Marina Bay Sands

Oh, I liked everything: location, view, room size, furniture, room equipment, swimming pool. The name and the brand of the hotel is the personnel that make your stay fabulous. And I personally want to thank the assistant at reception who made my check in and offered us the rooms. He was very professional, touching, cute, very friendly chat and learning needs made a very pleasant impression. He was the best in his care and courtesy. He made my stay unforgettable on the 47th floor since he has offered the best rooms to us! And one more assistant at night at the opposite reception desk was very careful, not very young man, I guess it was after 10 PM. We had a problem with our order delivery, I asked a girl to help but she waved away from me like - I don’t know, call the delivery by yourself and bla bla. The man heard it and started to help me by explaining things, then he called to food delivery service, then to the restaurant, then asked to wait for us, then printed the address. It was like a remarkable and unexpected experience! He was waiting us to be back to learn that everything is ok and we have grabbed our food. Great thanks and appreciation to him. So this is the example when people builds a company brand and you want to come back more and more, only because of an awesome client service.

We started our honeymoon with a 2 nights stopover at Marina Bay Sands and I must say that the entire period spent there (although short) was delightful! I would like to thank MBS staff (particularly to Allie and Ann Teo) for the great welcoming and for the attention to the details. We were lucky enough to benefit from a complimentary transportation in utmost comfort from the airport to the hotel, an upgrade of the room and also they prepared some amenities, for us to celebrate the ocation. It was more than we could ever thought. During these uncertain times (with raised number of Covid-19 cases) we felt safer than in any other places and that's due to excellent customer care and hospitality. Thank you, we will definitely come back again!

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with every concern. The room was amazing with a beautiful view over the city. Very big and comfortable. The hotel has 3 restaurants, in which you have the opportunity to have breakfast and the other meals. The pool on the rooftop is wonderful, you feel like a king. Thank you!
