Cons: The bed was not comfortable and the walls were thin. A lot of noise at midnight

Cons: Seemed like one day this was a grand hotel. Today it's old and dusty. The room size was great but the sheets were rough and the hallways looked like they needed to be vacuumed.

Cons: Shower was really small

Cons: They implied that breakfast was included then we got whacked for 27 a head on breakfast. Most expensive muffin I ever ate

Cons: The hotel is in a sketchy area and the room I had was noisy. I would not go out after dark. I was sexually harassed on the street one night while I was trying to get dinner. During the day was okay though. The room was also cold at night and no matter what setting I put the thermostat at the temperature never changed. The tv and treadmill in the fitness center did not work. Also, the business center was not available due to renovations. In addition, I asked the front desk staff what/where there was to sightsee and I was just given a city map with no indication of where things were located. The woman just circled a broad area of the map and told me to go there. That was not helpful at all.

Cons: Only thing not so good about this hotel is the location. Right next to the central train station, which is convenient, however the area is sketchy. Lots of pickpockets

Cons: Extremely small room with very soft/worn mattress, safe deposit box in room does not work and extremely small shower stall (can't even bend down).

Cons: Staff was not helpful over a few small matters.

Cons: Neighbor was a little rough but eclectic

Cons: Sub-par rooms, no kettle in room, clueless staff (nobody knew what a bath mat was, for example), broken fridge they wouldn’t fix (they said it’s supposed to be warm!), took 30 minutes to get my car (they had said 15 minutes), also no breakfast. Stayed at a much cheaper and nicer hotel down the block. Wish I had booked that hotel for my days in Naples! You can get much better value than this hotel. A fail for the Sofitel chain.

Cons: The gym facilities are terrible for weightlifting. Good for cardio.

Cons: Poor service, and the wifi did not work for 2 out of 4 days of stay.

Cons: No wifi in room. The front door would not lock, very unsecured. There were mosquitoes in the room. The bathroom was tiny and you had to step over a bidet to get into the shower. The heater didn't work.The employees were rude

Cons: Breakfast was overpriced. Wifi was slow (but not abnormal I think).

Cons: The room could have been a little bigger & needed creamer for tea & coffee

Cons: Requested laundry service and the hotel took longer than promised. Then first said it was never given, then they said they lost it. After talking to 5 different hotel representatives (mostly rude) I found out the clothes were behind the desk the entire time. Breakfast was awful. The facilities were underwhelming. I will definitely be choosing a different hotel chain next time.

Cons: The outside of the hotel isn't very nice (as in the streets) it is quite run down and doesn't feel very safe. The hotel feels to be in a bad part of Naples but as it is so close to the station it is 5 minutes walk.
