Guests overwhelmingly praise the friendly and helpful staff, mentioning specific employees by name for their excellent service. However, many guests express dissatisfaction with the room size, bed comfort, cleanliness, and value for price, citing issues such as small and poorly maintained rooms, uncomfortable beds, lack of basic amenities, and high prices.
