Pros (+) Our room was well appointed and everything worked well. No marks or scratches to show wear and tear. The in room sound system was great and the complimentary unlimited data smartphone was extremely useful.
Cons (-) While the Executive Lounge was a nice haven to relax in and very classy, the food selection should be changed more regularly. There were no changes in the food/drink offerings across our entire five day stay.

Pros (+) Room price was reasonable, however, breakfast was 33k yen ($30) and $20 for the gym. Although expensive, the breakfast bar is excellent - better than most I've had here in the states. The bar at the top floor was cool with good ambience. Most of the staff speaks some English and are very helpful.
Cons (-) Do not recommend the expensive Japanese restaurant in the hotel. Shrimp tempura did not taste fresh and other dish not worth the cost.
