Learning more about Don being blown-up in his crappy, small, yellow forgien sports car gave a fun dangerous vibe.
Fitness room worked.
Loation is great.
Covered parking rules.
Cons: One beat House music is hard to take by the pool trying to read or on the roof watching a beatuful sunset. That music requires the listener to be on lots of really good drugs in a club to be appriciated. However, I dare to say most people thing that music sucks anytime, anywhere while on any drug(s). Clubbing, stockholm syndrome nonsense, sholdn't be forced on everyone in the name of pseudo cool.
Pros: I like the amenities that were offered. I would definitely stay there again.
Location. This family-friendly Phoenix property is conveniently situated near the airport. Sunnyslope Mountain, US Airways Center, and Arizona State Capitol are area attractions.

Pros: Great place to flop. Staff was wonderful. Free wi-fi was a god send as I'm in the middle of a legal battle. Free parking a plus.
Cons: Not sure if Sheraton has changed beds in the last year, but those are not the familiar sweet sleepers I remember. Not very comfy.
Pros: Excellent coffee in the room
very comfortable bed
clean and quiet
great air conditioning
complimentary bottles of water were a nice touch
good choice of cable tv channels and nice hd tv
Cons: It would have been nice if there was a snack vending machine on the floor
Pros: The place was clean, the food was decent, there was free coffee in the lobby in the morning. It had free HBO.
Cons: The lobby area and the courtyard both felt pretty dated and run down. The location is pretty terrible as far as restaurants nearby.
Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable
Cons: The hotel was old.. the hallways were dirty with dirty sofas in the vending/ice areas. but the rooms were comfy and clean. Weird I know!

Pros: Room was clean. Small, but neat.
Room service was a nice option. Nice small gym. Friendly staff. Cleaning lady was very courteous and friendly. Great area.
Cons: The shower head wasnt working properly, which resulted in low water pressure in the shower.
Cons: I was surprised at how dirty the rooms were. Stains (that looked like dried blood boogers) were all over the curtains and night light next to the bed. We had a room on the highway side of the hotel, and it was incredibly loud. Like, surprisingly loud. Not a pleasant nights sleep.
Pros: We needed last minute accommodations so as a business traveler, we chose a brand I frequently use.
Our room was surface clean only and barely...dirty mirrors and drawer pulls caked with something spilled or built up from repeated neglect.
Mattress was long overdue for change.
No in room movies available because servers were down and never came up all day or evening.
Staff was friendly and can't blame desk team but disappointing reflection on the brand ovreal and I am a Hyatt passport member.
Pros: Staff was supper helpful and attentive.
Breakfast bar, pure heaven!!!
Our room squeaky clean!
Pros: We had a nice stay at the Hyatt. Customer service was superb and the breakfast was really good.
Cons: Our room was on the freeway side of the property so it was really loud. Next time down to Phoenix we would request a room on the opposite side of the hotel.
Cons: I found a couple of hairs on bath tub ....
Oversized guestroom featuring a Hyatt Grand Bed,42in Flat Panel High Def TV with Electronic Panel,Free high speed Internet Access,Cozy Corner couch with oversized sleeper sofa. Complimentary Gallery Kitchen Breakfast. 24-hour Grab and Go food outlet offers made-to-order entrees, sandwiches, soups, and salads.
Pros: As always the Weather during Spring Break is wonderful. The general layout of the resort is wonderful. This is my 3rd trip here since 2009 and we want to make it a annual thing for myself and my kids,
Cons: This trip we experienced a lot of horrible service, missed room services, not being attended to while at one of their restaurants. the exception was the last night we were there. I spent $5000 over a course of 6 nights we stayed..I would expect way better service when ones pays this much. Im considering not coming back due to the service not matching the price I paid. I also feel the resort could use a bit of updating and repair. Eep in the room when we had burnout light bulbs and once again they were never replaced on our stay.
Cons: Bar closed at midnight
Cons: The waterpark was supposed to open on February 18th per the website and a phone call to the hotel - so we booked from February 20th to 24th. What they failed to inform us was that the Waterpark was only open the weekend before and the weekend afterwards. When we arrived on the Monday the person who greeted us and showed us to our room talked about the Waterpark being great and only later did we find out it was closed. We got 2 nights of the facility fee refunded, however the other 2 nights were not refunded and we chose this hotel especially because of the waterpark. Very disappointing.
Pros: Staff.Staff and Staff is the resorts strength... Luz was great; fast and friendly. She got us checked in and on our way quickly with limited swim time available......that was important.
Dan escorted us to our room and set us up quick and easy.
Room service was awesome
Cons: Resort fee seems over the top considering daily rate being charged
Pros: We went for the water park & got more than we expected for the holiday with extended hours & activities for the children. For an additional amount we could check out later & enjoy the park more. Staff were very courteous.
Cons: No microwave
Pros: This isn't a very romantic resort. Too many places for families and not enough places for romance
Cons: DO NOT LIKE THE EXTRA CHARGE AT THE DESK OF $49 FOR WHATEVER. I WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $110 WHICH $55 IS REIMBRUSED AFTER SO MUCH TIME. CHARGE WHAT YOU WILL AND LEAVE IT AT THAT. WE COME FOR THE SLIDES & LAZY RIVER LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. BUSINESS MAYBE DIFFERENT.
Pros: rooms and Oasis waterpark
Cons: menu choices for romm service a little limited
Pros: We loved our comfortable room. We loved the waterpark. We loved being able to check in a little early.
Cons: We didn't love not being able to bring a few snacks into the waterpark. They make sure you have to buy them there.
Pros: We really enjoyed the Oasis Water Park they had different events going on which made it super fun for the kids.
Cons: The room was clean, great location close to shops restaurants and more. Plenty of things to do at resort.
Pros: Comfortable suites with good beds; lush vegetation; wonderful little swimming pool right across from our suite; restaurant patio dining; a great water park for kids; good gift shop.
Cons: Furniture somewhat dated; very small bathroom; stained carpet in living room (except for that, the suite was very clean).
Pros: Enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere... we celebrated our first year anniversary here and the staff was very courteous that we had an upgrade on our room and a bottle of wine given to us for free at your arrival!
Cons: Restaurant had good quality food just a little overpriced.
Pros: The water park is so fun ! There are so many fun things to do there the water slides are awesome! The beds are super comfy too!!
Cons: There's a resort fee that should just be included in the price but it's for a good reason and the room service is a bit high .
Nestled at the base of America’s largest urban park and wilderness preserve, Arizona’s only AAA Four Diamond all-suite resort features spacious one and two-bedroom suites.
Whether meeting with colleagues or vacationing with friends, gracious service, creative culinary delights, and unique recreational activities await. All in the midst of a tropical escape.
Cons: Price was less expensive the day after we arrived but we were locked
In at the expensive price.
Pros: Friendly staff, clean comfortable room
Cons: The price was rather high
Pros: the food
Cons: lost & found never calls you back, nor they answer the telephone.
Pros: Staff was very nice room was clean quite spacious would recommend to any one. The train is directing in front of the hotel for a 10 ride to downtown.
Pros: The staff were very freindly. I ate at the resteraunt and found it to be surprisingly good
