Pros: The Swiss Hotel was a pleasant surprise. Helpful, friendly staff. Room was well appointed with ample space. Location is at the edge of the old city. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Lviv.

Pros: The service was excellent, extremely polite and effective - much better in US hotels for the same price. Food in the restaurant was delicious - for quite reasonable price. Besides, there was a live music in the restaurant, with a singer singing popular tunes very well - that is also a rarity in US hotels. Location is perfect - close to Lviv old town square and other historical buildings and monuments.

Cons: Breakfast is from a menu for which you have a certain credit. However, while taking two double espressos, your credit is nearly used. I suggest to take warm brakfast drinks like tea/coffee not out of the credit, but offer them for free.

Pros: The front desk staff was amazing! Always very helpful and kind. Our housekeeper also went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed even though we didn’t ask for service one day of stay. Breakfast was delicious.

Pros: Although the room was clean and unique we were taken aback by all the mirrors on the wall with the tv in the deluxe room. I don't think all the rooms have this. Ornery than that, it was comfortable and the staff was friendly and even called a taxi for us when we needed it. I would go back of I could stay in another room.

Pros: Interesting to stay in a character building where you can get a bit of a feel for the history. Lots of tripping hazards in the form of 3 inch lips at the front entrance and throughout the building. The carpets needed replacing badly. You could see and feel the rough, broken tiles that the carpeting was sloppily placed over. The front staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Pros: Rooms were clean and shared bathrooms were maintained every half hour. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Lots of old school charm to this hotel, with sweeping stairs and high ceilings. I would definitely stay here again.
