Pros (+) I truly thought The Franklin had great customer service. Everyone there was so nice and very helpful. I loved the little breakfast set up they had in the morning. Simple, but just enough to get your day started. And then from 4:30 - 6:30 they offer wine and cheese happy hour. LOVED IT! Good "house" wine, little nuts, dried fruit, and cheese! My mom and I had such a great time sitting in the "commo...

Pros (+) good mattress and the rooms where clean. they offered afternoon wine and nuts which was nice.
Cons (-) not as presented on the web site. a quaint hotel on a tree lined street. the hotel was next to a construction site. the lobby was therefor dirty with all the construction dirt brought in. all the trees on the street where cut down due to the construction. it was very noisy. to enter the hotel one had to walk around and under scaffolding. the breakfast was minimal. we went out for breakfast after t...
