The restaurant -- food and service -- was excellent. Though comfortable, the room lacked charm, warmth and character. It was also in a colorless neighborhood, outside the city's main action.
Good hotel, clean, efficient and near metro station
Good staff and comfortable Bed Resturant was not good value
access to metro no enough sitting area in the lobby
Clean, moderate comfort, good space. Bathroom soaps not replenished during stay.
The staff is willing to speak also in English.
Great Location if you have a car (Lyon city centre can be a nightmare to navigate). Quiet residential area 20 min walk from the old town. Metro stop 5 min walk. Our room was huge and we had a king bed and a fold out sofa bed. Lovely linens. Modern decor. 40" television. Good bathroom. Lovely staff. Supermarket just next door. Free street parking on Sundays Quite modern. Rooms lack the character of a hotel in the old town or near hotel de ville
This hotel excepts dogs with no problems.
My husband and I on our "search" asked for a Central Lyon hotel and this certainly is not. We came back in to the hotel at 2.30 and asked if we could have a late lunch or any food and non was available not even a sandwich. We were told to go into central Lyon to get something to eat.
The ease of locating the hotel from the metro.
Having good space and good facilities at a reasonable price in a good location - close to metro, interesting district, two metro stops from the old town, supermarket and places to eat nearby.
Nice accomodation, nicely cleaned and good facilites. Did not have cooking utensils but did have frypans and saucpans. Easy to reach city centre by either metro or bus. Would be happy to stay again.
No frills clean and basic accomadation
Very good hotel. Especially for the price (we had an apartment at 74 euros during august). Right next to metro valmy which is two metro stops to old lyon. Highly recommended and I'd definitely stay again. Air conditioning a bit tricky and too cold!
I liked the proximity to the next metro station. I wasn't able to control the heating.
Nice-big appartment, excellent service.
The hotel look comfortable and it's value for the money paid, will stay again in this hotel if travel to Lyon.
It was adjacent to the Metro at Gare De Vaise. We were not informed by the staff about using the disk to unlock the security system and gain access to the hotel at night. As we were given 2 keys we assumed that the second key was to gain access to the hotel .. but nobody explained. We had to wait until some other guests came along and they showed us how to gain access.
Verry bad staff -no internet damadge my bussince in the fair-Staff don't give us any service Verry bad staff -no internet damadge my bussince in the fair-Staff don't give us any service
It was relatively close to the unmaned Metro - and therefore running during the strike
lcd tv in the room, new furniture, nice and fast internet connection but only with cable so bring it wiht you.. no english at the reception and no reception on sunday
nothing. Room not cleaned during the complete week I stayed. No staff available after 7 pm Door code on entry information wrong and noteven translated properly from French to English version. Please provide help to them
Location is good, very convenient for getting metro. Breakfast is little bit too simple.
A very well appointed appartment with kitchen facilities, good shower etc, close to Gare Vaise giving easy access to metro lines, helpful staff, good lift. enjoyed my 4 nights. Thank you Not being very handy with keys I found constant irritation in not being able to open my door without help from staff on several occasions. The hotel is not easy to find.
