Cons: Internet didn't work in the morning when I really needed it.
Each one has been individually designed to create a stylish interior where you'll feel totally at ease. All have bespoke walnut fitted features, rich textiles and textures throughout, such as plush ostrich leather headboards, and kitchens equipped with Smeg appliances. This is the height of luxury, by design. And as you'd expect, every apartment is fully kitted-out with all mod-cons to make the practicalities of life just a little easier - things like an Apple Mac, an integrated safe and a widescreen LCD TV. Forgotten your razor? No problem. You can pick up toiletries, milk, groceries and ready meals from the Pantry in Reception. There's no need to skip breakfast either - hot drinks, pastries and fruit are always available from the Grab and Go. We've thought of everything, so you can experience Leeds the way you want. The freedom of the city starts here.
I could clearly hear the people in the room next door: every word of their conversation which was frustrating, as well as a huge amount if noise until the early hours from the Headrow. The room was clinical ( no carpet) and the bathroom like a hospital one.
Cons: I was terribly disappointed by the hotel. Given the price:£--- for one night, I expected much better. Breakfast was extra and when the receptionist forgot to add it on to the bill, the receptionist the morning after tried to charge us more.

Pros: Food was good, bed was comfortable, nice coffee machine in room.
Cons: Was charged to park in their car park (where else would I park), the old magnetic strip room key gave me the usual walk back and forth to reception to fix, the room and especially the bathroom were a bit tatty for the high price, the bar staff were not very attentive and it wasn't clear whether I should be going up to the bar for drinks or sitting down and wait for a waiter. I did both, and both times service was slow as the staff chatted amongst themselves.

Pros: Good sized room

Cons: Cost of incrementals (10GBP for a single glass of wine in the bar!)
Pros: Right next to the train station. Room was perfectly nice except for shower.
Cons: The shower was moldy...smelled moldy and looked moldy.

Pros: Comfortable and spacious!
Pros: The room was very spacious immaculate and comfortable. The bathroom definitely the largest and most spacious for the price paid and again immaculate all credit to the housekeeping team.
Cons: This is the first hotel I've been in that didn't offer tea/coffee facilities in the room which was quite unexpected. Disappointed couldn't have a quick reviving cuppa after a hard days shopping.
Cons: Parking is a massive issue. The hotel has a small car park. When I Ask the staff where I could park the response was not help ful. "We don't know". Took over 1 hour to find parking. The hotel reception area was dirty with people smoking outside of the front door meaning I then stunk of smoke when entering the hotel.

Cons: blistered varnish on bedside tables!
view from room at rear of hotel was a Wall!!!
Pros: The building is superbly designed and the room was tastefully furnished. Comfortable one night stay with darkened curtains/blinds which made for a good night's sleep. Easy to locate and ample parking space. We did not use the spa facilities but if we had stayed longer we would have tried them out.
Cons: We arrived around 10:30pm after driving almost 200 miles from South London. Although tired and hungry, we put up a smile as we approached the front desk. We were shocked to receive a poor welcome. The lady behind the counter had an air of complete lack of interest. We had arrived after the restaurant had closed and so made polite enquires from her about room service and local food options. With almost mono-syllabic answers, the lady responded as if we were a nuisance. She offered very little information, appeared to have no knowledge of the local area and did not volunteer any information about breakfast or internet connectivity. In our travels, we have encountered average service. This has to rank as one of such. PS: The next morning during check out, reception was manned by a different lady who was VERY nice and helped to redeem our overall impression of this hotel.

Great staff, rooms, restaurants, and most of all the Pub. Built in what I assume is the old Stable, hence the name. Great bartenders and a wonderful selection of food, beer, and wine. The breakfast in the hotel was excellent and well worth the price. Overall a wonderful experience, wish we could have stayed longer!
Pros: Great property, clean, well maintained and wonderful staff.
Cons: Parking can get full at times necessitating use of the overflow lot. Can be a bit of a walk.
