Pros (+) Loved the location. Room was small but very comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly

Pros (+) Great staff. Superb location. Room upgrade. Cosy bar. Staff turnover appears low, nice to see some of the same faces. Afternoon tea reliable. Tea was always hot.

Pros (+) The location of this hotel is great. We were able to walk to so many sites from the hotel. We also liked that there were two Underground stations nearby. That made it convenient getting to and from the airport without taking a car service. The room was nice, and the staff at the front desk was very friendly. We also like the option to include breakfast with our stay.
Cons (-) The housekeeping each day was just okay. Some days they didn't give us more than one wash cloth (there were two of us) and other days they left the windows open in our room. We were also disappointed with the breakfast each day. We would've like the buffet to include a few more options for the price.
