Hotel was all booked didn't get room

Cons: Upon arriving to the hotel at 11:30. The front desk person said they were sold out. And Kayak was misinformed

Cons: It was so loud at night. There was no sleeping till after 1 am.

Pros: The location to where I was going.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that my room wasn't ready. They didn't have me in the system and I had to wait to check in. Then they tried to give me a different room then what I had paid for. ...
