Free car parking for guests. refurbished rooms. Good breakfast & good choice of high end restaurants.
Sofa was small & facing the wrong direction to watch the tv. Bathroom & toilet were a little small with glass doors which didn't close properly.

This is an excellent hotel in a good location. It was a little away from the action but very comfortable throughout.
The gym is expensive to use for guests which is unnecessary.

The rooms were superb and practical. Views nice and staff so great and helpful. Japanese Garden also lovely. Japanese breakfast very good. Central to many things and area around metro very good for restaurants and bars.
In hotel dining and drinking was very pricey.

Buffet breakfast in the Garden Lounge was very good as always, with views out over the lovely gardens and waterfall., and room service was prompt, well-presented and delicious. Notably, there are a number of excellent restaurants on-site from which to choose. The gardens at Hotel New Otani are beautiful any time of year, and well worth wandering through. English is now spoken by most staff, which is very helpful for weary English-speaking travellers.
